(Houki cuts though the screen in her kendo clothes slicing up dummies around her)

(Madoka and Gen share half screens as they both practice against an invisible enemy)

(Chloe opens her eyes and reaches out)

(Evolt Black Hole puts her arms out to her sides as Mad Rogue, and an army of Clone Smashes behind her stands ready.)

(Chifuyu, Yamada, and the IS girls turn to the right as we fly up to Inou, Goubara, and Saiga. Goubara and Saiga change into shadows and Inou into a Crimson red Rider)

(Flash cut of all the Riders in a line, Build charges forwards and battles Evolt. Evolt blasts a ball of energy that Cross-Z and Akatsu kicks though.)

(Grease and Rogue battle the shadowy figure. Both jump back and prep for the next attack.)

(Build Genius jumps at the Crimson Rider as the two exchange blows, as the Pandora Box glows behind them.)

We are Observers… Inside Pandora Tower…
A record is placed on a record player, the record spins as the needle is set down on the record as classical music plays. Saiga stands next to the record player as she glances over at the other side of the room. Where Goubara leans against a table with a bottle of wine on it. His feet tap against the ground impatiently. At the center of the room is Inou sitting with the light and shadow illuminating half of his being. Evolt sits in front of Inou across a coffee table, on the table is a cup of coffee in front of Evolt.
Evolt:(looks at Inou) Build Elimination Project, huh?(picks up a cup of coffee) It's not very nice to keep people in the dark. Why did you keep ole me in the dark?
Inou:(stares at Evolt) We supported you form the shadows, Evolt.
Flashback…
During the Build VS Grease battle, in Seito as Midou watches the duel take place. Inou watches from next to the windows.
Inou:(present ver talking) We secretly manipulated the three nations…
We jump to Hokuto during Tajimi's Declaration of war, Goubara watches the event from behind the cameras recording this event.
Inou: Triggering the war.
We then jump to Touto, where Saiga steps up to Gentoku. "Prime Minister Himuro has fallen ill." Saiga said as she stood next to Gentoku. "This is the best chance to start a war." Saiga advises.
Present…
Behind Inou is a large mural, depicting the burning of stars, destruction of planets, and the killing of men. All while demon-like beings do the work in the background.
Inou: Everything came about thanks to us, the Blood.
Evolt:(sips coffee) And that's why as thanks I made you all governors-
Goubara:(Looks at Evolt) No! That ain't gonna work Evolt.(grabs wine bottle) Our goal is to destroy the planet.(opens bottle) Like how we destroyed Mars, we'll use the immense energy of Pandora's Box.
Goubara begins to pour the wine out over his hand. "... to devour every planet in the universe." Goubara said the wine floated in an invisible sphere above Goubara's hand. "That's the mission of the Blood race." Goubara said as he threw the sphere onto the ground, smashing and knocking down the other wine bottles on the table before him. "And yet…" Saiga said as she waved her hand over the record as it suddenly melted like plastic and spilled over the edge, damaging the record player.
Saiga:(looks at melted record) … You betrayed us.
Evolt:(sighs and stands up) The energy(Evolt voice) of Pandora's box…(holds up hand as crimson flame ignites in Evolt's palm) Is mine…
Inou:(unfazed) We already have a plan.(standing up) Eliminating Build… Is the groundwork for this plan.
In a flash, Inou, Saiga, and Goubara disappear in a red dust as they disappear. Evolt sighs as she crosses her arms. "..." She silently grumbles.
Touto Riverside soccer stadium… We are Sento…
A civilian throws a pipe that manages to lodge itself in my wheel causing the bike to flip. Jumping down to the ground, my bike returns into its phone form. I run though the entrance out into the open field, while picking up my phone. "YOU GUYS ARE INSENSENT!" I shout running across the field. I jump into the air and into the seats making some distance as I land on the bleachers, pulling myself over to the railing I lean over to see the crowd of people charge up the steps.
Build:(groans) How long are you guys gonna chase me?!(sits down) God…
Madoka:(leans in close to ear) Hello~(Build jolts) Sheesh, teach. Why are you hogging all the fun? Idiot.
Gen:(looks at Build) The governors have declared that Build must be eliminated.(steps past Build) Everyone's after your life.
I cross my arms and nod. "Oh~ That's- Wait. Huh?!" I ask looking at Gen who opens his bottle. "Crocodile!" "Crusher!" Madoka and Grease insert their bottles into their belts. "Henshin." The two said as they crank their belts. The beakers form underneath both, one wraps around Madoka, while the other is shattered by crocodile jaws. "Grease Crusher!" "Crocodile in Rogue!" Both Grease and Rogue put out their bodies to block the people in their path. A group of cheerleaders cheering the group on chanting 'Destroy'
Grease:(deploys Crushers to assist) Whoever ordered this knew we can't hurt the civilians! But we can't get pummeled by them either!~
?:(walking down steps) So Kamen Riders aren't affected after all.
Rogue:(looks at ?) You are… Saiga?!
Saiga:(looks at Rogue) It's been a while, Himuro-san.
Build:(looks at Saiga) Are you behind this? Why are you doing this?!
Saiga:(giggles) Eliminating Build is an important mission for the new country that's being formed.(shakes and opens bottle) Be honored.
My eyes widen as I see the bottle in her hand. "A Lost Bottle?!" I exclaim, as Saiga inserts the bottle into herself, a red mist engulfs her body as a Scissor Lost Smash forms from the mist.
The Scissors Smash is composed of man squared off pieces across the body. The helmet has twin horns angled at the forehead and jaw protruding out, with a gas mask like face between the horns. At the shoulders near to the neck are two fin-like blades. The shoulders are protruding handles shaped like the handles of a Scissor. At the arms are a pair of gauntlets with large blades attached. The blades are shaped like scissors with a large single blade pointing up, while the handles are also blades that connect at the side of the elbow. At the chest various armor panels made up of hexagonal, diamond, and scissor shaped armor plates cover the chest. As well as the legs too.
"Seriously?!" I said. "Get out of here!" Grease shouts, I look at her as she struggles against the crowd of people before her.
Grease:(pushing back) You need to find out the truth behind all this!
Rogue:(glances back) Go, we can hold them for some time! GO!
"Got it!" I turn to run when the Scissor Smash drops on me and attempts to slice me, when Grease and Rogue push her off and begin to battle. "GO!" The two shout as I get up on my feet and rush out of the stadium where I see Yamada next to a car. "Sento! Over here! Hurry!" I shout, I jump down to ground level. Yamada hops into the car. "Get in, we need to go!" Yamada shouts, I hop in the car.
Yamada:(turns on car) Sento-kun! Are you alright?
Build:(helmet folds away) Yeah, but Madoka and Gen-san are staying to give me time… Wait.(looks at Yamada) Yamada-chan?! Why aren't you affected?
Yamada:(drives car) No idea, but we need to get back to the cafe now!
Build:(Glances out back window of car) Once we get to an intersection, we need to split up.
Yamada:(glances at rearview mirror) What? No! We're faster in this!
Build:(preps phone) Maybe, but it's also easier to block and even overwhelm a car. Especially with a crowd.(grabs door handle) I'm their target, just split up, find Chifuyu and meet me back at the IS Cafe.
Yamada:(concerned look) … Okay. Be safe out there.
Build:(nods) I will.(helmet folds back on) You stay safe too!
Opening the door I hop and deploy my bike as we hit an intersection in front of a large mall. I drive into the open door mall, as Yamada takes a right turn. The crowd follows me and not her car. 'Good, she'll be safe for now.' I drive up the steps to the second floor and dodge the incoming people trying to stop me.
Over with Grease and Rogue… We are Observers…
Grease uses her funnels to push back the crowd, as she jumps at the Scissor Smash and engages her. Rogue uppercut punches the air as a wall of energy crocodile jaws block the crowd before him. Rogue quickly jumps in to join the fight with Grease. Grease and Rogue charge in on both sides of the bleachers and kick at the same time. The Scissor Smash blocks both kicks and pushes the Riders back, then tossing one of the large scissors on its arm into the air. The single large scissor splits into a dozen or so blade-like scissors that all drop onto the seats around the Smash. "Ufufu…" The Smash giggles as she spins in place sending all of the scissors into Grease and Rogue knocking both down. Just before the two Riders can get back up, the Crowd that had managed to push past the barriers now pin down the Riders and remove their belts and bottles.
Madoka:(struggling) Hey! Where are you grabbing?!(jelly removed) Hey! Don't touch- HEY?!
Gen:(bottle removed) Watch where you're stepping! G-Get off!
Saiga:(returns to normal) …(sits on a man) How far can you run, Build-chan?(kisses bottle) Fufufu…(eyes glow) Mmh? Oh, that's where you are…(stands up) Seems I need to attend to our last missing Rider.
Madoka:(struggling) Eh?- Houki?! Don't you dare-
Saiga:(looks at Madoka) You have bigger things to worry about now.(stands up) I'll leave you all now too.(fades into mist) Ciao~
Back with Build…
I duck into an alley and behind cover as I take a breath. Looking up at the sky I spot the air space filled with helicopters in formation all looking for me. 'I'm starting to hate being the center of attention like this!' I pull out my phone and pull up today's speech. "Administer Inou, what did you do to catch people up in such madness?" I mutter as I pull up the TV news recording of the speech.
Inou:(playback) The Kamen Riders are the source of our sufferings! Especially Kamen Rider Build!
Build:(watching news) Inou Kengo…(helmet folds away) Where have I seen this guy? He looks familiar…
Dog:(walks over) Woof! Woof! Woof!
Build:(smiles) Aww~ So cute!(begins taking pictures) Come here, let met pet you little angels.(getting in closer) Here, come closer please… Fine, I'll come closer, aww you're so cute. Here co-
I look up to see a crowd of people staring at me, as the pair of dogs run off away from me. "...I'm a fucking Idiot." I said as my helmet folds up and I run for my life. Running down the other end of the alley as the people chase me, I jump off a ledge and make some distance as people from other buildings catch word and attempt to block my path. I duck, dodge, and weave, then jump onto the side of a building and then off another quickly making my way out of the city center.
IS Cafe…
landing near the building where the IS Cafe is. There, waiting for me outside is Yamada.
Yamada:(looks over) Sento-kun! You made it, it looks like Gen-san and Madoka-chan have been caught.
Sento:(removes bottles) Damn, any word on Chifuyu, Cross-Z, or Akatsu?
Yamada:(shakes head) None, for now it seems like those three are safe for now.
Sento:(nods) That's good, we need to link up soon.(starts walking) I think I have a lead I can follow, I'll need my gear though.
Yamada:(follows Sento) Lead the way.
We entered the Cafe. "Chloe, Sawa-san. You won't believe what…" I pause, as Chloe and Sawa slowly turn to look at us. Their eyes glow crimson red, "No! Not you too!" Yamada exclaims. "This sucks…" I mutter, Chloe and Sawa grab their glasses and throw them at me. I duck out of the way and Yamada dodges the glasses then grabs Sawa and Chloe. "Stop you two! Get a hold of yourselves!" She exclaims. "Hold them down!" I said as I headed for the Fridge, only for Chloe and Sawa to grab Yamada and toss her over and land on me just as I open the door.
Yamada:(getting up) I keep forgetting that they are spies.
Sento:(jumps in fridge) Less talking more running!
Yamada:(kneels down) R-Right-(pushed) Kiya~!
The two of us stumble down the stairs and reach the bottom. I get up, only for Sawa-san to grab me and pin me to the wall. "You've gotta be kidding me!" I shout, managing to push Sawa-san off me I jump back just in time to dodge Chloe's knife. "Where were you keeping that?!" I shout, as I glance over at her fallen plush. "Oh, of course it's in there." I mutter as I duck under another swing of the knife. "Chloe-chan! Stop!" Yamada shouts, grappling Chloe. Then a hand grabs my wrist then a pair of legs wrap around my neck as I'm tossed to the ground and my arm grappled by Sawa-san. "Give Give Give!" I shout trying to break free, before I switch to reach out for a button under the steps of the Bottle Fabricator. 'Come on…' I reach, and reach. Then I flip the switch. "Yamada! Hold your breath!" I shout as gas begins to fill the room, in shock Sawa and Chloe are distracted as I quickly run up the steps and into the standing chamber of the Bottle Fabricator. "Yamada! Come on!" I shout trying to keep Chloe and Sawa from overwhelming me, only for Yamada to grab Chloe and Sawa and all three are pulled away from me by Yamada. "Go! Solve this Sento-kun!" Yamada shouts as the door closes, I quickly grab and strap on a gas mask as I lean against the door.
Sento:(leans against the door) Thank you Yamada. Thank you for your sac- Oh what am I saying? It's just knockout gas. But what's going on?(phone rings) Ah…(answers) Ichika?
Ichika: Hey! What the heck is going on?!
Sento:(sighs) That's what I want to know! One moment I'm taking out a Smash, the next thing I knew everyone was after me.(opens door) Even Chloe and Sawa-san went mad. But Yamada didn't for some reason.
We are Ichika…
Ichika:(glances out window) Hold on. I'm heading back right now-(phone is grabbed) Hey-Whaah?!
Goubara:(sitting next to Ichika) That ain't happening.
I punch the headrest of the driver as we screech and swerve. Unbuckling my seatbelt, I open the door and jump out, just as the car flips over and crashes into the side of an underpass. "Uh… Ow…" I mutter as I pull myself up. I see Goubara step out of the car and towards me. "Who the hell are you?! How did you get in the car!?" I shout standing up.
Goubara:(cracking neck) I've been keepin' a watch on you, the 10 years I've been on earth. For some reason, we thought of ropin' you and her in to help.(laughs) But, I guess the two of you ain't the obedient kind.
Goubara takes out a Gold and Black Zebra Bottle. "A Lost Bottle!?" I exclaim as Goubara flips the bottle upside down and shakes it side to side in between his fingers. Opening the cap and dropping the bottle, Goubara's body suddenly changes into that of a red liquid ball that takes in the Zebra Lost bottles as gold energy circulates through the floating ball of liquid it takes shape. "Alright." The Liquid said, as it takes shape and solidifies into a Zebra Lost Smash.
The Zebra Lost Smash is made up of striped armor pieces across the head, arms, and chest. The head is elongated upwards with the face having gems with one at the face shaped like a diamond shape with a second gold star at the head's forehead. Both are rimmed with gold outline. Round the sides are blue and white armor plates. The chest, and arms are also covered with various stripe shaped armor, while the legs are up armored like a robot's legs.
I looked at the letter and the picture that was inside it. The letter contained a picture of Kasumi. "Don't tell me…" I muttered looking up at the Smash. The Zebra Smash chuckled as it bumped its fists together.
Zebra:(nods) Yeah, the one who chose your Girlfriend to become a Smash…(taps self) Was me! Ha ha ha ha!
Ichika:(pulls out Knuckle) Shut… YOU'RE FUCKING MOUTH!
I insert the Cross-Z Magma Knuckle into my belt and crank. "Cross-Z Magma! Are you Ready?!" "Henshin!" I shout as the cauldron pours on me. "Infernal Muscle! Cross-Z Magma! Ach-ch-ch-ch-cha!~" I charge towards the Zebra Smash. "I'll crush you!" I scream.
We are Sento… Outside on the streets…
Waiting in an alleyway, I sit on my bike with a bag of supplies on my left and my phone on the right. Attempting a call to Ichika, I am met with the ringing silence of my phone. "What's with no one picking up today?" I wonder, I hang up then attempt another call. "Come on, Houki. Pick up. I expect the meathead but not you." I mutter, after a few minutes of silence I sigh. "Seriously? Where are those two-" My thought is interrupted by a gunshot that hits the brick wall next to me. A second shot causes me to flinch and toss my bag down the alley. I turn around to see a crowd with a trio of Touto soldiers leading the pack. "Gotta blast!" I shout as I drive down the alley, picking up my bag as I drive past.
Driving out onto the freeway, the drivers on the road all stop and form a car barrier in front of me. "Figures! Hmm?" I spot the drivers of all the cars in the roadblock and get out and charge me. "Perfect!" I exclaim as I dodge each of the drivers, before putting on my bag and reaching into it, retrieving a detonator and three small charges. Tossing out 3 charges that stick to the sides of three cars, activating the detonator just as I jump the roadblock causing the roadblock to go up in flames as I drive though the flames. As I land on the opposite side, I glance back to see that no one is following me. I don't stick around as I drive off down the freeway.
