Chapter 19-Preparing for Nemesis Part 2
"Okay" Hikaru said, "We need to make sure that you all are prepared to face Nemesis, so we have prepared a mini tournament of the Legendary and Arias Bladers, so line up!" "It will be Gingka vs. Tithi, Kenta vs. Aguma, Yuki vs. Yu, Tsubasa vs. King, Kyoya vs. Dynamis, and Masamune vs. Chris" Ryo said.
"3, 2, 1" Gingka and Tithi said, "Let it rip!" "Good luck both of you" Madoka said. "Go Pegasus" Gingka said. "Quetzalcoatl" Tithi said. Pegasus and Quetzalcoatl clashed. "I won't lose" Gingka said. "Neither will I" Tithi said, "Oh, this battle is so exciting, I know that this battle will be great!" Gingka smiled at Tithi's comment. Pegasus clashed with Quetzalcoatl. "The two are almost equally matched" Madoka remarked. "The power radiating from Quetzalcoatl is amazing" Masamune said. "Ishtar Impact" Tithi said. There was a huge explosion. "I know that didn't affect your Pegasus" Tithi said, "So let's give it all we've got." "Finish it Pegasus" Gingka said. Pegasus changed to Smash Mode. Pegasus knocked Quetzalcoatl back. "That's some power" Tithi said, "But I'm not done yet. Go Quetzalcoatl!" "Pegasus, Upper Mode" Gingka said. Pegasus changed to Upper Mode. The two Beys clashed. They were equally matched. "That's some power" Masamune said, "I can't wait until I face him." "I don't think so, Monkey-boy" Chris said, "You're facing me in the first round, and I know that you can't possibly beat me, even with your new power." "Don't be quick to underestimate me" Masamune said, "I'll mop the floor with you." "Finish it" Gingka said, "Final Drive Mode!" Pegasus changed to Final Drive Mode and hit Quetzalcoatl with tremendous force. "Oh no" Tithi said, "That's some power you've got there, but I refuse to lose! Special Move, Ascent Spark!" "Special Move, Cosmic Tornado" Gingka said. The two Beys powered up and released their Special Moves. "Waah" the two yelled. There was a big explosion. The smoke cleared up. Quetzalcoatl had stopped spinning, but Pegasus was still spinning. "Gingka wins" Hikaru said. "That was one good match" Gingka said. "Hahahahaha" Tithi replied, "I used all of my power and I still couldn't defeat you. You're one incredibly strong Blader!" "Thanks" Gingka said.
"Okay" Ryo said, "It's time for Kenta and Aguma to go against each other." "3, 2, 1. Let it Rip" Kenta and Aguma said. "Go Sagittario" Kenta yelled. Sagittario clashed with Kronos. "Scythe Kronos" Aguma said, "Great Ring of Destruction!" Kronos released its Special Move. There was a huge explosion, but Sagittario was still standing. "You can't defeat me this easily" Kenta said. Kronos and Sagittario clashed and kept clashing. "Exploding Fist" Aguma said. Kronos released this move also, but still, Sagittario remained standing. "Amazing" Masamune said, "Kronos has released so much power, but yet Sagittario is still standing." "Kenta has gone a long way" Gingka said, "It's no surprise that he can withstand so much." "I'm not done yet" Kenta said. "Neither am I" Aguma said. Kronos knocked Sagittario back. Sagittario attempted to clash with Kronos, but was knocked back again. "This is it" Kenta said, "Special Move, Diving Arrow!" "Special Move" Aguma said, "Heaven and Earth Strike." Kronos released its Special Move, and Sagittario went up into the air. "I'll finish it" Kenta said, "Waaaaah!" "I refuse to lose" Aguma said. "Waah" both Bladers cried in the midst of a huge explosion. "No way" Aguma said, "I lost." "Kenta wins" Hikaru said. "You did a great job" Gingka said. "Next time" Aguma said, walking to pick up his Bey out of the stadium.
Next was Yu and Yuki. "I wish you the best of luck" Yuki said. "You too" Yu said, "You're gonna need it when facing me." "Good luck guys" Madoka said. "3, 2, 1. Let it rip" the two said. "Go now" Yu said. "I won't lose easily" Yuki said, "And I won't waste any time. Special Move, Brave Attack!" Anubius' Special Move knocked Libra back. "Go again" Yuki said. Anubius released Brave Attack again. Libra was still spinning. "One more time" Yuki said. "Not so fast" Yu said, "You may be strong, but if I keep letting use your Special Move, I'll lose! Use Dark Infernal Blasting Hurricane." Shadow Libra released its amazing power. Anubius took the blast without a sleep-out, but at the price of wobbling. "You survived that" Yu said, "How? No, I won't lose. Special Move, Final Dark Inferno Blast!" Libra released the devastating power. Once the smoke cleared, it was a stadium-out. "You beat me" Yuki said, "Amazing!" "You're one tough opponent" Yu said, "I don't know how much more Libra could've taken. Look!" Libra was wobbling. "That's some power" Ryo said, "But now it's going to be Tsubasa against King."
Just then, a helicopter landed on the top of the building. "Looks like we'll have to cut this tournament short. All Legendary and Arias Bladers to the roof" Ryo said.
Everyone made to the roof, where they were blocked by Cycnus and Johannes. "I'll take care of this" Masamune said, "I'll take you two down by myself!" The three Beys were launched. This is it, Masamune thought, The final battle. That was all he could think about and the excitement was too much for him. "Haha" Masamune said, "This is it. Defense Mode!" Striker turned into Defense Mode. "What" said Madoka, "Striker has a new power!" "That's not all" Masamune yelled, "Waah!" His hair went from black and white to green and white. "Masamune's hair changed" Gingka said, "Amazing!" Cygnus and Lynx attack Striker, but was sent flying off the roof. "No" Johannes yelled, "This isn't over!" The two jumped off of the roof.
The Bladers looked at the sky from the copter. "Nemesis, here we come" Gingka said.
