The week went by fast when Izuku found himself waking up on the final day of his time in Serenity Haven, as of he'd only just arrived. Sitting up in bed, he started his so-called morning routine. Spending one week in the facility had made him start doing the same thing every day, automatically creating a sort of routine for him.

First, getting out of bed, then getting dressed, and finally breakfast in the cafeteria.

"Good morning Izuku. Ready to get out of here today?" Dr. Toshiko asked, suddenly appearing beside him the second he stepped out of his room. The doctor usually did that in the morning; just appeared out of nowhere.

"Yeah, I'm so ready," Izuku responded dryly. You have no idea... Izuku gave the dark brown-haired woman a glare and continued his walk to the cafeteria without acknowledging that she and a guard followed him all the way, like always.

"By the way Izuku, don't forget your medicine after breakfast...You know what for." The doctor whispered before she headed to the other end of the room, leaving the greenette stranded.

"Yeah yeah, to keep me out of trouble..." Izuku rolled his eyes and went to get his breakfast. During his stay in the facility, the food had thankfully improved and the breakfast no longer contained of mere bread and water; now there was actually some fullness to the food. What also had improved was that the guards had managed to keep him and Ashi out of each other's way. That and the medicine keeping them loopy most of the days, so the risk of the two teenagers even managing to start a fight, would be rather impossible when they were in that state of mind.

Izuku quietly sat and ate his breakfast when Ashi, as if on cue also entered the cafeteria and went to get his food. Thankfully, he'd pretty much given up trying to bully the greenette after being thrown into solitary the last time he tried; they were both in the same boat. If any of them tried to jump the other, solitary is where they would end up. Izuku sighed and eyed the raven as he slowly went over to sit at the other end of the cafeteria.

Even though the two of them sat on opposite directions of the room, that didn't hinder them from glaring at each other out of hate, which is exactly how every morning had been since that first day.

"Everyone who are finished with your breakfast, come get your medicine!" It was Dr. Toshiko, standing by a table full of cups; each cup filled with a specific medicine for all the patients in Seretiy Haven. Since Izuku was pretty much done with his food, he got up and made his way over to get his cup. By now, a week had passed and this was just another part of his routine. Thankfully, today was his last day, so this medicine he would ingest now would be his last.

Ugh, what's even the point of taking these today...It's my last day. The greenette stared down at the pills in his cup, not swallowing them directly like usual. Izuku didn't feel like being loopy when he got out of the facility was such a good idea; Aizawa and his mother would be even more concerned about him if that's how he made his comeback. I'll just, put these here instead... Placing the pills in his pocket, Izuku backed away from the table and started making his way back to his room, like he usually did after breakfast.

As he was walking back to his room, he got stopped before he even made it there by one of the guards.

"What do you want?" Izuku asked but instead of an answer, he was just got forced to turn around and start walking in the direction of Dr. Toshiko's office. The greenette should have guessed; it was his last day, and the woman probably wanted to have a last would with him before releasing him. Izuku got escorted into the room and found the doctor sitting by her desk.

She gestured for the greenette to sit down, as she pulled out the same notebook from his first day in the facility.

"So Izuku, I've just got a few last things before you can get out of here..." She muttered and flipped to his page in the notebook. "Excluding a few mishaps at the beginning of your stay here, I think you have matured if we look back from earlier this week to now, don't you think?" She looked up at Izuku, waiting for his answer; Izuku just nodded, feeling impatient to get out of the building.

"Is Aizawa and my mother waiting outside, because I don't want to keep them waiting..." Izuku asked, starting to fidget with his shirt hem, as the doctor gave him a small nod.

"I'll give you the clear then... So with that finalized, you can follow me to get your belongings back." The doctor said, standing up; she motioned for the greenette to follow her, and so he did. The two walked through the hallway when Izuku noticed it was the same hallway that led to...that room.

"In here please." Dr. Toshiko ordered. Izuku barely had any time to protest before he was back in the shower room. Slowing his steps, he instantly noticed the guards that were standing by the drain...

"Eh...Am I supposed to-"

"Yes."

Izuku sighed, walked over to the shower, took his clothes off, and stood awkwardly as the two guards scrubbed him down...again. This time, he couldn't really protest about it either, because it was the last time, and he still had the anti-quirk wristband on, to prevent what happened the first time.

After a few minutes, the guards were done, and he was handed a towel; Izuku quickly dried off and went back to Dr. Toshiko where she was waiting for him.

When the greenette approached the woman, she looked slightly amused, which confused him.

"Guess what I found in one of the pockets..." She scoffed, showing him the pills that he had tried to hide. Izuku sighed and looked away in shame, but the doctor didn't get mad, she just gave him the pills and waited for him to swallow them.

"Do I have to? Come on, it's the last day and I don't want to walk out of here loopy when I meet everyone again." Izuku protested, giving the doctor an annoyed look; she responded with a stern but silent look back. The greenette sighed and gave up the argument...It's the last time his body needed to ingest these drugs, so he might as well take them to please the doctor.

"Good, now here are your clothes and whatever else you had with you when you came here." Dr. Toshiko said, handing him his training uniform. Izuku received his clothes, and got changed, then handed his wrist to the doctor so she could release him from the anti-quirk cuffs, which she did.

Finally, he was ready to be let out of the facility.

Izuku followed Dr. Toshiko out of the room, and they headed to the entrance; the big steel doors were still as creepy as when he first arrived. When he walked after the doctor through the hallway, he noticed the staff kept throwing weird looks at him when he passed them, but he tried to ignore them until he finally got outside of the facility.

The fresh air couldn't be more rewarding...He hadn't been able to go outside for the whole week, so now when he finally could, it was like a reward.

"IZUKU!" Inko ran up to him, hugging her son tightly; he hugged back just as much, feeling relieved to meet his mother again. Looking up from Inko's shoulder, he saw Aizawa standing over by the car, waiting for him. Inko finally let go, and before they left, both Aizawa and his mother had a quick word with Dr. Toshiko. What they were talking about was incomprehensible for Izuku to hear, from where was standing, but nonetheless, it didn't matter anymore; he was going back to UA.

Finally, after a few minutes, Aizawa and Inko came back to the car and fussed Izuku into the back seat before the car started making its way back to UA.

After half an hour, Izuku started recognizing the surroundings in the city, and he knew they would be arriving at UA any minute now. During the car ride, Izuku noticed how far away from the city Serenity Haven was located. It shouldn't be surprising that it was located in a rather remote area, it was a mental facility after all.

"Are you sure you don't want to go back home for a few days first?" Inko asked; Izuku shook his head. He'd missed his friends and wanted to catch up with his studies...He did miss a weeks worth of it and wasn't planning on missing even more. "Really sure?"

"Yes Mom, Im sure," Izuku responded, starting to get annoyed with her persistency. She had already asked during the whole car ride to UA, and the greenette's answer remained the same. "If it makes you feel any better, I'll come home this weekend." With that, Inko's hurt look ceased, and she gave him a small smile, thankful her son wasn't that heartless to not come home.

A few minutes later, UA finally towered up ahead, and Izuku started feeling nervous; he had been taken away quickly and had not heard anything from his friends since then, so he figured they must be worried about him.

"To not cause unnecessary commotion just yet, well go in through the teacher's entrance, not the front doors," Aizawa explained, urging the greenette out of the car; Izuku nodded silently. Waving off his mother who was gonna be driven back home, Izuku awkwardly followed Aizawa across the school grounds into the building.

"Just before we go out, do you want to go to your room and get changed?" Aizawa asked. Izuku thought that sounded good, and so his teacher escorted him to his room through the more secret passageways in UA, to avoid his class finding out he was back just yet.

"Take as long as you want, I'll wait out here." Izuku nodded, and closed his door, walking over to his bed. Sitting down, the greenette let out a tired sigh. Im finally back... Izuku glanced around his room; it was a bit weird being back in his own room for once. He had started getting used to the room he had at Serenity Haven, which had been half the size. Shaking his head, Izuku finally got up from his bed and got changed into more comfortable clothes, then he peeked out the door to see Aizawa leaning against the wall.

"Let's go," Aizawa said, cuffing an arm around the greenettes shoulder, leading him down to the dorm's common area where his class usually were at this time. Since Aizawa knew class 1A were gonna be quick to swarm Izuku once they noticed he was walking down the stairs, they walked discreetly until it no longer worked.

"Izuku?!" It was Kirishima. Once the greenettes name was out in the open, everyone turned their heads to see him and Aizawa slowly approach them. Not long after that, most of his class flung up from their seats to come and welcome him back, and make sure he was well.

"Everyone, go sit back down!" It didn't take long before Aizawa stepped in between Izuku and his classmates swarming him; the class immediately calmed down and went to sit down again, while Aizawa led the greenette to the center. "Happy to see you all excited that Midoriya is back, but we still have an issue to sort out..." He explained, gazing across everyone's curious faces.

"Yeah, your right Mr. Aizawa...How did this happen?" Iida mumbled, proceeding to scan his classmates aswell.

"That's what we're gonna figure out right this second. Anyone wants to fess up on how a mental facility got a call to pick Midoriya up with no evidence?" Aizawa asked.

The silence was loud...

Uncomfortably loud.

That's when Izuku noticed Kirishima throwing worried glances at Denki, Mina, and Sero. Do they know anything about this? Izuku wondered, looking at the way they seemed to get really uncomfortable with the silence amongst the class.

"No one is leaving this room until this is solved." Aizawa snarled, starting to get annoyed with his class. The situation was quite serious, and the one responsible was acting cowardly by not admitting what really happened. When Izuku gazed across his classmates, his eyes finally landed on Bakugou, who was looking more uncomfortable than usual. When the greenette looked back at Kirishima, Mina, Sero, and Denki they were all looking at the blonde, pretty much exposing him.

"Bakugou...You got anything to say about this?" Aizawa asked, figuring out right away that it was him based on Kirishima, Denki, Mina, and Sero's faces all turned to him.

"Kacchan...Was it you or not? Im not gonna be mad if it was, but don't keep quiet about it then." Izuku said, seeing a slight wince in the blonde's face. A few seconds later, he sighed and stood up, locking his gaze with Izuku's.

"It was me...But just let me explain-"

"You two can come with me then. The rest of you don't need to hear this." Aizawa snapped, dragging Bakugou along with him to the teacher's office; Izuku hurried awkwardly after them, nervous about how this would escalate.

As the three of them entered the teacher's office, Aizawa started having a heated discussion with the blonde, and the greenette just idly sat on the sideline and listened.

"Do you know how much paperwork and concerns we've had to go through because of this?! What you did, intentional or not is not okay, and I ought to put you on a temporary ban, but I won't." Aizawa yelled. Izuku could see how much the blonde regretted his actions, which made him feel less angry about what he had done.

"Aizawa...Give Kacchan a pass, I don't care that this has happened. I mean, even though there was no reason, and it was against my will, there's no point arguing about it anymore...Im back now arent I?" Izuku said. The shocked look on the blonde's face said it all...

He could not believe the greenette was trying to get him out of trouble he himself had caused.

"If that's what you feel Izuku...But there still needs to be some kind of punishment for this." Aizawa sighed, looking back at Bakugou. "One week, cleaning duties for the whole school," Bakugou growled in response, but didn't argue; it was his fault.

"Now, tell me...How did this even happen?" Izuku questioned, sitting down next to Aizawa, facing the blonde. At first, Bakugou kept quiet, but after a minute or so he sighed and started rolling his thumbs.

"We were playing truth or dare...I guess, prank calling Serenity Haven maybe wasn't the best idea I had." Bakugou muttered, looking away in shame.

At least you know it was wrong... Izuku thought, gazing at his childhood friend.

"Alright, now that this is solved, I will still need to contact both your mothers and explain the situation to them..." Aizawa explained. Bakugou didn't seem to care, but he was definitely not happy that his mother would know what he'd accidentally done. Aizawa didn't need to say much more, so he went to call their mothers while the two teens walked out of the office quietly.

They walked in silence back to the class, but right before they came back to the class, Bakugou stopped; Izuku turned around, curious.

"Sorry..."

Did he just apologize?! Izuku stared dumbfounded at the blonde as he continued walking back to class 1A, who were quick to start scolding him aswell. Izuku figured Mina must have slipped up about what happened. My time at Serenity Haven must have been a bigger deal than I thought...Even Kacchan seemed to have been affected, despite it being his fault. Izuku thought, then he started making his way back to the class as well.

Anyway, everything was fine now, and even though Izuku had been placed unwillingly at a mental facility for a week, the others didn't need to know what really happened in there...

That was Izuku's business, and his only.
