Sally slowly walked toward Tails then heard someone speak behind her. "Hey there." She felt a sharp pain on the right side of her head.

Sally fell to her knees as the world around her grew dark, she fell on her side facing Tails. Sally saw Fiona pick Tails up then put him over her shoulder. Sally lifted her arm toward Tails as if to stop Fiona; then silence was found after her eyes closed of their own accord.

Fiona ran through the forest as she heard guards shouting then loud foot steps could be heard gaining on Fiona. One of them noticed Fiona running away and alerted the others. The guards running at full speed then Fiona jumped up into a tree leaping from limb to limb in the trees as the guards followed in pursuit.

"In the trees!" One of them yelled.

"Stay away from us!" Fiona yelled back.

"She has Tails!"

Fiona was tiring as she jumped in the trees; she stopped on one and laid Tails in the crook of a branch. She tied a rope around his waist and the tree limb to secure him to the tree Fiona kissed him. Fiona jumped down and pulled a small hidden knife from her belt. Its blade was curved upwards and the handle was curved downward.

Fiona hid in a bush close to the tree but off to the left of it. A guard ran right in front of her and stopped. He looked to the ground and saw tracks.

"So, you're on the ground now? Where are you?" Fiona gripped the very tip of the knife's blade.

She cocked back her right arm with the knife."Right here!" Then Fiona threw the knife into the guard's leg and jumped on him.

She hit him on the side of the head as hard as she could hit. He stumbled then Fiona jumped off kicking his back which pushed him to the ground.

"Ow..." Is all the guard uttered before blacking out.

"Jerry are you all right?" One of the other guards yelled but no one responded to the call out.

"Come on! This way!" Fiona heard loud footsteps coming toward her and she pulled out the knife in the leg of the guard.

Fiona climbed a tree above the unconscious body and found herself a perch. The two others ran up to the body of their friend and knelt next to him. Fiona dropped on one of them putting him on the ground, the other swung at her and Fiona caught the strike with her paw stopping it, she smiled evilly, then put pressure between his fingers with her thumb.

The guard dropped to his knees as an intense pain shot through his arm, Fiona struck him square in the middle of his throat silencing him and he fell on his back coughing.

The guard Fiona jumped on got back up as Fiona turned around and grabbed her by the throat. She was lifted off the ground, Fiona was gasping for air. She dropped her knife after being picked up; she was clawing at his arm and hand. Finally she started to feel death creep up on her when she started to call for help.

"Please... some-someone... help!" Fiona choked out.

"No one's coming to help yo..." A loud bag rang out and the guard's grip loosened then he fell on his side rolling to his back; Fiona was on all fours coughing.

Fiona looked up in the tree she hid Tails in and he had a gun in his hand and blood still dripping from his wounds. Tails smiled at her and put the gun in it's holster as he passed out. Fiona climbed into the tree and onto the same branch Tails was on.

Fiona kissed him then started to untie the rope around his waist. She got it off then put Tails over her shoulder. Fiona jumped don't really feeling his weight mixed with her own on that drop. After a while they reached the base and the patch of land covering the gate lifted up revealing the tunnel to the base's entrance. Fiona ran down the tunnel to the door stumbling a few times down the corridor. She set Tails down gently in front of the door and collapsed next to him.

Fiona scooted close enough to Tails to ly her head down on his chest hearing shallow breathing and a slow rhythmic heartbeat. A green ray of light ran up and down them; after the light disappeared the door shot open and Harris walked out then gave a few signals from his hand. A few soldiers came out and picked them up. Fiona gave into the tiring muscles in her body falling asleep.

Fiona was dreaming now in her own little world. "Fiona. Over here." She heard a soothing male voice, she turned to see Tails smiling and luring her over with one of his fingers.

"Tails?" Fiona asked as her heart sped up and letting a smile out.

"You're only on a mission girl. Come over here." Another voice said that was deeper and cold as ice.

"I..." Scourge was standing the opposite direction from Tails now.

"Fiona don't you want someone that you know will love you?" Tails said holding out a hand; Fiona took a few steps closer to Tails.

"Hey, babe. Come with me and you can have anything you want and I'll rule everything." Scourge said as Fiona turned back to Tails and walked closer to him. "You get over here now! You are mine!"

Fiona didn't respond but just kept walking toward Tails. "I love you, Fiona." He said as she grabbed his hand and kissed him.

"I... I love you, too." Fiona said as the dream ended and she awoke in a medical bed.

"Hey, girl." Fiona looked to her left and saw Tails; she smiled at him.

Fiona folded her ears back grinning. "I love you, Tails." Tails smiled from ear to ear looking at her.

He leaned down and kissed her. "I love you too." She blushed as he held her head and kissed her again.
