The boys ran through the field guns in hand. The dark green duffle bag filled with every ghost hunting object bounced against Dean's hip as he jogged down the ally of peach trees. They came to the end of the row and Sam took a quick turn and continued running.

Dark purple clouds covered the sky as the last sliver of sunlight began to dip below the trees. A cold wind swept through the entire orchard. As the brothers ran to the corner of the field their warm breath came out in white puffs.

They slid to a stop at the corner of the Orchard where a larger peach tree stood. The tree was healthy and tall, but there was no living grass or scrubs anywhere in the vicinity of the tree. Dean unzipped his duffle and pulled out a shovel. Dean tossed it as his brother who proceeded to start digging right in front of the tree. Dean pulled out another shovel and joined Sam.

Just under the first layer of dirt the found her skull, it was caked with dirt and covered with intertwining roots. Dean threw down his shovel and pulled a bag of salt out of his duffle while Sam assembled the rest of her bones in a pile. Dean emptied the bag of salt on them and pulled out his Bic as his brother poured gasoline on the pile.

With a single flick of the lighter a flame sprung to life. The flame trembled has Dean released the lighter and in tumbled down through the air towards the pile. There was a single moment of unbreakable silence when the Lighter hit the pile, but it was instantly erased by the roaring of the flames licking at the bones.

The brothers stood motionless in front of the burning pile of bones. The bright flames reflected on the skin and cast wicked shadows behind them.

"That was disturbingly easy." Sam said without turning to look at his brother. As soon as the word left Sam's mouth a screech echoed through the field. A cold wind rippled through the trees pushing the branches towards the boys. Another scream, it was louder this time, it seemed to shake the ground around the boys.

Dean covered his ears and out of the corner of his eye he could see his brother doubling over in pain, but before he could do anything he felt a strong presence run into him. It pushed him over, he landed on his back. The fall had knocking the air out of his lungs. He shut his eyes as pain rushed up and down his spinal cord.

When he opened his eyes there was a pale girl sitting on his chest, her dark hair hung down in messy tangles around her face. She was looking at Sam who seemed to be having difficulty breathing. Sam was holding his throat and coughing, he dropped to his knees and the girl looked at Dean. Instantly the air left Dean's lungs, his eyes watered and his throat longed for the cold night air. As his body begged for air, Dean stared into the eyes of the girl.

The eyes were a cold gray not even the smallest glint of color remained in the angry irises. Suddenly the eyes he was staring in disappeared and he sucked air back into his lungs. For a moment Dean lay still in the grass looking at the sky covered with clouds up above. Dean could hear his brother coughing as air was accessible again. Dean sat up and looked where he heard the coughing coming from; he could see his brother kneeling a little ways away. Sam's body shook with every cough that left his lips.

He dizzily looked around as the ground seemed to tilt and wobble under him. He heard a grunt come from behind him he struggled to stand and turn around to see the two girls struggling. Jezebel was holding the other spirit by her long black hair. Her dress must have been long and beautiful at one time, but the years and the girl's mental state had decayed it to ripped faded material that clung to her unhealthily pale body.

"Burn the tree!" Jezebel shouted at him. Sam was on his feet again and grabbed the remaining fuel and sprayed as much of the tree as he could. Dean reached for his lighter but realized it was among the still burning bones. He kicked the bones at the tree. The flames licked at the tree and quickly climbed up the branches.

They heard screaming behind them and turned to see the ghost burst into flames. She disappeared right out of Jezebel's hands.
