AN: Here you go guys! I'm sorry it's taken so long. I've been struggling with writers block the past week or so but I think I'm back! Just 5 more chapters to go until the sequel! But here you go. -Lanie x

David looked down at her and smiled sadly. "Guess you two are really over, huh?"

Tears would have streamed down her face at his realization except for the fact that she was too angry to. There were whispers around the room and she assumed that everyone was coming to that conclusion. It wasn't hard to assume with that slut hanging over him.

"Yeah, it has been for a while," she murmured.

"Do you want to go somewhere else?"

"I'm done running David."

He led her over to the table where soon, he was getting her to laugh. With the two out of sight, it was just an unpleasant reminder in the back of her head. It was fun to be out with a friend. Someone that wasn't going to hurt her like he did. Tara excused herself to go to the bathroom where she spotted Ima.

"Having fun?"

"Loads, Jax is a wonderful kisser."

"Are you proud of yourself? Your plan worked."

The blonde looked at her with an unknowing expression. "What do you mean?"

"You were nice so I'd listen when you told me to break up with him. You knew he'd be looking for an easy skank to mindlessly fuck."

"It's a shame that you ever let him go. Mmm he sure can fuck."

As Ima started to walk away, Tara grabbed her arm and roughly turned her back. "I wasn't done talking to you."

As her response she pulled her arm away and pushed Tara away from her. The brunette stumbled backwards before this time she caught Ima by the hair. She yelped in pain and threw her elbow back against Tara's stomach. A groan was let out and she let go. Only to slap her once she was turned around.

Once she recovered, Ima tackled her to the ground and got a few hits in before Tara could worm away. Both the girls stood and Tara threw a punch and watched as Ima lifted her hand to her blood nose. They heard a noise coming from out of the bathroom.

"Stay away from Jax, he's not yours to fuck around with anymore."

"Honey, he'll never want you." Tara spat as pushed the door open. Not even bothering to check her reflection. She could already feel the bruise that was forming on her cheek. But she knew Ima was worse.

Her eyes widened as she saw Jax and David rolling around on the ground much like the girls had just been doing. Opie was trying to grab Jax to stop him. But it was nearly useless. Tara shouldn't have left David alone. Change that, she never should have come with him.

"Jackson!" She yelled not caring as several eyes turned to look at the mess she'd become.

Both of the guys took a look at her and pulled apart like she knew they would. Jax had a bloodly lip but it looked like most of the damage was on David. She gave him an apologetic look before running out of the building. This night was awful.

"Tara!" She turned at the sound of his voice. Right now she was in no mood to deal with Jax. It was the one night she had allowed herself to forget and have some fun and he had to come along and ruin it.

"What the hell do you want?"

"I wanted to make sure that you're okay." He tried to pull her to him so he could look her over but she swatted his hand and moved away from him.

"I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself."

He moved closer to wrap one arm around her as the other moved to gently touch her bruising cheek. This time she didn't even try to get away, being wrapped up in him was too much for her to resist. "She really got you good."

"Yeah, girls like to claw."

"I can see that.."

"Why her?"

"Tara…"

"Why did it have to be her?"

"Why don't I feel like this is about Ima anymore?"

She shrugged. "Because I guess it's not anymore."

"Come on, let's just get away and forget about that shit." He nodded towards his bike.

Tara looked at him and looked at the bike. And then back again. She let out a little breath. It wasn't that she didn't trust him, she just didn't want to allow herself to fall right back into his arms and get hurt. It would be too easy for her to do that.

Taking the hamlet she fastened it to her head and gave him a soft smile. She swung her leg over the bike and looked at him expectantly. He gave her his smug look and got on. Her arms held on to him tightly as they took off. Tara rested her head on his back and took in his scent. This is what she's been missing out on.

When they got to the clubhouse, she tried to cover up how nervous she was. It was a big party. One that he should have been at in the first place. She glared at him as the two teens walked inside walked inside. She relaxed when she realized that Ima was with him only to piss her off.

Gemma caught a glimpse of them and her eyes narrowed. As long as she didn't come over she'd be okay. Tara knew that her being here must get her blood boiling. That filled Tara with happiness. They hated each other just as much as the other.

"It's good to see ya back here, Tara." Piney pipped up. She smiled at him before Jax pulled her away. This is where she wanted to be. Where she thought that she belonged. Jax was her home. That thought pulled on her heart.

Jax handed her a drink and she raised her eyebrow and looked around. "They don't care. I've been drinking at these parties for years." She nodded and took a drink of the beer. Loosening up wasn't a bad idea. Tara's been far too tense as of lately.

The two walked over to an empty spot and he pulled her to his lap. It didn't take her long to realize how easy it was to fall back into how it was. They could be fine. Even if she knew that they needed to talk. Right now that couldn't be further from her mind.

She took another drink as he started to kiss her neck. One arm wrapped around his neck while the other grasped the bottle tightly. "Jax..." She murmured, reaching to tangle her hand in his blond hair.

Jax sucked on her chin before looking up at her. It didn't take much to know that he had her where he wanted her. He kissed up her jaw before taking her ear in between his teeth. "You want me just as badly don't you?" His hands roamed her back. The desire started form between her legs.

She moved her hips down against his and smirked at him. That was all the reply that she needed to give him. Taking a long drink from her bottle, she out it down and tangled both of her hands in his hair. Tara tugged his mouth to hers. The people in the room didn't matter to her. It was just her and her man.

He pulled away and gave her a look. There was a silent understanding between the two of them. Moving her from his lap, he took her hand and began to weave through the crowd of people. Tara needed him, and having felt him against her moments ago, she knew he also felt that way.

"Where are we going?"

"To my room."

"You have a room here too?"

"Well sort of. I just calm its mine. It will be someday."

Tara laughed. "Gonna live in the clubhouse forever?"

"It works."

"Really?"

"Yeah, this is what I know. "

After that, she tightened her grip on his hand as he led her into a room. Her eyes went straight to the bed. Right now that's all she cared about. She pulled her hand away from his and turned to push off his cut. Jax just watched her as she tugged his shirt over her head. "God I need you." He muttered as his fingers dug into her hips.

Taking the hint, she wrapped her legs around his waist. He captured her lips in a kiss as he pressed her against the wall. Tara tangled her hands in his hair while he tugged at her panties. He kissed down her neck as she pushed his pants away. If she didn't want him so badly this entire thing would have been funny to her.

As he lined himself up, he gave her a smirk as he pushed in. Tara let out a whimper and pulled his head down to her. She moaned softly into the kiss as he thrust into her. He pulled her away from the wall so they could manage to pull her dress off.

He walked them over to the bed and laid her down before thrusting back into her. "Jax." She whimpered. Tara looked up and ran her hands over stomach that was covered in a layer sweat. Wrapping her arms around his back, she pulled him down so he was hovering over her.

Jax continued to push into her as he moved down and took a nipple in between his teeth and tugged. She let out a groan in response. "Come on baby." He murmured kissing up to her collar bone. Sucking until he left a mark. He smiled up at her before moving his lips back up to hers.

She moved her hips in time with his thrusts as she felt a pull in the pit of her stomach. Taking his bottom lip in between her teeth and tugged. With her eyes open she watched as he groaned against her mouth. Tara broke the kiss and panted against his neck. "Tara." He moaned as she felt him start to come undone.

After a few more thrusts, he felt her tightening around him. Hearing how loudly she was moaning, he kissed her to drown them out from prying ears. Once he was sure that they both were finished riding it out. He carefully pulled out of her and rolled to his back.

Tara curled up next to him while she tried to even her breathing. He nuzzled her hair and wrapped his arms around her tighter. Their bodies were slick with their sweat but she only wanted to press herself as close to him as she could.

"It just gets so much better each time." She laughed freely.

"Your first time wasn't that bad was it?" His hand brushed the hair off of her face.

"No, you were good to me."

"You see how well we fit together?"

"It's pretty spectacular."

Jax kissed her head and smiled down at her. The look he gave her was one of a adoration. "It feels so good to have you in my arms again."

Her eyes fluttered closed with how relaxed she was feeling. Every bit of her was enjoying being here, right where she was so sure that she belonged. It felt so right to be wrapped up in his arms. "It feels good to me too."

"I never thought I'd get to hold you again." Tara moved on to her stomach and propped her elbow on his chest. Looking down at him, she smiled sadly at him. "What? What's wrong?"

Her heart pounded painfully in her chest. She knew that this didn't fix anything. Fucking wasn't going to solve their problems. Talking would and she still hadn't been able to get him to open up to her. Let alone have him explain why this happened. Just barely finding her voice, she felt the tears sting. "This doesn't change anything."

"Tara don't do—"

"I need to go."

"We can fix this. Look at how well we fit together."

"Jax let me go."

"You can't leave me. I need you."

"Jackson, please stop."

"Why does everyone I love leave?"

"This entire place is full of people you love." She tried to reason as she squirmed away.

The look he gave her broke her heart. He looked so lost. "I don't love anyone as much as I loved my Dad…as much as I'm -"

"STOP." It was then that she realized that all of this went deeper than just the two of them. Tara pulled her dress on and walked out of the room. With her shoes in hand, she ran towards the exit. She had to get out of there. She had to get away from him. They needed to talk. But not like this.
