Myka, Russell and Trak had to stop and shield their faces with their forearms as a strong wind hit them and send them back some meters behind. The current went away as quickly as it had come.

"What happened?" Trak asked.

"We must hurry!" Myka exclaimed ignoring his question and flew towards the source. Her teammates froze for a moment before going after her.

Myka was flying as fast as she could. Trak and Russell couldn't keep up with her, so she was the first to see the horrifying scene.

A fairy lay motionless on the ground. Myka couldn't see her face as it was covered by blood and dirt, but she could clearly see several wounds on her chest which were pumping precious blood onto the ground.

The scout immediately sprang into action. She flew to her side and took out some gauze. Then pressed it down on the fairy's chest wounds to try to stop the bleeding.

"Hey you! Don't you dare die on my watch!" Myka shouted, still not recognizing her, and at the same time her teammates arrived.

"By the second star, what happened there!?" Trak asked looking incredulously at the scene while Russell promptly went to help her and checked the fairy's pulse.

"She's not breathing!" he exclaimed. then the other sparrow man noticed that her left leg was almost completely separated from the knee joint.

"Oh s***, look what happened to her leg! What in Neverland could have done this?" Trak exclaimed.

"Instead of asking questions we cannot answer, how about you get your sorry a** over here and help us save her!" Myka snapped at him as she moved over to stop the bleeding while Russell prepared to give her CPR.

Trak seemed to have gotten the message and went to help Russell. At the same time Myka set the leg in place and secured it with two sticks on either side, then bandaged it.

"Did you resuscitate her?" she asked.

"Not yet," Russell replied. Just then the fairy suddenly coughed blood into his face and began to breath slowly.

"Thank Mother dove," Trak said in relief as he put more pressure on the wounds. Russell added more gauze and helped him stabilize her. Then he looked closely at her face.

"By the second star, it's Vidia!" he said in shock.

"That's impossible. Vidia died years ago!" Trak exclaimed, then let a small, girly scream of pain when a cold hand twisted his left ear for a moment.

" …I am alive…you moron," Vidia said weakly, her eyes half open.

"Vidia what happened?! Who did this to you?" Myka asked immediately, already wanting to capture the culprit and let crocodiles feast on his flesh.

"…Alsek…" she whispered but couldn't say anything else as she fell unconscious. The scouts fixed this name in their memory for later use, for it was far more important to get Vidia back to Pixie Hollow before it was too late.

"How are we going to get her home in time?" Trak asked "we're over an hour away and she has already lost so much blood" he added

"there must be something we can do" Russell exclaimed, Myka had no idea of what to say not only Pixie hollow was too far away, but there was no way they could move Vidia without injuring her more.

"Trak go back to Pixie Hollow as fast as you can and explain the situation to the Queen, she's the only one who can save her" she ordered "me and Russell will stay there to watch over Vidia" the sparrow man did as ordered, Myka could only hope the fast flyer would still be alive by the time he came back.

The Palace

Queen Clarion was holding a meeting the misters, when Trak came rushing inside completely out of breath followed closely by a couple of summoning fairies, who tried to stop him

"Did you find Clank?" Clarion asked with hope as she flew towards him, the ministers following behind

"No…" he said trying to catch his breath, the Queen looked down disappointed "we found Vidia" he added causing several gasps of surprise "She's gravely injured, Myka and Russell stayed behind to watch over her, but she will not make it without your help!"

The Queen immediately rose to her feet and ordered

"Lead me to her"

You really trought I would write a new story without uploading this one first.

I sorry for making you wait so much, but I kind of got carried away by some other things, I even thought of putting this story up for adoption, but I think I am going to finish this one myself...I can't say the same for a Lifetime lovers :(
