Jazmine woke up on the bathroom floor in her same fetal position. The bathroom lights stung her dry, sandy eyes which stuck together as she struggled opening them. Damn, she must have really been crying deep last night. She tried lifting her head up but winced as the pain struck her neck. She tried twisting it the opposite way. Five pops followed.

Shit, she groaned. She lifted the rest of her body off the cold marble floor as the same pops and cracks of her spine and limbs continued. She sighed in pain and relief feeling her body loosen up. But nothing could loosen the knot in her chest she tied getting herself into this mess. But who could blame her? She was so tired of all the hurt, she just wanted to be rid of it. She was tired of being the weakling, the one everyone took advantage of. She wanted to see what it was like being on the dark side for once, to experience what it's like to actually hurt people. But it was all becoming too much. It was starting to turn her into something she was not looking forward to become. She was afraid that if she stayed on this road, she would lose herself on the journey.

When she was completely up, she stripped out of her underwear and turned on the shower to its coldest setting. She stepped in and gasped at the coldness but accepted it anyway. She just stood there under the bitter icy cold water, letting it trickle down her hair onto her face and down her body. She leant against her hands plastered infront of her on the marble walls.

What am I gonna do? She thought to herself. Part of her was dying to go back home. But the other wanted to stay, to keep killing, to keep fighting, to keep forgetting. But why? These things she was doing were evil and gruesome, but it felt sooo good to her at the same time. She enjoyed releasing her anger onto those who hurt her in the past. Now they felt what she has felt and they deserved it. But at the end of the day, it came back to haunt her like no other.

After 20 minutes of standing in the cold she decided to get out. She grabbed a towel off the rack and dried off. She put on a new undies and bra. She put on a dark navy green tank top and black sweats. She put her hair up in a tight bun. She slipped on some shoes and stuck a pocket machete knife in her back pocket just in case and headed out the door.

Huey, Riley, and Cindy were all in Dorothy following Huey's GPS to save their friend. The ride was silent and peaceful all except Riley's dumb ass assumptions.

"Man nigga how do you know she just didn't destroy her damn phone and run somewhere else?" Riley said annoyingly.

"What makes you say that?!" Huey said ANNOYED of course.

"Look where the fuck we are nigga!" he yelled referring to the complete dustbowl they were driving through. "What the fuck would Jazmine be out here for?"

"Shut the fuck up Riley! Damn!" Cindy exclaimed. "You don't know either! She just might be!"

She walked the all too-familiar hallways and stairs until she came up to Shadow's office. She brought her hand up to the large door to knock. But before she could, the door opened on its own. She hesitantly stepped inside and closed the door behind her. She saw him sitting in his chair, doing something at his desk.

"Come in Jazmine," he said lowly. She stepped closer twiddling her fingers nervously. "What is it?"

"M-master Shadow?" she said weakly. "I've been thinking..."

"About?" he said not looking up at her and continuing his work.

"...um...just...about...maybe this isn't...uh...the right life for me," she stammered. She noticed his writing come to a hault. "I just...after last night...this has all changed me for the worse...and I'm scared."

"You're questioning about your staying here?" he asked still not looking up. Jazmine bit her lip.

"No..well...um...yes?" Jazmine stammered. He finally looked up at her and got out of his chair. He walked around the desk and sat in front of it. Jazmine's hands were starting to sweat as he moved.

"Have I not been kind to you?" he said with a slight growl.

"Y-yes you have b-but..."

"But you want to go running back to him?!" he yelled stomping towards her.

"I..I don't know!" she said putting her hands up in defense backing up.

"I give you a home! I treat you like a father would a daughter! And this is how you repay me?!" he slapped her to the ground. She landed with a thud. She quickly got up and took out her knife.

Destination in 500 ft. The GPS stated.

They all looked around for anything that looked particular but there was nothing but hills and flat sandland.

Destination in 300 ft.

Again, nothing in their location signified where Jazmine might be.

Destination 100 ft.

Huey parked the car on the side of the road and got out.

"What are you doing?" Cindy asked. Huey went to the trunk and got out all his weapons. He put his utility belt with all his guns and bombs around his waist. He put his ammo in his pockets and attached his sword around his back.

"We're walking from here," Huey said. "Get ya'll stuff." Cindy and Riley exchanged looks but got out anyway. They each got their weapons and started following Huey's GPS.

Destination 50 ft.

They started approaching a small cave. They looked around confusedly, but kept going.

Destination 20 ft.

They were now at the entrance of the cave. Things were getting curiouser and curiouser.

You have arrived

They looked around dumbly. What was this? They were smack in the middle of a dry cave. Riley was more agitated than ever.

"Damn nigga you see!" Riley complained. Huey and Cindy just rolled their eyes. "We done harped allll this shit allll the way out in the middle of nowhere! All for a fuckin cave!?" He made his way over to a section of the cave and sat down setting his bag down. "Man FUCK this shit!" He exclaimed throwing his bag down.

The bag moved the rock that triggered the floor to move. The ground caused both Huey and Cindy to fall to their feet. Riley jumped to his feet and lifted his bag unknowingly. Then the floor stopped. Huey looked at Riley inquisitivey.

"Riley, put your bag back down," Huey instructed. Riley looked at his bag and at the ground and back at his bag. He just dropped it without a care as if he didn't know about gravity. The ground then shook and shifted into the floor again. He picked it up again like he found a new toy. The floor stopped. Riley then realized the plastic rock.

"Aye yo nigga look!" He shifted the rock to the left, which made the floor rise back up. He shifted it to the right where the floor dropped. He smiled dumbly. Huey rolled his eyes. Riley shifted the rock back and forth like a child who found a new toy, making the two fall all over each other because of the rising and falling floor.

"RILEY! STOP!" They both shouted. Riley did it one final time before leaving the rock tilted to the right. He grabbed his bag and stepped onto the platform with the rest of them. As they sunk into the ground, they held their weapons tightly ready for anything to happen.

"You are not my father!" she shouted. "This is not my home! You have poisoned my mind into thinking that the things I am doing are good! You turned me into a monster!"

"Oh but Jazmine..." he said in his usal raspy voice walking towards her. She backed up with the knife held close. "You enjoyed it didn't you?" he asked knowingly. She stood still. "You enjoyed killing Wuncler, fighting off Huey, being on the news."

"No!" she screamed striking at him with her knife. He pulled out his sword in a flash and blocked her attack.

"You enjoyed taking off that boy's head while he was hopeless and weak," he continued. Jazmine was starting to cry now. She stabbed at him but was unsuccessful. He swung his sword at her knife and knocked it out of her hand. "You enjoyed fucking the living shit out of Cairo just to get your satisfaction and get your mind off Huey." He stepped even closer to her. Jazmine backed up into the wall.

"Fuck you! Let me go! I don't want anymore to do with you or any of this!"

"Oh, I will let you go," he took hold of her throat and lifted her on the wall. She gasped and coughed as her feet kicked and dangled beneath her. "There's only one way in which you will leave this place," he tightened his grip. She was now struggling at all will as her face turned purple. "And that is through death." He threw her by her throat off the wall and to the floor. She gagged and coughed as the oxygen returned to her lungs. She looked up at his desk and noticed a sword on a stand as a trophy. She ran to his desk and grabbed it.

"Just try..." she said gripping the sword tightly.

The floor lowered into a grand headquarters. They were confused beyond all imagination. Huey led the way as they walked down the left hallway. When they made another turn, they were face to face with a security guard. The security guard immediately took his walky talky and was about to shout intruders but Huey took his gun and shot the walky talky out of his hands, and then in the leg. He fell to the ground shouting and cursing. He walked up to him and knelt down to his face.

"Where's Jazmine?!" he growled at him.

"I-i don't know! She just returned last night from an assignment!"

"What assignment?" Huey asked.

"To execute Wuncler!"

So she was forced to do it? "Who told her to execute him?"

"White Shadow! He's her master. She's his apprentice! What's it to ya kid?!"

Huey heard enough. He punched him square in the face, knocking him out instantly. Cindy and Riley exchanged looks.

"Come on, we gotta find her..." Huey growled. Cindy and Riley both nodded and continued their search.

They circled around the room on opposite sides. Jazmine ready for any sudden movement. "You could have been something great you know that?"

"Great!? Killing innocent people? Having the whole damn country on the lookout for you? That's part of something great?" she shouted.

"Why yes it is in fact," he said smartly. She lunged out at him swinging at his head, all blocked by him without effort. "Wouldn't you rather be feared than loved?"

"No!" she tried stabbing him but he moved out of the way and swung back at her but she blocked it as well. "Life is nothing without love! I don't know how I let you make me think otherwise!"

She blocked all his attacks except the last one, where he slashed her on her hip.

"Aaahh!" she shouted. She kneeled down on one knee while holding her hip.

"No, Jazmine. I didn't make you think anything. You WANTED to hate others. You didn't want to be loved. Because NO ONE loves you," he said behind her.

She leaped up turned around and kicked him square in the head all in one fluid motion. He fell back against his desk knocking over everything.

"Huey does, and he still does," she said.

They walked up a couple staircases when they reached a floor which looked like a dorming floor. They passed the cafeteria and lounging room where they met Cairo. Huey glared like he had never glared before.

"Freeman..." Cairo growled.

"Johnson..." Huey said in the same tone.

"Awwwhhhh shiiit," Riley muttered. Cindy looked at the three of them confusedly. Riley caught on to her look. "That's the Cairo I was telling you about...the time when we went back to Chicago for Granddad's friend's funeral?"

"Ohhhh," Cindy said in a low whisper.

"Where...is...Jazmine," Huey said.

"I don't know where that bitch is when she ain't on my dick, but mannnn I gotta tell ya, I don't know HOW the hell you let that pussy go. But I thank you bro. You led her straight to me." Cairo said cockily.

Huey closed his eyes for he was literally FUMED when he mentioned him and Jazmine together. "Riley, Cindy, go..."

"But Hu..." Riley protested.

"GO! Try to find Jazmine!"

Riley grabbed Cindy and they ran the other way and back to the stairs.

"I sure have been waiting on this Freeman..." he said drawing his sword. Huey dropped all his equipment and drew out his sword as well.

"I would hate to keep you waiting any longer," Huey retorted.

Cairo ran at him and swiped at Huey. Huey blocked it easily. Cairo took the offensive and did all kinds of moves on Huey but Huey just blocked them all with ease. Huey switched the tables and took the offensive. Cairo blocked his sword but didn't see Huey's foot coming for his head. He flew back into the wall. He picked up his sword and did a kick up.

"So what then Freeman? Hm?" Cairo asked dusting himself off. "You kill me, you go find Jazmine and then what? You can't get past White Shadow. I mean, after all he's just a" he put quotation mark fingers up "a pigment of your imaginatiooon." He laughed to himself.

Huey lunged out at him again. They fought all the way down the hallway and into the stairs. Huey finally got infront of him and kicked him down a couple flights before running up the stairs to get distance between them. Cairo took off after him.

"No Riley we just came this way!" Cindy argued with him. They were standing in the middle of a room that led into a big open indoor field.

"No we didn't that field wasn't there before!" Riley argued back.

"Nigga I swear to God I'm bout ta shoot you!" she said pointing her caliber at him.

"Who the hell are you all?" said Raze coming up behind them.

"Shit!" they both exclaimed.

"Well hello, Shit and Shit," Raze said cockilly. "It's nice to meet you, but I'm afraid visitation hours are not allowed here," he said walking up to them.

"Hold up nigga, stay where you are or I'll bust a cap in yo albino ass," Riley yelled holding up his pistol.

"Give it your best shot," Raze said still walking towards them. Riley pulled the trigger, but Raze moved out of the way of the bullet in a flash. He fired again this time 5 rounds, but Raze dodged all of them, all the while still walking towards them.

"Ooohhh shiiit," Cindy muttered.

Jazmine flew across the room for probably the thousandth time and crashed into the wall, landing on the table and onto the floor. She was a complete tattered mess. She had gashes all on her torso, arms, and legs, and her face... oohh. But she was not giving up. She weakly stood up. And held her sword up shakingly.

"Either you...let me go...or kill...your own...apprentice," Jazmine said in a low weak whisper.

"Hmmmm I like the second one better," he said. She attacked again poorly but Shadow jumped out of the way and slashed her horizontally across her back right across the one Huey gave her. Jazmine didn't even make a sound. She sighed as she fell to her knees. The sword fell from her hands as she fell forward on her stomach. Shadow sighed and walked over to her twitching and cringing body. He kicked her over on her back. She groaned and coughed. "So sorry that your precious Huey won't be able to know what happened to his little Jazmine." Jazmine spat blood at him.

"So sorry you won't have anyone who is as close to Huey than me to turn around and hurt him for your precious assignment," she said with smile. His face turned to a deep frown. He took his sword in his hands and put it agains her chest.

Cairo grabbed Huey by his feet and tripped him. Huey fell to the floor. Cairo tried pulling him by his face, but Huey's foot got loose and he kicked him face. Cairo fell back but got up and continued to run after him. Huey stopped and turned around and blocked Cairo's sword coming at his head. They kept battling until they came to two grand doors. They busted through and paused at what they saw.

Jazmine was flat on her back, all bloody and beat up with White Shadow standing above her with his sword at her chest.

"JAZMINE!" Huey yelled running to her.

"Not another step Freeman," Shadow said putting more pressure on the blade. Jazmine gasped at the slight pressure. "Or she gets it."

"Huey..." Jazmine sighed weakly.

"Let her go!" Huey ordered.

"Master Shadow, what is..."

"Cairo, rope," Shadow instructed. Cairo took the rope from the shelf and tied Huey's hands behind his back and knelt him to the ground in front of Jazmine. "Since I can't get get you to kill him, I can kill YOU to hurt him enough for him to beg for death!"

"NO!" Huey yelled.

Just when things couldn't get any worse, Raze busted through the doors with both Cindy and Riley bound by their hands.

"Raze, just in time," Shadow said. "Looks like your friends can see you die as well."

Cindy and Riley's eyes widened in shock at Jazmine on the ground.

"Oh my God Jazmine!" Cindy shrieked. "Please no!"

Riley kept quiet, for he remembered one weapon that was still stowed away in the back of his pants. If only he could get to it.

"Such a shame, you would have been such a great apprentice." Shadow said down to her. Right when he was about to stick her, Jazmine gave one last go. She swung her leg around and tripped him. His sword flew into the air. She sat up and caught it. Riley took this as the chance to take his gun out the back of his pants and cocked it behind him and shot Raze right in the chest 3 times. He tosssed the gun to Huey who caught it behind him and he shot Cairo in the head behind him. They each took turns untying each other behind them to get loose of the rope.

They looked over at White Shadow trembling and turning an unhealthy shade of white. Jazmine stood above him with his sword in her hands.

"No wonder you were able to do all that stuff," Jazmine whispered. "To evaporate, to heal my wounds, to fight so well,...to live so long! This sword gave you power! You never were without it."

"Be careful with that!" Shadow warned. Huey, Riley, and Cindy all looked at him glaring.

"Fuck you you piece of shit!" Jazmine screamed. She took the sword in her hands and brought it down on her thigh breaking it in halves. With that, Shadow shouted and screamed in pain as he started to evaporate into ash, just as old as he usually should have been.

Jazmine dropped the blade. She then felt weak and limp. Her body gave out on her as she fell back into Huey's arms.

"Jazmine?...Jaz?" Huey tried waking her. Cindy's eyes were starting to water.

"Come on, we gotta get outta here!" Riley exclaimed. Everyone nodded. Huey carried Jazmine bridal style as they walked out of the room.

They walked back to the headroom and onto the platform. It rose up automatically back into the cave. They ran out of the cave and across the open desert field back to the car. Huey laid Jazmine down in the back with Cindy. Cindy placed her head on her lap carefully stroking her hair.

"My poor friend, we're here for you okay? Just hold on," Cindy softly cried.

Huey got in the drivers seat while Riley got in the passenger seat. "She gon be iight Cindy. Just watch." Riley assured. "Right?"

Huey looked at Riley unsure before looking back at the road.

No words were spoken the whole car ride home.
