Matt's POV

It was a week after the last encounter with Adam and though not much has changed I felt like Jayma's happier now, maybe because Adam has moved on and I know she wants that, she wants him to be happy, if Adam's happy then Jayma's happy and if Jayma's happy then I'm happy too. Is that weird? I think not.

I was having a relaxing time making bacon and eggs for myself and my beautiful girlfriend, we were getting ready to go to Paramount, we were needed there at eight o' clock and it was seven already.

"Oh my God! Matthew Morrison! Get your sexy ass in here!" I hear Jayma shout.

"Let me just put our breakfast in the table!" I call out. I put two pieces of bacon on her plate and two on my plate, two eggs on mine and one on hers. I know she couldn't finish two eggs.

We have this routine where in we alternate on cooking breakfast and today was my day. We usually have lunch in Paramount and get take out for dinner so it's just breakfast.

"Matthew Morrison! Are you coming or not?" She shouts from the couch.

I see her there, her legs up on the couch she was wearing an oversized shirt and gosh she looked absolutely sexy on it.

"What's up?" I ask.

"Adam just told E! that his and my divorce was finalized." And I didn't know if she was happy about it. She just looked shocked. Well not really very shocked, just confused.

Why was she, confused?

Well what better way than asking her.

"Cookie for your thoughts?" I ask handing her a cookie.

She smiles and takes it from me. She takes a bite from it and almost pounces on me.

Her lips reach for mine and I was shocked. But I nonetheless enjoyed the kiss. She was happy about this. She wants this as much as I do doesn't she?

"Oh my God Matt! We can finally tell the world about us, we can, we can walk down the street hand-in-hand without worrying about who might see us! Matt, we can be a real couple in front of everyone. You could be my date to the Kids Choice Awards! And-"

"Hold Up! Kids Choice Awards?" I ask her confused.

"Oh my gosh! Did I forget to tell you? I got nominated for Favorite Movie Actress Matty!"

We should celebrate. This is big.

"Oh my gosh Jayma! I am so happy for you! And I would love to be your date." I see her bite her lip. "This is going to be amazing. But that's like a month away."

"Yeah… But Matt we can go out for coffee and not care if people take pictures of us and those things. Aren't you happy?"

"Of course I am Jay, so, so, very happy!" I lift her up and spin her around. She giggles and I put her down.

"Matt, thank you." She says and I was confused.

"For-for what?"

"For waiting for me. For being there for me through out everything. For making me know what real love is." She answers and I kind of cried a bit.

"It was my pleasure. I love you so much Jayma. I'd wait forever and a day just to be with you. But right now, you and me have to eat some eggs and bacon that are getting colder by the second." I remind her tapping her nose.

I take her hand and we head to the dining room. I give her the plate of food and she smiles at me. I sit down in front of her and we start eating.

"I can hold your hand in front of everyone now." I say smiling at the thought. This is going to be a great week. It's only Monday and I could feel it already.

"Matt, can we not like just announce it to the whole world? Like wait for an interview or something?" she asks me.

"Of course, I want it to be special Jayma. But not like a party telling Hollywood we're together, no nothing like that." I pause shaking my head. "Maybe in an interview or something, maybe till the Kids Choice Awards, a month is not too long but it will give media time to cool their heads about the divorce, but I think people would find out because obviously when we're around there's a lot of sexual chemistry." I whisper the 'sexual chemistry' part. And she giggles.

"You're a goofball." She says taking a bite from the toast.

"If I'm a goof ball then you are too." I say reaching out to pinch her nose from across the table. She scrunches her nose up and I giggle at the sight.

"I wish our kids inherit that mannerism." I say a loud.

"What mannerism?" she asks confused.

"Scrunching up their nose when I pinch it or you get disgusted. It's adorable." I answer.

"Well you know what I want our kids to inherit?" she asks giggling. I gave her the 'what are you laughing about look'

"What?" I ask.

"I want them to have your six-pack." She whispers, still giggling. "If our kid is a boy." She laughs louder this time.

My jaw drops.

"Babies can't have six packs Jayma, you're a goofball." I say laughing.

"It's a dream Matt." She says tracing an imaginary rainbow in the air.

"You know if you don't want Ryan to get mad at us maybe you could eat a lot faster. We can't be late Jay." I tell her.

"I know dad." She mocks.

"Miss Mays I am not your father! I'm going to tell your dad that you replaced him with me!" I say jokingly.

"No, no don't do that." She glares at me.

"Okay, okay! This is the last time you get your ways with me Miss Mays." He eyes me.

"Eat up Matt! Could you please eat faster? Ryan might get mad at us." She says, so she's reversing our roles huh?

"Yes Jayma." I answer.

I was heading towards Jayma in the auditorium for us to go out to lunch.

I opened the door and was shocked to see almost all of the girls were in there, well except for Jane and Heather.

Heather has to record and practice a dance number and Jane, well Jane is very busy all the time.

"Jayma," I call out looking for her.

Amber comes up to me.

"No Matt, we're taking Jayma out for lunch today, go have fun with the guys." Amber says opening the door for me.

"Give me time to at least tell her?" She nods and I go look for her. She was conversing with Naya and Jenna.

"Jay?" I say trying to get her attention.

She comes near me.

"I'm having lunch with them is that okay?" she asks.

"Well I don't think I have a choice…." I answer.

"I'll see you later okay Matt?" she asks.

"Yeah of course Jayma."

Jayma's POV

Lunch time was the time we girls caught up. Everything was brought up, from my KCA nomination to who I'll bring, I of course said Matt. But what shocked me was when they told me that they know about Adam telling media our divorce was finalized. ]

It was after we finished eating when me, Amber, Lea and Dianna started to talk.

"I actually thought paparazzi would find you and Matt together before Adam would tell." Amber says.

"Wait, wait, are you happy about this Jayma?" Lea asks.

"Well you know what, I actually am happy. I mean Matt and I saw him the other week with another girl and I'm okay about it, I want him to tell the world he's seeing someone else too." I pause. "And plus, Matt and I don't have to worry about people judging our every move once we walk to get coffee together or go hiking together." I tell them.

"So you're going to tell the whole world about you and Matt?" Amber asks. And Lea and Dianna nod meaning they want to know too.

"Well we aren't going to announce it yet. Maybe when someone asks us or when we're spotted. I don't think we're ready to make the first move. I mean we're not going to hide but we're not going to blurt it out to the whole world either you get it?"

"Yeah I kind of get what you mean. People would still be shocked about your divorce now, maybe give it time to cool." Dianna says.

"That's it exactly." I answer smiling.

"But wait, you're bringing Matt to the Kids Choice Awards right?" Dianna asks.

"Yeah, I really want him to be there with me." I answer.

"Well if it's not too far away a date maybe that's the best time." Dianna says.

"Yeah Matt and I talked about it but like what if someone finds out, there are cameras everywhere, but I don't want to hide the relationship anymore. It's been too long."

"Just go with it Jayma, if they find out then they find out. Look at what happened to me and Cory, people took it well." Lea says, lightening up the mood.

"Well you have a point."

My phone buzzes at around 3 o' clock. Not exactly but somewhere near that time. I answer it.

"Jayma?" the voice of my mom says.

"Oh, mom" I answer.

Well she knows about the divorce, and she knows about me and Matt. So I wasn't really scared that she would say anything or what not. Though she has never ever, ever met Matt. And I wanted that to change. She hasn't had any interaction with Matt and I want to change that. I want both her and dad to love him as much as I do.

"Jayma, I heard that Adam told the world today." She pauses.

"Yeah mom, it is going to happen sooner or later. I expected it actually." I answer.

She falls silent.

She liked Adam. She respects my decision but I know she would have preferred if the divorce didn't happen. But I don't think her and dad hates Matt. They aren't the type of people who would do that. They just happen to be really familiar with Adam.

"So mom, do you think Matt and I could come over for dinner today?"

They didn't live too far, maybe a thirty minute drive from Matt's place.

"Uhm- yeah, no problem, me and your dad were going to invite you anyway, that's why I called." She answers.

"Okay so see you tonight? Around seven thirty or so?"

"We'll see you Jayma."

The day has gone by and I had told Matt about us coming to my parents' house for dinner. He was pretty nervous about it though. He was afraid of the whole 'meeting the parents' thing. He says he just doesn't want to screw up.

It was six when we got off set, we begged Ryan, Brad and Ian to let us leave early today, promising we would make up for the time lost tomorrow. They had agreed when they found out about Matt 'meeting the parents'. I don't know why but it's such a big deal for guys nowadays.

We got home and got dressed, something simple but not too simple, if you know what I mean. Matt was wearing a polo shirt, tucked in a pair of jeans while I was wearing a simple knee-high dress. Simple but not too simple.

Anyway, we got in the car and proceeded to my parents' house. Matt drove of course, but I lead the way.

"Jayma…" he finally speaks up only a few blocks away. He seemed scared.

"Why Matt?" My voice is cheery, trying to lighten up the mood.

"I just, what if your parents don't like me?"

"Matt they'll love you. You got a thing on Mays'"

"But they like Adam, what if they don't like me because I ruined your marriage." He says looking at the road.

"Matt you did not ruin my marriage okay? It isn't your fault."

"But what if your parents think otherwise? I just want them to accept me, accept us no I don't want them to just accept us, I want them to be happy we're together Jayma."

"They will love you. I'm sure they will." I answer caressing his cheek. He leans into it.

"I'm sorry for being so paranoid. It's just, your parents opinion would really matter to me. They are your parents Jay,"

"I love you okay. They'll love you too. Even if it doesn't seem like they do. And don't worry they don't bite. But ruffles does. But she's too small to harm you." He laughs and I do too. "It's going to be okay Matt. You'll have to meet them sooner or later."

"Yeah I guess so."

"Okay just stop at the one with the black fence." I say. We get there and he stops.

"We're here Matt." He looks at me, his lower lip caught on his teeth.

"Come on," I say grabbing hold of his hand.

"Let's go." And this time he says it more confident. "I'm ready to meet the parents." He says grabbing my hand more firmly on his.

SO yay! Fulffilling? Okay? Not okay? Please review :)
