Chapter 30: Personal Questions
Hi everyone! I have come back from camp (picking up some inspirations for my TAR and Survivor fics along the way). Sorry for the long wait, but we are very close to finishing, FINAL EPISODE PEOPLE! Woo! IMPORTANT NOTICE: Since I've been away for a long time, I'll apologize by making a Weebly website for the game (which is actually quite fun XD). I'll put the URL in my profile under 'The Mole: Tricky Enemy Official Website'. Just to let you know, it's not easy, so it's nowhere as good as some others that I've seen. P.S. I will be filling the missions part soon, so it won't be as blank as now. But don't just search up 'The Mole: Tricky Enemy' to find it, because for some reason, you have to use the URL. P.P.S. This chapter will have the traditional 3 questions game's start, as the final challenge will be pretty long, same with the other one, maybe.
KhaosOmega: Sorry about Rosalina, she is one of my all-time favorite characters, and I know if I take her into the finals, then she'll be the winner. She was originally supposed to finish at that place, but I originally swapped her to the winner, but then switched her back to the place she ended… Hopefully, I can have time to prepare for some medicines before revealing the results. XD Nah, any of them could be the Mole at this point.
Happy Yoshi: Yep, Junior and Toadiko could be professionals now! With a large percentage of errors. XD The clue that you spotted could be an actual clue, or it could be a fake one or isn't one at all? XD Camp wasn't the most comfortable place to be, as you sleep in tents and sleeping bags on the ground. Also, the coldness isn't the kindest thing as well. But I lived past it. XD
Toady:
Chapter 28 review: Yeah, since I have my camp and will be gone for a week, so I thought it would be good to have a double upload. Also, I wish to let people think who the Mole is when I'm gone, a bit extra time. XD Anything could've happened during the challenges, maybe someone did something, maybe they didn't. I'm trying to include a challenge that is original. XD
Chapter 29 review: Oooh! You are correct! None of the princesses are the Mole, congrats! Rosalina only mentioned the fact that splitting answers is a good option, but didn't exactly mention if she's going with it or not. So she could know who the Mole is but didn't put enough answers on them, but she could be completely wrong though. Anyone could be the Mole, they all have their suspicious moments. XD
Previously on The Mole: Tricky Enemy:
The final four has finally unmasked themselves and right now, any one of them could win the game.
Junior: It's so much fun, this game I mean. It could suck if I am executed this episode or that it actually ends. It's a once in lifetime opportunity, and I'm glad that I came this far and did whatever I wished to do. Of course, it would be so much better if I were to win!
In the split challenges for 15000 coins, Junior and Toadiko became professionals.
Monty then took all three of the papers and showed them the numbers on them.
All of them are '9'.
But Paratroopa and Rosalina failed on finding one thing they know: amber.
Monty told them, "As you didn't put the amber on its pedestal in time, your mission has been considered a failure."
In the challenge where one could earn the final exemption, everyone gave up on the chance to do so. Of course, Rosalina, the viewers' top suspect for a long time, excited the game, leaving the final 3 behind for a showdown.

It left the final 3, and left the Mole who can finally close the line after all of these episodes.
They'll finally be able to reveal themselves.

Toadiko: Me? I've never expected myself to make it into the finals, I'm so happy that I did get in! If I lose, I don't mind, because it is pretty awfully clear that I have outdone myself already. I am a winner in my opinion.
Paratroopa: I thought that I would be the one executed last night. Rosalina's departure has been very sad, yet I find myself a bit happy that it wasn't me. I thought that Rosalina would for sure make it into the finals, but that just didn't happen.
Junior: I can think of so many people besides me that could be in the finals. Rosalina for one, definitely. Birdo and Boo are both very intelligent, and I think they will both make it into the finals as well. But the truth says that they didn't.
"How in the world am I still in the game?" Paratroopa asked with a laugh as he went to the breakfast table, where Monty was sitting with the other two.
Toadiko laughed as well. "It's true, I can't believe that out of everyone, I have made it this far."
"But one of us is the Mole." Junior reminded them. "One of us has been sabotaging the game."
"Indeed," Monty shoved in as all three players turned to him. "There have been a lot of things going on in this game. You three have shone above the 7 others, and be proud of yourselves like I said last night."
"I am very proud. I don't even care if I win or not." Junior smiled.
Monty cleared his throat. "But as you have mentioned, Junior. I do agree that there has been a Mole lurking around missions, sabotaging as they go."
The players all stopped and went to silence as the cruise ship didn't stop moving.
"Enthusiasm, cheerfulness, bright, that's what players trust each other with. But this could be a mask, right Paratroopa Glides?" Monty brought up.
Paratroopa nearly dropped his piece of toast. "Err… yeah, I could be the Mole."
"Junior Koopa, you have been a very weird player that people can't see through you." Monty accused the youngest player. "You are the youngest, playing the game at the age of 18, is there more to your success in survival?"
It was Junior's turn to be at a loss for words. He opened his mouth, but didn't say anything.
"No one expected someone as naïve and weak physically as Toadiko Toadlina to make it this far. Has she actually been the traitor who led people thinking that she is weak and all that?" Monty turned to the last player.
Toadiko gasped lightly, but look downwards. "… Yes, that is true. I never thought in a million years that I would make it this far."
"All three of you are possible suspects for being the Mole." Monty says without too much emotion. "But today's challenge will put all of you in a situation where you have to make someone else feel a bit uncomfortable."
Junior: This isn't that bad, because it is actually one of the kindest things that Monty has said into the game. He has told us to beg for pizza ingredients, hack into a bank account, sleep in a cell, and a whole lot of other stuff. I would prefer to do this more than any of them.
Toadiko looked a bit confused, but didn't say anything as she seemed to be listening carefully.
"Today, you will each answer 3 questions that will only have the other two as answers. Then the other two will have to proceed through the cruise ship, trying to find you as they answer each of the three questions. Just to warn you, they are a bit uncomfortable to answer. Each player that has been found without any mistakes, 10000 coins will go into the pot. Even one incorrect answer will result in a loss." Monty explained, "Please write down the answer you will choose for each of these question sheets we placed in your bedrooms. The mission will commence after lunch."
Toadiko: Oh boy, now I have to let the two guys feel a bit uncomfortable with my answers. As the only girl here, I can already think of so many questions that I will be embarrassed to answer, hopefully, it shall be kind.
Paratroopa grabbed his sheet and laughed at the questions.
Who is most likely to go to jail?
Who is going to consider their parents regret having them?
If the other two marry, who's going to chicken out at the wedding and not come?
Paratroopa: These questions… I have to consider the fact that Toadiko and Junior will be answering them and try to answer with an answer that they will unanimously come up with. But still, Junior has the royal pride on him, and Toadiko is too naïve to admit some things.
Junior wrote down an answer for a question without too much emotion on his face.
Who is more racist?
Who will more likely to suicide?
Who'd die for their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife?
Junior: As much as I hate to say it, I had a lot of trouble coming up with an answer for these questions. It's not that I can't think of someone, it's how they will react once they heard my answer. In order to answer them truthfully, I have to upset them in some way.
Toadiko made her way back into her room as she scanned through the paper, checking all of her questions.
Who would you make out with?
Who would get intoxicated with you and the two of you find yourselves in a bed the next morning huddled together?
Who is better looking?
Toadiko: Damn it! The producers are so cruel with my questions! Still, I cannot refuse to give an answer. I can't exactly look at their eyes anymore if I was to give an answer at the same time… It's a huge decision. But… it's not Big Brother or Survivor, where you have to ask the others to keep you in.
Monty gathered the final 3 down in the dining room. "Thank you all, I have got your answers. Junior, would you please come with me?"
Junior: Uh-oh, here goes nothing. They are going to be snapping at me after this.
"What types of questions did you get?" Paratroopa asked Toadiko.
Toadiko shrugged, "Probably the same type as you did."
Paratroopa and Toadiko made their way with Monty leading them down the hallway. They stopped at a crossway, either left or right. The shops or the bathrooms.
"Here is where we are going to have our first question." Monty pulled out a card as the two listened. "Junior was first asked who is more racist."
Paratroopa: The first question and dang it's uncomfortable. Neither Toadiko nor I are racist in my opinion, yet he had to make a decision. I have no idea what to say for this question. To be honest, girls could be racists as well as boys, so I'm very uncertain.
"I have no idea." Toadiko concluded.
Paratroopa rolled his eyes, "We should think what he would do."
"Boys are more racist than girls." Toadiko suddenly shoved in.
Toadiko: It would actually be very hard for me if I were to be accused racist. I tried to avoid the ending of us thinking that I'm the answer, when clearly I do not wish to be the answer at all. Hopefully, Paratroopa could let me be a bit greedy in this situation.
"Fine then," Paratroopa sighed, "I have no idea. Monty, we answer Paratroopa."
Monty nodded as he led the duo to the shops.
They then stopped at a crossroad which is either the jewelry shops or the diners.
"Junior was then asked," Monty read from another card, "Who will more likely to suicide?"
"Wow, what a question." Paratroopa laughed nervously.
Toadiko: I have this very strong feeling that he answered me for this one because of my naïve and timid nature. Paratroopa is trying to get the most out of life and is enjoying it… I really don't want to admit my thoughts though…
Toadiko shook her head hopelessly, "Who do you think he answered?"
"… I donno, I don't really want to say it." Paratroopa admitted, "I don't want to break any friendships I made on this show."
Paratroopa: I have become many people's friends ever coming onto this show, although we all live in different places, I hope that we can still be friends. Executions are also a pain to me as well, since Dixie and Rosalina are both very good friends of mine… yet they are both executed by this point.
Monty checked his watch, "Please come up with an answer. If you refuse to answer, that is alright as well."
"I don't want to forfeit, let's take chances." Toadiko decided.
Paratroopa rolled his eyes, "If you really want be to come up with an answer… I guess I could."
Toadiko: Paratroopa also thinks that Junior answered me. I don't want to let anyone down at this stage, so be it then.
"Monty, we answer Toadiko." Toadiko jumped at Monty, surprising Paratroopa a bit.
"Please follow me to the diners then." Monty led the two towards the dining places.
On the left is the Fancy Shell, and on the right is the McToads.
Monty licked his lips for a second. "The final question Junior was asked, who'd die for their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife?"
"Me," Paratroopa immediately answered, "I would say me."
"Why? I'm quite nice too." Toadiko gave him a look.
Paratroopa rolled his eyes, "I'm quite friendly, and to be honest, I think you'll be shyer than me and fears death even more. No offence though."
Paratroopa: It's out of the bag, in order to do well in a challenge like this, we have to be honest. Toadiko has tried to hide the fact that she also thinks that Junior could've answered her throughout the past two questions. If Toadiko was to say that she is the answer, I think she can handle the fact that I think she is a bit naïve and weak.
"… Sure, let's get this over with." Toadiko decided with her eyes on the floor.
Paratroopa turned to Monty, "Monty, we will choose Paratroopa."
"Please go into McToads then." Monty replied.
Paratroopa and Toadiko wondered into the restaurant which had been cleared, not knowing what to do.
"Do you see Junior?" Monty questioned.
Both players shook their heads.
"Well then, I'm sorry to say that Junior is not in this place and you have failed in this round." Monty concluded.
Toadiko: How? We literally answered with answers that we think that are correct. Unless Junior is lying, which he would only do if he was the Mole, I take it? Still, I'm wondering where we went wrong at.
Sorry if this chapter is a bit short, but the 3 questions game has officially begun! Hopefully I could update a bit more often though… ^^'
