No one else gave me trouble this day or the rest of the week. I healed maybe 300 hundred people. It was exhausting, but I did what I had to do. Files of each healed person was sent to the Secretary of State and I was informed that was pleased. Those who denied treatment signed documents saying so. Only two denied treatment because they did not trust me. I didn't argue or fight them on it. This would have been much worse if I was staying longer per our first agreement. Now I am thanking my husband for kidnapping me before.

I could tell in his voice each day that I spoke with him, he was agitated and nervous with each day passing. To him, I was behind enemy lines, forced to heal people who did not deserve my time. This world had truly traumatized him. But he has lived the history I had only read about. He has seen things from the land above that he wanted to forever distance himself and his people from.

The moon was up high, and Okoye and I were walking across a bridge merely just having some time to ourselves.

"This was the same bridge that the Talokan took Shuri. I never thought I'd be walking across it again." she said, her eyes filled with dread. I looked at her and wrapped an arm around hers.

"You did everything you could to protect Shuri. She does not blame you and neither does Ramonda… well now she doesn't." I explained. She chuckled and I smiled as we looked out to the empty street.

"I will be so happy when we are back at Wakanda. This place is tainted. No one here will ever know a place as beautiful as Wakanda and I am honestly glad about it. I am glad no one will ever be able to try and take our resources." she said. I nodded in agreement noticing as we were walking there was a group of men talking and smoking off to the side. The fun in Okoye's eyes faded as she moved to walk on the right side of me. Her spear was hidden in her jacket so she wasn't worried, and truth be told, I wasn't either.

The men saw us and began to eye us and cat call at us.

"Hey there pretty ladies, what club are you two going to!" one of them called as they began to slowly walk in front of us to stop us from walking. Now I was a tad excited.

"Is this really happening?" I mumbled to the ground. Okoye grinned.

"Oh, I really hope it was." she said. Now the men formed a human wall in front of us, forcing us to stop.

"Woah ladies where's the fire?" another asked. I moved back from Okoye letting her stand in front of us. The men assumed she was trying to look intimidating and all went ooh as if they were afraid.

"Gentlemen, we do not want any problems. Please let us pass. I will only tell you once." she said. The men chuckled and one stepped close to her.

"Ain't you got any manners? What you weren't taught any manners where you're from?" he asked. Okoye gave a toxic smile before suddenly head butting the man. He squealed out, his hands covering his face which were now red with blood.

"You bitch!" another man yelled as they now all charged for Okoye. Immediately, she pulled out her spear and swung it violently, knocking all of the men to the ground. She held a firm fighting stance.

"What the fuck!" another yelled and I just stood there watching as they all came at her. She easily knocked them back, disarmed their blades if they pulled one out. One of them began to pull out a gun and I gasped.

"OKOYE!" I screamed. However, the man's body was gone in a second. I blinked rapidly noticing he was pinned to the bridge wall with a spear through his chest. But it was not Okoye's spear. The rest of the men ran off as large whale breaching out of the water and immediately four Talokan warriors jumped off it and approached me, one being Attuma. They got on their knees and bowed at me before standing up. Attuma looked at me.

"My queen. We came to your air as soon as we saw you close to a body of water." he said. I smiled and nodded at him.

"Thank you Attuma, but Okoye had it handled." I told watched as she approached with a soft frown, Attuma's weapon in her hand. She tossed it to him lightly and he caught it with a smirk.

"Your warrior fights well, although she left you open for a threat to harm you just like with the Wakandan princess." he announced. I could see the anger flaring in her eyes.

"And now look what you have done. You have killed a man and your queen will have to answer for it. This is really bad!" she said. Attuma just stared at her, seeming amused at her anger before he looked at his warriors. He spoke to them in their language and they nodded and moved to grab the body and jumped over the bridge with it.

"They will not find the scum." he assured me. I smiled and nodded while Okoye just scoffed and turned taking a few steps away to give us privacy.

"How is your king?" I asked. He sighed.

"Missing his queen. He does not like you being away for this long. You are missed by the people as well. They do not like you being away for this long in enemy hands." he said. His words made me smile, as it felt good to be worried by the new kingdom I was married into. I knew Namor cared, but I didn't expect his people to.

"They have no need to worry for me." I replied. He glanced at Okoye who had her hands on her hips and I grinned. "Why don't you go talk to her." He now looked at me curiously.

"For what purpose, my queen?" he asked. I gave him a look before nudging his ribs. He seemed stunned by my actions and stood up straight.

"It is obvious you watch her more than you should." I said and he now looked flustered which was not what I was expecting.

"It would not be appropriate my queen. Let me escort you back to Talokan. Your mission is over. How you leave should not matter to the surface scum." he said. I thought about it but shook my head.

"I have one more day. I will return with Okoye tomorrow afternoon." I replied. He nodded and bowed before moving over to the bridge. He paused and glanced over at Okoye.

"If you're ever looking for another fight… I'll be waiting!" he called out in English. Okoye looked at him with stunned eyes. My mouth dropped in excitement before he smirked and went over the bridge. I walked over toward Okoye admitting her stunned face.

"He likes you." I replied. She stumbled over her words before waving off my words.

"Aahh." she merely replied, and I laughed and we walked back to the hotel.

The next morning, I saw only a small amount of people, healed them, then we were back in the air taking off for Wakanda. We were not followed, nor did anyone try and stop us from leaving.

"I hope I do not have to return for a very long time." I replied. There was a beeping on the screen.

"Ah Shuri is calling." Okoye replied before clicking a button and Shuri's head appeared on screen.

"Ah you have both survived your perilous journey. Did you have any fun?" she asked. We both went eeehhhh in thought.

"We kept ourselves entertained." I replied. Shuri smiled.

"Queen Eywa, I've got some information about this flu strain. It's a bacterium that was found in some fish." she said. I tilted my head.

"Fish? Maybe something they've caught that made them sick and now it's making the people sick." I replied.

"It would explain why our allies are also sick with their consuming of fish." Okoye replied. I nodded.

"Have you told your mother?" I asked. Shuri nodded.

"Yes we will be running more tests on the fish and the water here. If it's coming from the water, it could possibly reach Talokan as well." she informed. I nodded.

"Keep me updated. I will share this information with Namor." I replied. She nodded and the screen went blank. Okoye looked at me with mild nervousness.

"You don't think…" but I shot her a look.

"Okoye. For now, we run tests and see where this bacterium is coming from." I replied. She nodded and looked forward. We entered through Wakanda's security barrier after a few hours and I smiled as I looked out the window to see the beautiful colors of my home. I couldn't wait to smell the fresh air and no longer have to think of the outside world for a very long time. We reached the aerial docks and I could two whales swimming around them. Once the fighter landed, I got up quickly and the bridge lowered. Shooting from the water and landing quickly was Namor himself.

The moment he saw me, his entire body shifted and he looked so relieved. He glided up to me and I held my hands out as he took hold of me and spun around in the air with me.

"My love you are safe!" he said. I chuckled holding on to him.

"Yes, my king, I am safe and I am home." I said. He smiled and our lips met passionately in a loving kiss. He gently landed and looked me over.

"Can we return to Talokan now? We have lots to catch up on." he said with a low growl. I smiled and nodded.

"Yes my K'uk'ulkan." I purred.
