Credit goes where credits due, and I own none for the characters in this bit of whimsy. All the respect in the world to Rumiko Takahashi and the astounding amount of creativity that went into the masterpiece that is Inuyasha.


"Well?" He said, laying a hand on the door frame and leaning into it, blocking her view from the house. "You gonna' say somethin', or can I get back to my life now?"

Kagome cocked a brow at his attitude, but continued, eager to get it over with and get back to the office, "I'm assuming you're Inuyasha. Your brother sent me to tell you-" She didn't get the chance to finish before he interrupted her.

"Stuff it." Inuyasha huffed, shoving away from the door and into the house, "Tell 'im to go to hell. I ain't takin' no prissy ass job from that jack ass." And then the door was shut, and she was alone on his porch.
