Oh jeez, is it chapter 20 already? Aha! Well, either way, we've got a big chapter coming up with a pretty shocking surprise but it ain't this one. Unless you'd like to think it is, then knock yourself out. xD Alrighty then, let's get on with it, shall we?

Juliet's P.O.V.

"...and you're my wife." I hear him say.

"Wait, what?" I ask, growing anxious.

"I said 'and you're Tybalt's cousin.'" he repeats. Wait, did I hear him correctly the first time?

"I can't believe this..." he whispered.

"Neither can I..." I whispered, about to shed a tear. I can't believe I might actually lose the man I love more than anything! I had to do something!

"Come back to me, Juliet. I miss you." I hear him say. Wait, what?

"I'm sorry, I didn't quite catch that." I shake my head.

"I said you should go, Juliet. It might be best." he repeats himself. My heart broke.

"What? But...I thought-"

"Just go...please." he cuts me off. I felt my eyes watering. I hung my head and turned to walk away. "I love you." I heard from his voice. I stopped for a second, but then I realized it was all in my head, and I continued to walk away as tears slowly ran down my cheeks. I can't believe this was really happening. I couldn't let him go. But I can't fight him right now. All I wanted was my life back. I wanted Featherstone, Niagara, Shroom, Katie all back in my life. But mostly Gnomeo.

Back at the red garden, I sat quietly on my pedestal and stared up at the sky. My face was stained red with tears. I was caught up in a daydream of Gnomeo and I; The day he proposed to me.

(Flashback)

We were walking through the tall grass at our greenhouse where I engraved our initials in a heart not long ago. I smiled to myself. What a beautiful day it was. We sat in the grass and looked up at the clouds. "Hey, look at that!" Gnomeo said.

"What? What do you see?" I ask. He points up at a cloud.

"That cloud looks just like a tulip. Like the ones in your garden." he remarks. I giggled and searched the sky.

"Hey, look at that one! It looks like my cousin!" I point out. Gnomeo looked at me confused.

"That looks nothing like Tybalt." he laughs.

"No, not him! I mean my cousin, Roz. She was sold to a couple in America about a year ago. She's on the cover of every gardening magazine that Mr. Capulet has." I explained. Then I sighed. "She's living the life of a celebrity and here I am stuck up on a pedestal as a decoration and zero freedom."

"Well, you have me." Gnomeo reminds me. I looked over at him and smiled.

"Hey, I have something for you." he says with a smile.

"Really? What is it?" I ask excitedly. He got up and went across the yard to the shed to get something. He grabbed a small guitar and darted back to me and sat beside me. He strummed a cord lightly.

"A little song that reminds me of you, with a little twist." he winks. My heart melted as he began to strum.

Just then, he stopped mid-song and tossed the guitar aside and stood up and offered me his hand. I took it and he pulled me up to stand. Then he grasped both of my hands and sang a different tune a little bit faster.

He finished the last line bending on one knee and pulling out a ring! It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen! It was silver with a purple aster flower on it. I teared up as I felt great love in my heart. I looked straight into Gnomeo's eyes. And without a doubt, I said, "Yes! Yes, Gnomeo, of course I'll be your wife!" I threw my arms around his neck and hugged him tightly as he hugged me back with the same force. We couldn't wipe the smile off our faces as he put the ring on my finger and pulled me in for a kiss. We hugged again and smiled at the thought of always being together everyday for the rest of our lives as a married couple.

"I love you." Gnomeo whispered ever so happily.

"I love you, too." I replied through my tears of joy.

(End of Flashback)

I smiled. Then I felt my heart ache as I would never hear him say 'I love you' to me ever again. Or call me his wife or his love. He was out of my life forever. I frowned and began to cry again. Then I heard noise in the bushes. I looked up and stopped crying as I eyed the bushes nervously. "Hello?" I called. Nothing. "Who's there?" I asked, my voice shaking. I began to walk down the steps of my pedestal until I was on the flat land again. "If you don't come out right now, so help me, I'll come after you!" I threatned. Still nothing. "Alright, you asked for it!" I warned them. I darted towards the bushes and grabbed onto an arm and yanked them out of the bush and swung them into the pond. However, I caught a glimpse of the color. Blue. Could it be...? He came out of the water and pulled himself onto the flat level. I can't believe the last person I'd expect to be here was actually here!

"Well that couldn't have gone any worse." he muttered, standing up.

"Gnomeo?" I gasped. He offered his arms out for a hug. I was surprised. Was I dreaming? Wether I was or not, I accepted his hug as I ran into his arms and hugged him tightly. Then I pulled away.

"I thought you didn't want to see me again." I whispered.

"I never said that. I just needed a little bit to think about this. Sure, maybe we didn't get off on the right foot, but I realized that I don't care if you're a red or if you knew me somehow and maybe lost your mind a bit," he chuckled. I chuckled too. "But I think we can work this out." he smiled, sweetly. We leaned in and kissed passionetly. If this was a dream, I never wanted to wake up. We continued to kiss for the longest time. Just then, another flashback came back to me.

(Flashback)

Gnomeo and I were outside looking at the stars. I was about 5 months pregnant, at the time, with Katie. We had just found out our baby was a girl. Gnomeo put his arm around me as we leaned against each other. "Look, love, it's a shooting star!" Gnomeo pointed out. We watched as it flashed by us. I was astonished by the amazing light it sent upon the sky.

"Quick, make a wish!" I whispered.

"What more could I ask for? I have the perfect family, the perfect wife who is going to give me the perfect baby." he smiled as he gently rubbed my belly. I smiled up at him and then looked back up at the sky. "What do you wish for?" he asked me. I took a moment of thought. I closed my eyes and thought about it.

"Got it." I said, opening my eyes.

"What'd you wish for?" he asked.

"To relive our favorite memory; The night we met. I would fall in-love with you all over again." I whispered, smiling. He smiled back. "I couldn't be happier than I am with you."

"Me too, Jules. Me too." he whispered, gently pressing his lips to mine.

(End of Flashback)

I came back to reality with Gnomeo and I still kissing. I pulled away but I could tell he didn't want me to. "You okay?" he asked me. I thought about the flashback for a moment. And then it hit me...

Wow! So much complication going on here! So, did y'all like that little rhyme Gnomeo busted out when he proposed to Juliet? Came up with it all by myself. ;D Lol, anyways, Christmas is just around the corner and I'm so excited! How bout you guys? :) Well, I'm gonna study for my science final exam for the semester. One more half day and then break is in full swing! WOO! :D
