It was the dead of night, in the middle of the docks.
A battle was taking place, the prescence of 5 servants made the tension of everyone rises.
"ARTHUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRR !"
As the Berserker start yelling incomprensibly, another prescense made itself known.
One not expected by anyone in this situation, as another servant takes the stage.
"Stop right here !"
With a feminine, commanding voice, she made everyone stops in their tracks, even the mad Berserker stopped and looked towards the new arrival.
What they all saw shocked them.
A women in pretty revealing clothing, a flowing cape behind her, with a weird contraption floating on her head, seemingly a cown, with white flowing hair, golden eyes, and a small golden horn sprouting from her left temple.
Her prescence exude authority, and even the Archer feelt threatened by her.
As he saw the arrival of this being, he immediately consider taking EA from his treasury, but reconsiders. As he hasn't seen what she is capable of, he decided that pulling EA out simply because he feels a little threatened by this mongrel isn't something he would do.
"Who are you, to order your king ?"
"Mhm ? Ah, I see. But, you should think a little about who you are talking to before proudly stating such a thing ! As the President of Earth, your Kingship is something that is irrelivent in the face of my mandate !"
"Y-you would dare !"
At this declaration, Archer sprout a couple hundreads Gates and prepare himself to attack her.
But, before he has the chance...
"Ah, President ! You shouldn't interrupt things so rudely, they'll misunderstand !"
"Hmm... If you say so, secretary."
As she prounonce those words, another two people enters the scene.
Both of them hold truly deep mysteries.
Most weirdly for Archer, who can see such things, is that those three have legends not just recorded under Alaya, but even validated by Gaia herself. Something that shouldn't happen to humans in the slightest. As Gaia has a record of dislinking human, she almost never accept humans, much less in such a way. Moreover, they all are servants, yet they seemed to be summoned as simply 'One Entity'. Something not unheard of, yet something that is truly rare
The first of the two, the one who talked the 'Presdient of Earth' down, is a black haired man with blue eyes. His clothes are a white shirt with black belts and a logo on his colar, and black pants and shoes. He seemed to have scars in a lot of places and faded Master Seals on his left hand, that he display proudly by proxy of a fingerless gloves with a hole where those seals used to be.
The other, a women with purple hair, a sweater and glasses. She also holds a clipboard with some documents on it, and a mechanical tower shield in the shape of a cross on her back, it seems another contraption is on it, yet it is indecipherable.
In a flash, the golden king uses his eyes.
"..!"
Taking a step back, he reaches the ground below from his old position on a lamp post.
"You should not be here, Ruler."
"Mhm, are you saying that such a big event when 5 servants are about to fight, isn't the juridisction of the Ruler ?"
"So you are the Ruler, Huh ? Would you like to join my great army ?"
As the Rider, Iskander the King of Conquerors, states his intention, the Ruler laugh at herself.
"Ahahahaha ! Boy, you are speaking to the President of Earth, there is nothing to conquer for me here, and I had my fill with only a single Ultimate One to fight."
As she ends her sentence, her face and those of the two on both of her sides seems pained.
"Ultimate one ?"
"Forget it. It isn't in your juridiction, and neither is it in mine right now. In this cramped Saint Graph, I can only manage 5% of my great power !"
While seeming like a boast, her Saint Graph, nearly already on par with a Great Servant, overflowing with Divinity, as if a God has decended physicly down on the ground after so long, isn't a boast in the slightest. If she and the two others decended completly with their full strengh, they would be on par with an Ultimate One.
That is their 'Right', after 'defeating' one of them.
"Rider, what is a 'Ruler' ?"
"Ah, you wouldn't know, boy ? Ruler, Care to enlighten him ?"
"Of course. Secretary ?"
"Yes, yes... As a Ruler, our job is to make sure everything is going nicely and smoothly, and to make sure ordinary citizen don't just randomly die without reason."
At this statment, a man on a metal beam with a sniper rifle scoff at them.
"This indeed include you too, Saber Master's."
The President point to him, surprsing him as he mumble something about prescense detection and how to counter it.
"In any case, we, as Chaldea, will make sure that this entire thing goes in the best way possible."
"Senpai, we have to deal with 'that' first."
"Ah, yes. The Grail itself... President, if you will ?"
"Hmpf... Give me a second."
As she says this, she stop floating and takes a step on the ground. Then, starts walking towards Irisviel.
Saber, still a little skeptical, moves to protect her lady.
"What do you intend to do ?"
"Making sure she does not die ? You shouldn't interrupt me, little girl."
Continuing in her journey, she even pushes Saber without any kind of worries.
"Y-you ..!"
At this moment, she plunges her arm in Irisviel's body.
"Lady Irisviel ! Aren't Ruler neutral ?! Why are you attaking her ?"
"Attaking ? I am merly taking something back."
As she states this, she take something out of Irisviel's body, a yellow cup...
This shocks everyone that isn't in the known. (Or the one who doesn't care at all in golden armor.)
"I shall safe guard this for now. Also I shall make sure to purify it before giving it away."
"Purfying it ? Care to elaborate on this, Ruler ?"
As El-Melloi the First states, the other Masters, inculding Tokiomi listening throught a familiar.
"All the world Evil are currently residing in it, the cause being the Avenger of the last war. It is the reason we have been summoned externaly to the Grail and not directly, leading to a delayed summon. Moreover our Spirit Origin is spetial, for a lot of different reasons, yet we right now are the most suited for the task."
"'All The World Evil' ? What does that even mean ?"
"An Angry Mango."
Such a statement confuses them further.
"Senpai..! An inside joke won't work with people not familiar with it..."
"It's fine, it's fine little Kouhai."
"Mhm... Secretary, you should listen to our dear assistant."
"sigh, sure, sure. All the World Evils, Angra Mainyu the God of Evil in Zoroastrianism."
"A God ?! Are you saying someone was able to summon a Divine Spirit ?"
"That's a good question there good sir, the short answer is yes, but no."
"... Secretary."
"Urgh... Must I explain everything ? They won't even need such a thing..."
"Senpai..."
"Fine. No, you can't summon a Divine Spirit, But the Angry Mango was human once, so they summoned him while he was human, yet he is a god, so once he died and went inside the Grail, he poluted it with his essence, turning it into what he represent, 'All the World Evils'."
"Thats..!"
At this, El Melloi is surprised.
"What must we do to claim a tainted cup !? Where we duped by the Three Families ?"
"We just told you we'll purify it, didn't you hear ?"
"..."
"So we might be able to get our wish ?"
"Exactly, Saber !"
And with that done, and the Grail purfied, they are on to their next task-
"Assistant, what is the next assignment in this Incarnation !"
"Uhm... We need to check upon a... spider ?"
"Mhm... Thought, Secretary ? You were the one who written this, after all."
"Well, we all remeber that brasilien spider, right ?"
"Ah, this spider."
"Yep, yep."
"Rider, do you know what they are talking about ..?"
"Not a clue, Master."
"Well then, if everything is in order, we shall now witness this clash of Heroes !"
"What the President wants to say is that since every annoying things is out of the way, you guys can go back to murder, death, kill."
"Senpai..."
"What ? That has always how we called it."
"sigh..."
And with this done, the fight shall continue and after a while the Grail war would come to an end...

Once it's true name is called out and it's power revealed, All employee of Chaldea will be called, and most importantly, the entirety of the A-Team is also called (They can, if they want, refuse the call.)

It's true form is the faded command seals on Ritsuka's hand, they serve as all purpose tools that allows him to command any and all things.
The true purpose of this Noble Phantasm is 'All of Creation', as it allows him ownership of life and death.
It serve as a Invicibility skill, as it completly nullifies 'Death' for him, since he is the one to have them imposed on him, ironacly, the one least defended can't be defeated, no matter what. It's only counter is the deep fear he was implanted during the final fight in the 7th Lostbelt- If the Crystal Valley were to be opened againts him for whatever reason, this Noble Phantasm would go out of control and try to recreate the 'Truth', blocking the effect of the Crystal Valley but rendering him mortal again.
Ah, he can resurect both Mashu and U-Olga Marie with them, at the cost of him being vulnerable for 3 days, the time it takes for the seals to recover.

Thus Humanity survival is assured
The only 'attacking' Noble Phantasm, it is the one strike that U-Olga Marie used on ORT to completly Annihilate it's outer layers- forcing him to copy the FATE system and summon himself as the Grand Foreigner- the only reason why the 'Grand Ruler' was appointed in the first place, a way for Gaia and Alaya to face Ultimate One.
It's ability is combined with the Black Barrel, rendering any retaliation and defenses useless, this attack is beyond 'EX' rank, as it is an attack that can only be used to 'Save Humanity from the Stars', that is to say, to kill an Ultimate One, if neccessary.

U-Olga Marie cannot be trusted with direction.
Somehow she always gets them wrong.
Mashu needs to set up a list of objective so that her Senpai and the President can focus on the task at hand, since they tend to goof of and do all matter of things.
The problem is that it's Ritsuka who gets the info from Gaia and Alaya, since he is their Proxy. Because of this, she has to gets the info from him one way or another.
Ritsuka makes reference to his journey a lot, he loves to tell the story behind each scar of his body- 'proof of his existance' he would say.
It allows him to justify his whole existance, why he clings on to this form, even if the only thing he feels is the simple desire : 'I don't wan't to die.'
