The next morning the British teen quickly made his way to school. He was determined to talk to his two best friends and find out why they were being so tense and just flat out rude yesterday. Him included. They hadn't talked at all except for a few words. He sat down on 'their' bench and waited until he saw Vladimir.

Vladimir walked over to the stone bench and saw Arthur already there. He glared at the Brit but quickly put on a wide grin. He plopped down next to his friend and the two sat in a slightly awkward silence.

Lukas saw the two sitting near each other but not looking at the other. He sighed and decided to go and talk with them. "What are you two doing?" He asked, standing in front of them, expressionless.

Arthur didn't say anything. Vlad turned to face Lukas and glared harshly, taking the Norwegian by surprise. "You two are keeping secrets from me."

"I'm not keeping secrets." The Norwegian denied with a scoff. Arthur rolled his emerald colored eyes. "Oh come on Lukas. We all know that's a lie."

Vladimir nodded in agreement. Lukas shot a glare to Arthur. "Oh as if you're so innocent! You're keeping a secret from us too!" Lukas yelled accidentally drawing attention to the trio from surrounding students.

The trio ignored the whispers. Vladimir stood up and glared at both of his friends. "See?! You're both keeping secrets!"

Arthur sighed and rubbed his forehead in annoyance. "Vlad, people are staring." Vladimir glared at him.

Lukas rolled his eyes and turned his back to the Romanian and Brit. "Forget this. I'm going to class." He began to walk away. Vladimir balled his hands into fists and grabbed onto Lukas' sleeve. "No! You are not leaving!" Lukas' left eye twitched and he quickly turned and punched the Romanian in the jaw. "Do not touch me." The Norwegian ground out as Vladimir nearly fell but was caught by Arthur.

Arthur helped the Romanian stand up straight. More students were around the trio now but said trio ignored them and focused purely on each other. "What the hell is your problem Lukas!?" Arthur yelled. Lukas rolled his eyes.

The Romanian pushed Arthur away. "I don't need your help Arthur!" The British teen stumbled back and narrowly caught himself from crashing onto the ground. He glared Vladimir. "Well excuse me for making sure you don't land on your arse!" Lukas rubbed the bridge of his nose. "Now I'm leaving." He began to leave again but this time was stopped as Vladimir threw himself onto his back, causing for Lukas to land face first into the grass.

"Oh that's it. Now you're going to regret that." Lukas warned before rolling over and punching Vladimir again. Vladimir fell onto the ground on his back and punched Lukas back. "Oh for Gods sake you two!" Arthur grabbed onto Lukas and pulled him off of the bruised and now slightly bloody Vladimir.

"Let me go Arthur!" Lukas screamed, flailing a bit. He elbowed Arthur in the stomach. Arthur loosened his hold on the struggling Lukas. The Norwegian finally wiggled his way out of the Brits hold and turned to punch said Brit in the nose. "Oh sweet Mary!" Arthur yelled holding his now bleeding nose.

Vladimir took this as his cue to tackle Lukas back to the ground. "Gah!" Lukas screamed as he was once again pushed onto the ground, Vladimir siting on his back and holding his arms down. Arthur glared and tackled Vladimir off of Lukas. "Oh come on you two! This is ridiculous!" He dodged a well aimed fist to his face. Lukas wasn't as lucky.

Arthur scowled and pushed Vladimir to the ground and punched Lukas in the stomach. The Norwegian doubled over as he felt the air get knocked out of him. Vladimir snickered.

"ENOUGH YOU THREE!" Mr. Vargas yelled in slight annoyance. The surrounding students scattered as they saw the principle, vice principle, and three other teachers behind them. Arthur saw that Francis had been dragged along with Gilbert and quickly refused to even look at his boyfriend. "Alright you three. My office. Now." The Italian said in an oddly serious tone.

The trio began to follow after Mr. Vargas and Mr. Beilschmidt. Vladimir took this as a chance to throw a last punch into Arthur's arm. Lukas decided to step on the Romanian's foot. Arthur raised an arm but was grabbed by Francis. Francis shook his head and frowned at the annoyed teen. Gilbert grabbed a hold of Vladimir before he could do anything else and Mr. Edelstein the music teacher held onto Lukas' shoulder. They ignored as students began to whisper and point as they entered the school and made their way to the office.

Mr. Vargas went to his desk, "Alright, have a seat," he gestured to the two chairs in front of his desk. "Eh... Mr. Beilschmidt could you go get another chair please?" Gilbert and his grandfather both stood up. "Uh... You wanna get it?" "Thanks for volunteering." The vice principle turned to face the Italian. Gilbert rolled his eyes and a few seconds later returned with an extra chair.

The trio sat down, Vladimir in the middle with Lukas to his left and Arthur to his right. "Now why don't you tell me who started the fight and why?" The Italian asked.

It was silent for a total of five seconds.

"Lukas turned away-" "He went crazy! Attacked my face!" "I didn't do anything!" "Arthur tackled me to the ground!" "He punched me in the stomach!" "-on my foot!" "-pretty sure my lip got busted!" "Your lip?! I think my nose is broken!" "If they wouldn't have-" "This is all your fault!" "Mine?!" "-secrets and-"

"ENOUGH!" Mr. Beilschmidt slammed a fist onto the edge of the desk and glared at all three students. Francis rubbed his forehead as he felt a small headache build up. Roderich rolled his eyes and just hummed softly to himself.

"In case you three can't seem to get along, you're all going to serve detention for the day." "WHAT?!" The teenagers yelled out. "And I'm afraid I'm going to have to call your par- guardians. Mr. Beilschmidt can you take them to the detention room please? Oh not you Gilbert."

The three followed sullenly behind the tall vice principle into a room not too far from the office. Arthur panicked on the inside as they made their way to the empty classroom. 'Ian is going to kill me! Not just kill but brutally murder me!' He thought as he tried to make sure that none of his panic showed. The German opened the door and gestured for them to sit at the first three desks near the front of the class. "You three are to do any work that is brought in for you or that you have to do. No cell phones or any other devices. No fighting. The teacher will be in here shortly." And with that the door slammed shut.

The three sat down at the second row of desks, Vladimir in the middle with Arthur to his left and Lukas to his right, and pulled out their notebooks and ignored each other. The teacher came in, a new teacher obviously as she was young and didn't even look up from her cellphone. She plugged her earbuds in and ignored the trio, sitting so that her back was to the teenagers.

For an hour the three sat in silence. They ignored each other completely, refusing to even look at each other. The teacher the only source of noise, the volume turned up so loud on her phone that the trio could hear the music playing from the earbuds. Vladimir slammed his forehead onto the desktop and sighed loudly.

Lukas and Arthur jumped slightly in their own desks and looked at the Romanian for the first time since they had all sat down. Lukas narrowed his deep blue eyes. "Vladimir! Be quiet!" The Norwegian whisper yelled. Vladimir lifted his head off the desk and scowled back. "Oh come on Lukas! The lady can't even hear us!" He stated loudly.

Arthur shrugged but nodded in agreement. "He's got a point. She's probably going to be deaf in a few years."

Lukas huffed and crossed his arms over his chest. "Fine. But I'm not talking to either of you. It's your fault we're in here." He turned to stare ahead of him. Arthur felt his eye twitch. "You know you fought back too-" "You threw the first punch!" Vladimir interrupted the Brit loudly. Lukas rolled his eyes. "This could have all been avoided if you two hadn't kept secrets! It's like you two don't trust me! Or each other for that matter!" Vladimir continued, face turning red as he became more annoyed.

Arthur and Lukas stared at the upset Romanian. "Vlad..." Arthur trailed off with a sigh.

"You're right." Lukas stated simply. "Huh? I mean of course I am!" Vladimir glared halfheartedly at his Norwegian friend. "I've been secretly dating Mathias." Lukas continued as if he hadn't heard Vladimir. Arthur and Vladimir stared in shock at the Norwegian. "But you act like you hate him?" Arthur questioned, then mentally facepalmed. 'And here I am and I act like I hate Francis!'

The Norwegian blushed slightly and shrugged. "I don't. But he does annoy me." He added the last bit like an after thought. Vladimir grinned widely. "What?" Lukas asked the grinning Romanian. "Nothing~ so that's who you've been giving your butt virginity to! The sex must be great if you can deal with his annoyingness," Vladimir said teasingly.

The deep red blush Lukas gave made his other two friends laugh and grin wider. The teacher didn't even turn around, she actually snored softly, not like the trio realized.

Vladimir turned his attention to the dirty blonde, "So what's been your secret?" Lukas snickered as Arthur blushed. The British teen sighed and gathered his courage. 'No big deal. They're my friends. Francis and I told his friends yesterday and they're teachers!' "I'm, well I mean..." Arthur took a deep breath, "I'm dating my French teacher." He whispered, glancing over to the sleeping teacher to make sure she wasn't paying attention to them. She wasn't.

"Wha?!" Vladimir caught himself just barely as he nearly tumbled into the floor. Lukas's jaw dropped. Arthur sighed and turned away from his friends, not wanting to see their reactions. "Arthur he's a teacher!" Lukas whisper yelled.

Arthur turned to glare at the Norwegian. "You think I don't know that?!" He hissed back. "It's not like I meant to! It just happened!" Vladimir pat Arthur on the arm and grinned. "Hey, we're your friends. You could have told us." Arthur looked between the two, Lukas nodding in agreement. He sighed softly. "I know that now. I'm sorry."

Vladimir grinned at his friends before frowning slightly. "You two apologized so I guess it's my turn." The Norwegian and Brit stared curiously at the strawberry blonde. "For what?" "For ignoring you guys. And fighting with you. And not really being a good friend."

Arthur sighed softly. "We've all been pretty terrible friends to each other lately." Lukas nodded. "I vote we forget about it and move on?" Arthur and Vladimir grinned and nodded. "Deal!"

A few more hours passed and Francis was found with his face planted rather firmly on his desk by a certain Spaniard and German. "Amigo, it's lunch time," Antonio said, poking Francis's cheek. "I'm not hungry." Francis answered back simply, not raising his face from the desk. "Does this have anything to do with that fight this morning that a certain Brit was in?" Gilbert asked, mouth full of food.

Antonio heated up his lunch in Francis's microwave and grinned as Francis picked his head up and glared halfheartedly at his friend. "Non! ...maybe." He sighed. "Ian is going to be very upset with Arthur. He's always been so easily annoyed with him."

Gilbert shrugged. "If I remember correctly, you used to be easily annoyed by him too." Antonio nodded. "He's right. You complained quite a bit about the poor kid."

Francis flushed softly as he remembered complaining about a much younger Arthur to his best friends but quickly shook the thoughts away. "That's in the past and I'd rather not think about it really."

Antonio nodded in understanding while Gilbert just shrugged. "The kid will be fine. It's not like Ian's going to kill him." Francis nodded slowly. "Oui, I guess you're right." Antonio frowned slightly. "But you are going to have to tell Ian about you two soon, you know that right?" The Frenchman sighed but nodded slowly. "I will. Just not yet."

His friends dropped the subject and the trio ate in silence while the magic trio joked loudly as they ate, the teacher still sleeping with her music blaring into her ears.

A/N: I wrote this chapter pretty fast and I'm actually quite proud of it~ also I was thinking about writing a type of prequel to this about Francis and Ian's relationship back when they were in highschool and dating. Like, I've got some ideas written down from when I started to first write French Kiss and I was thinking about taking those past ideas and making a fic for Ian and Francis. I think I should have done that first but whatever~ anyway, twas just an idea. But now almost everyone knows except Ian and Chelle, who is a sneaky and clever girl and soon will find out. Enjoy, auvoir~
