I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, where the Gran Prix Of Desire participants are about to face an unprecedented situation…as they are about to reach the FINAL ROUND…
But something unexpected is about to take place…which you'll soon find out…

A few days later, the scene shifts at the corporate building, where Tsumuri entered and reported to Yotsubashi about the current situation, which she showed him via the monitor where they can see that the main city is currently having a peaceful moment, as people are busy with their current affairs inside and outside of office buildings and other establishment.
Moreover, it showed numerous pro heroes are doing their daily routine patrolling the streets, where some are recognizable due to the pro heroes' popularity and rankings, and they are seen and identified as the following are shown, which includes:
- Kamui Woods
- Mount Lady
- Edge Shot
- Endeavor
- Airjet
- Backdraft
- Yoroi Musha
- Manual
- Native
- Best Jeanist
There the aforementioned pro heroes are seen doing a routine patrolling and moments later some of these pro heroes apprehended some dangerous criminals and gang, and many of the masses are cheering at the pro heroes, who waved at the crowd to show their appreciation for the support they are receiving, and this made the crowd cheering more at the pro heroes who are handing the criminals over to the police that just arrived.
"Yay!"
"Pro heroes!"
"Best Jeanist is great!"
"Endeavor is cool!"
"Yoroi Musha is a super samurai!"
"Edge Shot is a really cool ninja!"
"I'm set for Kamui Woods!"
"Where's All Might?"
Amid all of this, one pro hero stood out as she began to flaunt her sexy figure to the crowd much to Kamui Woods' exasperation as Mount Lady eagerly waved at the crowd as some of the masses cheered for her due to her attractive figure.
"Wow!"
"Mount Lady!"
"She's cool!"
"So sexy!"
"Makes me want to ask her out on a date!"
"I want to kiss her!"
"Me too!"
"I want her autograph!"
Yotsubashi just scoffed at the footage he is seeing, and there Tsumuri switched the image where it shows that the remaining participants are seen at their respective areas, who are currently trying to move on while awaiting for the call, which shows that the remaining participants are engaged in their private matters, which seemed normal to them.
There you can see the remaining participants are doing their own thing, as they seemingly had to steel themselves after witnessing a lot of deaths following the recent round which involves retrieving an item from the hideout of the League Of Villains. There Yotsubashi watches on seeing what the surviving participants are doing at this time:
- Shinra Kusakabe is performing his daily duties as a firefighter;
- Sasuke Uchiha is doing part-time work as a construction worker;
- Naruto Uzumaki is currently waiting at the lounge area of the corporate building where Yotsubashi is residing;
Yotsubashi then glanced at the monitor and checked the city to see its current status. Seeing what is transpiring at the city, Hanabata suggested that now is the best time to commence the FINAL ROUND, which a somewhat intrigued Yotsubashi raised an eyebrow as Hanabata gave Yotsubashi a tablet and he glanced at the monitor, which shows something which made Yotsubashi piqued his interest, and felt that Hanabata has a point as he has been working all this time and sensed that now is a good time to see if their hard work pays off or not.
"Hmm…looks like you do have a point…since the initial and recent phases went well as I hoped…"
"You believe me now, Re-Destro…?"
"Indeed."
"Well, I have to remind you though…we are now down to three participants, and no one else left…"
"Oh, it's fine."
"You sure, Re-Destro?"
"Oh, yes. After all…we are to commence the FINAL ROUND...so it's natural to only have very few finalists."
"Whatever…"
Chikazoku tapped her fingers under her chin as she asked Yotsubashi if he is sure about commencing the next round given that only a handful of participants are all that's left, which Hanabata nodded, and both made themselves clear that there is a possibility that the participants might back out, though Yotsubashi smirked and said that this would depend on whether the remaining participants still has the guts to continue or not.
"Hmm…looks like the next phase would play na crucial role…"
"You seemed to be calm, Re-Destro…"
"Indeed I am."
"Let me remind you again…you only got three participants left…there's a possibility that they might CHICKEN OUT…"
"Oh, it's fine. I do have a contingency plan."
"Really, Re-Destro?"
"Oh, yes "
"Fine. Whatever…it hardly matter anyway…"
The scene shifts at the monitor where you can see that only a handful of participants are resting at the players' lounge, and there the remaining participants are revealed, who turn out to be the following:
- Naruto Uzumaki
- Sasuke Uchiha
- Shinra Kusakabe
Yotsubashi smirked and said that the remaining participants are more than enough and there he gave Tsumuri some instructions, which she nodded in acknowledgement as she said that she would convey to the remaining participants about what to do next, and Yotsubashi smiled and tells Tsumuri to get going, which she nodded in response.
"Okay. You know what to do, right?"
"Yes."
"Then go tell the remaining participants on what to expect."
"Yes, sir."
"And let me know what would happen next."
"Yes, sir."
"Goof. Now go."
"Yes, sir."

Ch. 9: Fainaruraundo part 1
The following day, the scene shifts to the players' lounge where Naruto, Shinra and Sasuke are staying, as they are summoned and informed that they are going to participate in the final round and there you can see that tension is high as Sasuke is glaring as he is pissed off at what happened a few days ago, and even though Shinra reiterated that what happened to Shisui wasn't not his and Naruto's fault, Sasuke still has contempt towards the two, seeing them now as mere obstacles rather than friendly rivals.
Naruto noticed that Sasuke is glaring at him and he knew that Sasuke is still traumatized about what happened and yet he wrongly blame his two fellow survivors for what happened even though the other participants were responsible and yet they paid the price, but this didn't brought relief and there Sasuke stood up and kicked a chair, showing frustration at what befell him, as he is angry at himself at feeling powerless, as he still blame himself for being unable to protect and save Shisui, and as Shinra gets up and tries to calm Sasuke, the latter badmouths the former and made it clear that he will beat him and Naruto and win this round and will get his wish.
"Shut the hell up, you firefighting freak!"
"What?"
"Mind your own business!"
"Look…"
"Mark my words…I will win this round and you will disappear! I'll be the sole winner here!"
"Listen…are you still blaming us for what happened to your…"
"Shut your damn mouth!"
"…"
As Shinra was staring in disbelief at what he was told, Naruto tells Shinra to leave Sasuke alone for now, urging him not to mind the ranting as it would not bring any relief, which Shinra shrugged his shoulders and nodded, as he sat back on the sofa, while someone came and entered the players' lounge area and introduced himself, saying that he will act as the concierge and as the one who would mediate any conflict, saying that anyone causing unnecessary violence here would be penalized.
Sasuke didn't take it seriously at first and challenged the concierge, but the latter was calm and collected, and tells Sasuke that he is welcome to try while reminding him of the current situation, and the risks if Sasuke carries on with his useless threats.
"If you feel confident, young lad…go ahead."
"…"
"Assault me if you wish…just be sure to be prepared for the consequences. I just told you what would happen if you violate the rules here…"
"You…!"
"Well, young lad…? Weren't you challenging me just now…?"
"Damn you!"
"Then behave yourself and wait."
"Hmph!"
Shinra sensed that the concierge is serious despite his calm appearance and attempted to intervene, but Naruto tells him to calm down, saying that the concierge can handle Sasuke, much to his reluctance, worried that things might escalate yet Naruto assured that things will be okay.
"Shinra."
"Huh?"
"Just let him be "
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"But…"
"Trust me on this."
"…"
As Sasuke gritted his teeth while clenching his fists, he reluctantly conceded and backed away, acknowledging the concierge's authority. There he and the other two are forced to await what Yotsubashi would say when the final round would commence.

The following day, the scene shifts at an interview room inside a corporate building where a young teenager named Gaara Nara is attending a job interview for a major company. His overeager nature and desire for a certain goal as a motivation makes his potential employer have the impression he is incapable of taking a position in the company seriously and he is not selected to be hired.
"Uh…is that your goal…?"
"Yes!"
"Really…?"
"Yes sir!"
"I see…sorry to say…but you don't make the cut."
"Uh…really…?"
"So sorry…"
"Its fine!"
While calm, collected and showing that he is a good sport, once out of the corporate building, he sagged while sighing in disappointment as he was rejected and wondered if the answers he gave during the interview is right and now he wondered if he should try a different approach and see where this would take him to.
"Maybe I should alter my goal a bit…"

Meanwhile, at a virtual waiting area inside the corporate building where Yotsubashi owns, Tsumuri was told by Yotsubashi to have the remaining participants ready as it is time for them to commence the FINAL ROUND, which she nodded, and there, using the telecom, she summoned the remaining participants and told them to come here, where a minute later she stood there as she sees that the remaining participants arrived, where she congratulated them for reaching the finals, though Sasuke was in no mood for receiving compliments, and he made it clear that he will win this final round and get his wish, which Tsumuri just smiled as she listen to Sasuke ranting.
"Shut the hell up, and enough with the shallow flattery!"
"…"
"Whatever you say is none of my business!"
"…"
"Mark my words…I will win this round and you can kiss those excess garbage goodbye! I'll be the sole winner here!"
"…"
"And I mean it!"
"…"
Tsumuri just smiled before proceeding to give the participants some words of advise as she reminded that whomever wins the last round will be crowned the winner and would get whatever he wish, which Sasuke growled as he made it clear that he will get the win.
Shinra sighed as he felt that Sasuke has developed an anger problem and might lead to road rage, yet he noticed that Naruto is still calm and collected, and there he asked him if he is fine with this, saying that there's a possibility that either one of them or all of them might get killed, though Naruto said that whatever happens, may the best man wins.
"Its fine, Shinra."
"Huh?"
"There is only one winner…but I'll see to it that everyone would benefit from this."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"But…"
"Trust me on this."
"…"

Much later, Gaara calls his elder sister, Temari, and tells her the bad news about the job interview, but she tries to cheer him up by offering to take him out to eat for lunch. Gaara wishes he could just win the lottery so he would have no troubles, but Sara says even if he did win he would give it all away to a cause like helping an orphanage or a shelter for the abandoned elderly. He asks her to go eat at a place that serves tanuki soba which she nodded.
"So, are we set, Gaara?"
"Yeah."
"Then let's head there."
"Okay."
"And I'll pay for the food."
"Huh? But that's…"
"Its fine, so stop complaining."
"Fine…"
About several minutes later…
Upon arriving at the restaurant, Gaara and Temari took a seat and glanced at the menu, where the two siblings told the restaurant owner what they are ordering, which he nodded in acknowledgement, and after a few minutes the food is ready and there the owner tells them to enjoy their meal, which the siblings bowed in appreciation.
"Here you go…"
"Wow…"
"Smells good…"
"Yes…they're newly-cooked…"
"Oh yeah…"
"Be patient, Gaara..."
"Hope you enjoy your meal…"
"Thanks…"
"Thanks…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the Final Round of the Gran Prix has commenced…yet one of the remaining participants doesn't feel due to witnessing some of their fellow participants getting killed, in which Shisui died in Sasuke's arms, leaving Sasuke himself devastated which led to him to have a contempt towards his fellow participants…thus Sasuke now sees Naruto and Shinra as mere obstacles, thus he is determined to win the FINAL ROUND and get whatever he desires…
A few pro heroes make a cameo appearance, but they would play a role in the next chapter…
Gaara and Temari of Naruto appear at the end of this chapter, and they would get to shine in the next chapter as well…
