Hello one and all! its been a while, might wanna get used to that. I don't know if I mentioned it before but I'm not very consistent, when inspiration hits she hits. any way this chapter is going to be a short one clocking out at a little over 900 words not including this lengthy message, but the next one will be pretty long as it contains two fights if i remember right, could be wrong tho. as always many thanks to the few of you still showing interest it means more than you will ever know, and for the one person who favorited I'm glad my little self insert fanfiction resonated with you enough for you to keep it in your library and hopefully i can meet your expectations and even surpass them. comments and feedback are always appreciated, even if you're just pointing out the faults

Trunks steps out of the pillar of light transporting him to Namek albeit a little further away from Shallot's current location. He begins by trying to feel for her energy but instead of sensing her normal ki wavelength he feels something darker and far more powerful. The feeling sends shivers down his spine but he quickly shakes that feeling and heads over to the direction he felt the energy.

Lord Slug can't even manage to lift his head to look Shallot in the eye as the pressure pushing down on him feels like a ten ton weight. With a lot of struggling he manages to lift his head up some and when he does he fires another eye laser which lands square in Shallot's chest kicking up dust from the resulting explosion.

When the dust settles the infinity symbol on her forehead completely shatters, Trunks who had been on his way to Shallot's location can no longer feel that dark murky energy. In fact he can't feel a trace of shalott's energy at all, all he can feel is lord Slugs not wanting to waste anymore time he b-lines it over to Slugs location.

The very air around Shallot begins to heat up as Veins rise up all over shallots skin followed by a darkening on both her hands and forearms to a deep shade of purple, an aura of fiery black ki begins to enshroud her as her hair stands on end and with one mighty roar her transformation is complete.

Wha-what are you? Why can't i sense your energy anymore Slug said fear prominent in his voice

When Trunks finally makes it to the area he's stunned at what he sees and even more from what he feels. Thanks to his time training with his Father and Goku along with prolonged exposure to Beerus and Whis trunks managed to pick up the ability to sense god ki or anything similar, but something was strange, shallot wasn't emanating god ki, in fact it felt like the complete inverse of it.

While Trunks is trying to figure out what he was looking at, Shallot disappears from his line of sight, he frantically begins to look around for her when he hears the sound of flesh and tendons tearing and turns his attention back to Slug, his head kicked clean off his shoulders.

Shallot stares at the corpse of Slug for a long while before Charging and energy blast and vaporizing what's left. she notices Trunks staring at her, mostly in disbelief of the brutality she's displaying. Then with no warning she launches herself at Trunks and swats him out of the air breaking his arm in the process. Trunks howls in pain but manages to push through it and consumes a senzu essence which repairs his arm.

Shallot! What happened to you? Why are you acting like this? Trunks asked trying to get through to her

Shallot says nothing as she continues to rush him, unable to comprehend what was just said to her. Trunks tries again and again to speak some sense into her but she says nothing and begins firing a barrage of powerful ki blasts further destroying the surrounding area more than it already was.

Unfortunately for the two of them the multiple massive explosions and the near planet wide earthquake from Shallot's Transformation draws the Ginyu Force to them, it's at this point that Trunks realizes he has no time to fool around. Trunks rushes toward Shallot aiming to strike her chin for a speedy resolution to this conflict but just before they clash she powers down and collapses. Trunks grabs hold of her and Using a return scroll transports back to the Time Nest where Chronoa and Elder Kai stand, Chronoa unable to look at Shallot.

Trunks! it's good to see you made it back in one piece Chronoa said tensely

Hardly! she tried to beat the life out of me Trunks Exclaimed. Why didn't you tell me she had some form of god ki!?

Chronoa tenses up at this question hoping she wouldn't have to answer it but when Elder Kai looks at her sternly she decides to come clean

I thought she could help… I didn't want to give up such a valuable asset, as it stands we don't have nearly enough people to survey all of time… so I put a spell on her making her forget her past as well as a mental block so she couldn't remember or be reminded Chronoa explained

I understand your reasoning Supreme Kai of Time but I don't agree with your methods. Trunks said disappointed. we could have talked with her! maybe come up with some kind of agreement

He's right, Chronoa! what you've done is effectively turn shallot into your slave, Elder Kai said not breaking eye contact with her. You need to make this right

I know, and I'm sorry my lapse in judgment put you in harm's way Trunks, can you forgive me? Chronoa said bowing

Sure I can, but you really need to be worried about whether or not Shallot will forgive you for this when she wakes up. Trunks said with a twinge of fear.

Any ideas on What was up with that transformation? Elder Kai asked

Well, from my time watching over history I've only ever seen that ki in one other race… the Demon Race! Chronoa said with a dark tone
