The crew had been sailing for two days since leaving Fukuoka, and much to Nami's relief, Luffy hadn't been giving her any wedgies since they left. She still had plenty of money left over from all the wedgies Luffy had already given her so Nami had no reason to be upset about her Captain giving her a little downtime.
Luffy on the other hand wasn't as happy. Sure he had his fun throughout the past week, but now he was starting to regret it. Luffy had spent millions in just a few days, and he didn't have enough money to pay Nami anymore. To add to that annoyance, he kept feeling that new strange feeling whenever he thought about Nami. He couldn't help it. Every time he was left alone with his thoughts, which would usually be very limited to things like meat, he felt himself imagining Nami's squeals and the pleasure he got from watching her squirm as he stretched her panties.
Luffy was praying for one thing above all else, and that was finding a way to make money fast. Luckily, Luffy's prayers would be answered. On their way to the next island Luffy and the others came across a burning pirate ship.
"Well Captain, what's the plan?" Zoro asked Luffy as the crew stood on deck.
Luffy responded with a goofy smile. "Let's go steal whatever we can!" Luffy laughed and then shot his rubbery arms towards the boat. "GUM GUM, ROCKET!" Luffy used his signature technique to sling himself over to the burning boat and start looting it.
"Well, you heard him," Zoro said as he climbed up on the railings of the ship. Zoro dove off into the water and began swimming away.
"Zoro wait!" Usopp and Chopper yelled out to the swordsman. "YOU'RE GOING THE WRONG WAY!"
Zoro abruptly stopped swimming, took a look around, and realized he was swimming away from both the Going Merry and the burning ship.
"How the hell do you get lost 10 feet away from the ship moss head?" Sanji yelled out as he climbed up onto the railings and jumped the gap between the two ships.
"Get back here stupid cook!" Zoro yelled as he aggressively swam back towards the two boats.
Nami sighed and turned towards the others. "Boys," she said in an irritated tone. "You should go help them before they get hurt Robin."
Robin nodded and proceeded to use her Devil Fruit ability to create a bridge of arms for her to cross between the ships.
Once the crew had salvaged all they could, Nami was quick to divide up the loot. It was impossible not to notice the excited look on her face.
"You guys, just managed to steal…200,000,000 BERI!" The whole crew was shocked as they all began what they'd do with their cut of the cash. "Alright, 20% of the money is going to the ships reserves, but that still means that everyone else gets 20,000,000 beri! Each!" Everyone cheered as Nami handed out the money, and as they all spoke about what they planned to use the money for. Luffy however already knew exactly where his share was going.
Luffy waited until later in the day when everyone had calmed down to make his move. Everyone was doing their own thing, like any other boring day at sea. Zoro, Robin, and Vivi were all on deck, the green haired swordsman sleeping against the mast and the two girls sunbathing in lounge chairs. Sanji was in the kitchen making some treats for the girls while Usopp and Chopper were playing games in the cabin.
Nami was in the girls' room working on her maps again, and Luffy was quickly on his way to pay her a visit.
Luffy quietly opened the door to the girls' room and walked in. Nami quickly noticed her Captain, standing and flashing his smile. She figured now that Luffy had more money he wanted to have a little fun.
"C-can I help you with something Luffy?" Nami stuttered, not exactly prepared for her first wedgie in a couple of days.
"I wanna give you a wedgie Nami," Luffy immediately blurted out. Nami blushed but just stood up knowing there was no reason to retaliate if she was getting paid.
Luffy stood behind the orange haired navigator and reached down her jeans, grabbing onto the waistband of her panties and pulling them halfway up her back in an instance. "I don't know. I had it right under my hat, but now it's gone," Luffy explained as he shrugged.
"Are you telling me you lost the paper?!" Nami screamed as she grabbed Luffy by the throat.
"Relax Nami! It's gotta be somewhere on the ship!"
"You better find it, fast!" The angry girl shook Luffy aggressively. "If anyone on the crew sees that paper I'll charge you 50,000,000 more than what you already owe me!"
"50,000,000! I don't have that kind of money!"
"Well then you better find that paper, otherwise you'll owe me over 50,000,000 beri plus interest." Nami scoffed as she turned away and crossed her arms. Luffy quickly scrambled out of the room and began searching rigorously for the small piece of paper that could put him tens of millions of beri in debt.
Luffy rushed around the ship for ten minutes trying to find the paper, and he was starting to panic.
"Oh man, if I don't find that paper soon Nami's going to be really mad." He got on the ground to look under a table. "Then she won't let me give her any more wedgies. And I won't have enough money to buy meat!" Luffy froze solid when he heard someone walk up behind him. He turned around to see Vivi standing there with an inquisitive look on her face. "O-oh…hi Vivi!" Luffy said as he shot up and smashed his head against the table. Rubbing the bump on the back of his head Luffy sat up and looked at Vivi. "D-did you need something?" Luffy asked in a panic.
"I want to ask you what this is," Vivi said as she held up the paper that read 'Nami's Wedgie Prices'. Luffy's panic just kept growing.
"Wh-where'd you get that?" Luffy asked with a nervous laugh.
"Zoro said you dropped it while you guys were raiding that ship. He said he didn't want to invade your privacy so he didn't read it and asked me to give it to you. But I got curious and decided to read it. I was going to ask Nami since her name's on the paper, but this is your hand writing."
"Uhm…well…A few days ago I gave Nami a wedgie and I found out she wears granny panties and she made me promise not to tell anyone and then we made a deal that if she lets me give her wedgies I'd pay her, but then I lost the paper and she said if I didn't get it back she's gonna make me pay 50,000,000 beri, and then I won't have any money to buy meat!" Luffy explained as he began crying.
"L-Luffy calm down," Vivi said as she folded up the paper and stuck it back under Luffy's hat. "I'm not really sure I understand. Could you please tell me what a wedgie is?"
"Well, it'd be a lot easier to show you than tell you."
"Okay then. Can you show me?"
Using his better judgement for possibly the first time in his life Luffy looked around the cabin before whispering to Vivi.
"Come with me to the guys' bedroom."
"Okay." Vivi followed Luffy into the boys cabin and Luffy quickly locked the door behind them. He looked Vivi up and down to see that she was wearing a pair of white shorts and a pink jacket over a yellow tank top.
"Alright. Turn around please."
Vivi smiled and did what Luffy asked. In an instant Luffy got close behind her and shot his hands down Vivi's shorts. Before the blue haired girl could react Luffy shot a pair of white panties with a big yellow smiley face on the back up her ass and out of her shorts. Vivi was taken by surprise and couldn't stop herself from letting out a loud moan.
"I-is this a wedgie?" She tensely asked her Captain. Luffy responded by continuing to pull and stretch the childish fabric. Vivi kept growing and squealing as Luffy lifted her off the ground and started bouncing her by her panties.
"Y-you can stop now Luffy," Vivi pleaded.
"Nope, I want to see how far it goes!" Luffy replied as he continued to bounce her. Vivi didn't have much choice but to comply. Vivi wasn't sure what Luffy was going to do, but she got a pretty good idea when she started to see the white fabric in Luffy's hands reaching over her head.

"Thanks Vivi!"
"So long as you let me be a part of the little deal you have with Nami."
"Uhm…I don't know if Nami would be happy about that…"
"Please Luffy~ I promise I'll keep both your guys' secrets."
"Well…I have to ask Nami. But if she says yes then of course!"
Vivi smiled and snuck out of the room as Luffy went to find Nami.
He found the navigator at the helm watching the Log Pose as the ship continued down the Grand Line.
"Nami!" Luffy called out as he ran up to her.
"You better be all excited because you found the paper Luffy," Nami said with a stern glare.
"Well sorta…"
"What do you mean sorta?"
"P-please don't be mad!"
"Luffy! What did you do?"
"I went looking around for the paper I couldn't find it at all but then Vivi had the paper because Zoro found it when I dropped it on the other boat and she asked me what it was so I told her everything about the last week and she asked me what a wedgie was so I wedgied her and she promised not to tell anyone about our secrets but I have to let her join in on the deal and please don't be mad at me because then I won't have enough money for meeeeeaaaat!" Luffy explained as he fell to his knees and sobbed at Nami's feet.
"C-calm down Luffy," Nami said annoyed and uncomfortable. "I-it's fine. I'm not mad. So long as Vivi doesn't tell anyone else about our arrangement. Just, please tell me you didn't tell Vivi about me…wearing granny panties." Nami whispered that last part and Luffy's body went tense.
"S-sorry…"
"LUFFY?!" Nami angrily struck Luffy in the back of the head and stormed off.
Luffy remembered that he still had to pay Nami for the squeaky clean wedgie he gave her earlier, but he decided to let her cool off first. Besides, he also had to pay Vivi now too.
