So I had this almost done, and the stupid snow made our electric go out. Lets just say I nearly cried. Thank you all for the reviews, I shouldn't take them for granted!

I groaned as I rolled over in my bed, my now empty bed. I fight a cold breeze drift across my skin, leaving goosebumps. I slightly groaned as I rolled over, only to hear people loudly talking. Sure, I like to sleep in but they were like shouting. I took a deep breathe in as I grabbed a pillow and tried to cover their voices. I didnt mind that Jared had people over, but I really just wanted to sleep today. My night was a little rough last night, mainly because of the whole Nate thing. Speaking of the Nate thing, what was he planning to do? Was he just going to randomly show up at my house? I groaned once again as I finally decided to give up on sleeping. I lifted the pillow off of my head as I sat up a little, taking in the bright atmosphere. My eyes light burned due to the light soaking up the floors, and now eyes were. I slightly rubbed my eyes as I tried to focus on the conversation going on downstairs. I heard Jared's voice of course, mainly because it clicked in my head like a puzzle piece. I tried to focus a little more, only to hear Wanda's voice. Well what was Wanda doing here all by herself? I stood up from the bed, slowly making it before I was going to make my way downstairs. I walked to the closet and threw a hoodie over my shirt, and started to make my way downstairs. I was about to go down the stairs when I heard another voice, but I was more focused on the conversation.

"Jared, you can't do that."

That was Wanda's voice, she was clearly being the smart on in this sitaution. Jared clearly wanted to do something that was very stupid, look at my best friend looking out for my husband. I smiled as I was about to walk down the stairs until I heard another voice.

"We just won't tell Melanie, it will be fine."

Ian was usually the smart one, what the hell was going on. I groaned as I tried to listen a little more, this was a conversation of interest.

"That sounds great."

That was Wanda, the one I just called smart. Why was she now trying to make a bad decision, I rolled my eyes as I let my foot stomp onto the ground. I walked down the steps and hear everyone quickly become quite. I knew they werent going to let my listen to it, so it didnt surpise me when Ian and Wanda said they had to leave. I didnt mind, I actually enjoyed the fact that we all were not getting a long once again. I knew I would have to text Wanda later and try to get her to spill something. With Christmas being so close it was hard to decide what I wanted to do as I walked over to Jared and felt his arms wrap around me.

"Are you hungry?

I feel like Im always the one who's hungry, but I can't help it. Maybe I should start jogging or something, wait Im not going to actually start to jog. I quietly laughed to myself as I nodded and made my way to the fridge.

"We can go out,Mel."

He said as he walked over to me and snaked his arm around my waist once again. I turned to him, and he knew I was about to make a joke.

"I dont want to get fat."

I groaned as I began to laugh, only for him to pick my up and throw me over his shoulders. I began to laugh harder as he made his way up the steps, and carried me to my room.

"Put me down."

I said as he did, right on the bed. He walked over to my closet and grabbed a pair of leggings and a sweater and threw it at me gently.

"Get dressed, Im taking you out."

He said as he smiled and walked out. I knew he never listened to what I had to say, he was stubborn. I can't help but notice how much we should but heads, but we back down to each other. Its not like once of us has to be in charge, its more of a we support each other. I trust in him and he trusts in me. I smiled as I stood up and began to get dressed, quickly brushing my hair out and brushing my teeth. I smiled as I walked out and slid on a pair of shoes, only to see Jared waiting for me in the door way.

"How did I get so lucky?"

He said with a wink, this was the perfect time to mess with him. I smiled as I made my way over to him.

"How did I get so unlucky?"

I joked as I took his hand into mine and led us downstairs and outside. I smiled as he went to open the car door for me, only to gently push him and sit in the seat. Me and him had this playful relationship, were we basically made fun of each other because we were that close.

We went out to breakfast and he told me that he wanted us to stop by Wandas and Ian, we havent been over since they moved in. I smiled at him as I began to kind of miss the apartment Wanda and I had, that was a blast. It wasn't until then that my phone started to go off, it was Jared's mom.

"Hello?"

I asked, she only called when something was wrong.

"Mel, hun, its your parents, there dead."

She sobbed into phone. I could myself freeze, internally and externally. I could feel my hands start to shake and tears cloud my eyes as I dropped the phone. My head was starting to get heavy, maybe a little to heavy. The world around me began to spin as all these thoughts began to cut me into little pieces.

"Damn it, Mel. Stay with me."

Those were the last words I heard before my vision went black.

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! LIKE WOAH ANOTHER PLOT TWIST GOSH IM ON A ROLL.

Thanks for the reviews, really. They make me feel so great, I kind of want to be a journalist when Im older. But the sad thing is with this story, it has to end at some point. I will still make more stories that I hope you all will read. Now I had to write some other chapters. :) This story has a good bit of chapters left, I just dont want people to think Im just dragging it on. In the summary, they have MANY obsticles to go through. So this should be interesting.
