Credit goes where credits due, and I own none for the characters in this bit of whimsy. All the respect in the world to Rumiko Takahashi and the astounding amount of creativity that went into the masterpiece that is Inuyasha.
The day of the interview came rather fast. Much faster than Kagome had intended, that's for sure. She marked an X on her calender and chose her clothes with care. Navy blue pencil skirt, white button down long sleeve blouse, black heels, the only tights she owned without runs, her lucky bracelet with the bow and arrow charm, and she was ready.
She steeled herself in her bathroom mirror, spraying the wave in her hair so it wouldn't go flat, "Okay, Kagome." The girl in question grinned at herself, "Lets do this."
