I finish everything at Abnegation before returning to Dauntless, like usual. I hop off the train and find Tris blushing. She gives me a peck on the cheek before whispering into my ear, "My friends found about me and you, so they want to meet you." I nod but feel nervous.

She leads me to a group of people, some I know, which are only Zeke and Shauna. Shauna has the widest smile on her face, while Zeke has a mischievous grin. I ignore Zeke and wave at Shauna. Zeke waves too, though. I also see that guy from paintball, Uriah.

Tris first introduces me to two Dauntless borns, Lynn, and Marlene. Lynn seems a little cool around me, and Marlene seems a little energetic. Then Tris introduces me to Will and Christina. Christina tried to hold in her excitement. She failed. "You're dating her?!"

I stand awkwardly, and Tris tries to calm her down. After she finally calms down, she asks, "So how did you guys meet?"

I quickly answer, "At a meeting." It's not the whole truth, but it's the truth. Luckily, she doesn't sense it. "How was your first kiss?" I avoid the topic by asking her, "What do you guys work as?"

Christina replies, "Will and I work at the fence since we didn't place the top five." She looks at my horrified expression and continues, "It really isn't all that bad!" I can see none of us believes her, and she continues babbling on. I eventually tune her out, until Uriah starts, "Well, you know I'm an instructor." I nod at that. We finish up, but Zeke and Shauna stop me.

"Hey, Tris! I'm going to borrow Tobias for a moment!" Zeke shouts.

Christina yells back, "Go ahead! I need to talk to Tris anyways!" Zeke drags me away from Tris, and Christina drags Tris away.

After Zeke drags me far away from Tris, Shauna squeals, "You kissed Tris!" I sigh and nod. There's just no way of avoiding the topic of our kiss.

Zeke yells, "Tobias finally had his first kiss!"

"What makes you think that was my first kiss?" I ask.

Zeke asks, "I'm sorry, was that your first kiss?"

I hesitate before groaning and saying, "Yes."

Shauna offers, "If it makes you feel any better, I think you're Tris' first kiss too."

"Is it?"

She nods and says, "Like Zeke said before, Tris never acted the way she does with you with anyone else."

I sigh in relief. They continued asking me about my relationship with Tris, but I only answer the less personal ones, which there are very little of.

Before I leave, I find Tris. By the time I find her, she's blushing a lot after talking to Christina. So her friends gave her a hard time too. I take Tris' hand into my own and start walking towards the station. Before I jump into the train, I place my lips against hers.
