Credit goes where credits due, and I own none for the characters in this bit of whimsy. All the respect in the world to Rumiko Takahashi and the astounding amount of creativity that went into the masterpiece that is Inuyasha.
"I got the job!" The squeal on the other end of the phone told her that Sango was just as happy for her as she was.
"That's great, Kagome!" Her friend finally responded, "What will you be doing?"
"Rin says mostly I'll be fetching things for him and making appointments, but I have a feeling it'll be a bit more tedious than that." Kagome shrugged, though she knew Sango wouldn't see through the phone. "He scared the poor mail boy half to death, but he didn't seem that bad when I met him."
"That could go either way, though. Was he mean?"
"Not really. He was intimidating, though."
