Maria had just caught Keith before he used the bathroom in his diaper again. She was trying to potty train the twins and it was insane. It was like they were on the same time schedule. Maria set the boy on the toilet then caught Josie, setting her on a little potty in the other bathroom. When they were finished she helped them wipe and then set them out of the room.
Maria sat down in her chair and huffed, blowing a loose strand away from her face. She heard a crash and she ran into her kids room to see both 2 year olds laughing crazily and wrestling each other. Maria smiled a bit and leaned on the door, watching them. She had recently found out she was pregnant again. The thought made her pale a little. She would have to keep up with twins and care for the baby. Maria hadn't told Robin yet. No doubt he would be thrilled.
Keith fled from his sister and hid behind his mom, giggling. Maria smiled a bit and decided to tell the kids about it, "Guess what kids?" Josie climbed up into her mothers lap and looked up at her. Maria said, "Mommy is having a baby." Keith cheered and hugged his mommy, "I am gonna be a big brother!" Josie just smiled and cuddled her mom. Maria suddenly remembered that her daughter was deaf. Maria tilted her daughter's head so she was looking at her, she signed that she was pregnant then found a picture of a baby. Maria pointed at the baby then at herself. Josie had a huge grin cross her face and she hugged her mother.
Robin came in, he was finally home. He walked in to see people rejoicing. Robin tilted his head then looked at his wife, "What happened?"
Maria smiled a bit and walked up to Robin, putting her arms around his neck, "Guess what?"
Robin tilted his head and set his arms around her waist, "What?" He smiled playfully, "You love me?"
Maria snorted, "You know I love you. I am pregnant." She smiled as she watched it dawn on Robin. A smile crossed his face and he picked his wife up and gave her a firm kiss.
Keith screamed, "EWWWWW! Cooties!" He hid behind his sister and shivered. Josie didn't have cooties, she was his twin. In his mind, they shared the cooties.
