The chanting keep on repeating, it sounded more like a hunted whisper in the dark night, creep into the soul of the one with darkness invading its heart.

Sweats covering pale skin as the whispers keep on, hunting her and her soul through her darkest dream, the great nightmare one can endure. The body trashing around under the thin white sheet, fisted the silk material as she squeezes her eyes tightly, breathless and gasping for air.

The screech scream of the darkness snap the pale girl out from her nightmare, two bright blue colored eyes open wide with terror still covering them, she sits up and rest her back on the headboard whilst she takes a shaky deep breath, trying to make up some sense of what her dream was about, but she seems to be having no clue of what it was as she can hear all the whisper, it sounded so far away but still capable of bringing the terror as her body reaction was to put her arms protectively around her own mid-section, hugging herself not caring about all the sweats she produce during the nightmare, she try to calm herself up as to not get carried away.
This is the second time she dreamt it, the first one was the night after the party at the Karaoke Dokkie, she hasn't told anyone about it, the darkness and the whispers, she felt like something trying to get out, searching the way out, and creeping into the light from the darkest corner of life.
"What is happening?" The girl with the piercing blue eyes asking herself, although she wanted an answer badly, she doesn't want to find out the real meaning of her dream, because she can sense the nightmare behind the answer of her question.

The long and powerful howl from the alpha can be heard in the gloomy dark night, fill with sadness and pain she feels while all she can do is stand guard in the far deep of the forest near her soul mates house, like a dog that has been lock out of its house, she can't do nothing but keeping her safe from the outer treat.
The alpha can sense it, the terror that the girl feels, she can heard the soft cries of scare because of the nightmare the blue eyed girl had, the witch is trying to get out, her soul maybe still asleep and can do nothing but she will arise, at the next full moon even if the host failed to be killed, she will start to awaken and trying to find her way to the surface and have full control, piece by piece, spreading darkness into the host's soul until it faded and disappear completely. At least that's what Cat had told her, the red haired girl had the information from Sinjin's sister Courtney Van Clef, she knows because she is a witch and a pretty damn good one.
She and her family has been on her pack's protection, the witch family is a good friend of her and has been helping her on many time, they are the one who put protection spell through the city, and also prevent any vampire go in the city unnoticed from her pack, they would be dead even before they walk far from the welcome gate.
The alpha has been standing guard ever since she finds out about Celeste from a werewolf that Jackson sent to inform her and her pack about killing the host's body so they can force the witch to lift the curse of his clan, and she's been keeping the secret from her pack and her father, making sure no one ever finds out while she, Trina and Cat find the solution without harming Jade, something that so far she doesn't find yet.
"We need to find the solution, fast." She looks into one golden pair of eyes similar to hers. "I can't stand knowing her suffer like this."
"I know, champ."
The alpha gives a long sad howl, looking into her soul mate's house with devastated eyes as she lies on the cold dirty ground.

The sound of people clapping and cheering can be heard through the black box theatre as the whole cast bow to the audiences and the curtain is slowly closing in.
The opening night has been a blast, a success that can make all shoulders do limp because of relieve that the play went well without any accident what so ever. Sikowitz congratulate all the cast and crew as their success on their opening night and tell them to work even harder on the following nights because the play will last for seven nights until the end of the month, just before the semester break.
"Okay, now all of you go home, get rest because we still have a show to do tomorrow." Everyone start to leave, following what the crazy teacher said. The almost bald man is heading to the door as well when he saw that his two leading actresses are still there. "Great work you two, see you tomorrow, and please, don't be late." He said leaving the theatre.
"Hey Jade." Call the petite girl before she leaves the theatre as well, the two of them already off their customs and in their own clothes. "Do you need a ride home?" She asks the blue eyed beauty knowing that the girl had been went to school without her car.
"I can take her." A soft voice of the brunette startle the two girls a little, the soft tapping of her shoes against the floor can be heard whilst she approach the said girls. "That if you want me to?" The alpha steps into the light where she can be seen wearing her bright smile on her face and a bouquet of red roses in one hand.
"Well, the charming Romeo is arrive." Teased the red haired girl and give a blushing Jade West a knowing wink. "So, I can trust you to bring her home safely, right Champ?"
"I will protect her, even if I have to give my life to safe her." She said seriously before giving the girl a warm smile.
"I think I'm going to puke." Cat said making a gag noise.
"You just jealous, Cat." Jade said giving her trademark smirk.
"Don't flatter yourself Jade." The petite girl faces the alpha and smile. "Well, I think I better leave now." The red haired actress gives her best friend a hug and a wave goodbye to the raven haired beauty.
"Be careful, I'm going to the Van Clef's house to see if Courtney has new information." Cat said as she walks into her car, she knew that Tori can hear her clearly even if the alpha is not giving her a respond, she drive away leaving Hollywood Art.
"Here, it's for you." The alpha gives the roses to Jade. "You were amazing tonight, you really nail the accent." Tori compliment the girl who is trying not to blush by it.
"Thanks." She said softly.
"So, what do you think about little walk in the park? It's still nine p.m., according to my watch."
The slightly shorter girl looks at the brunette. "Sound lovely." They not feel awkward given the last time the met was ending with their lips colliding with passion, but they just simply don't know what more to say at the moment.
Okay, that sounds even awkward.
The alpha gives her arm for the actress to hold and guide her to the parking lot where her car is parked.
Again, the pale beauty feel that strange or rather she say, foreign feeling inside of her when she's in close proximity with the brunette and she also smell like forest. Calming, yet she also feels the darkness and danger in her but somehow, Jade doesn't effect by it, she's drawn more to the Champ.
"What is it about you that I keep drawn into you?" Jade ask aloud.
The brunette smiles glance at the blue eyed girl for a second before focusing on the road again. "I don't know, but I know why I keep drawn into you."
The girl looks at the Champ with amuse. "Really and why is that?" She smiles, genuine smile that she rarely give nor shows.
"The minute those piercing blue eyes look into my brown one." The alpha turn to face the pale beauty as they stop at the traffic light, she look deep into blue eyes while the other girl trying her best not too squeaks, they stay like that for couple more second before they slowly leaning in at the same time until their lips gaze only inch away.

The whisper comeback, startling the actress as she back away with Goosebumps whilst the alpha looks at her confuse, she thought the feeling was mutual.
"I'm sorry, I was just …" The blue eyed beauty wanting to tell the brunette what was happening to her but she doesn't know if it is a good idea, what the Champ would react, so she choose to lie. "I have a headache, would you mind just drive me home?"
"Of course not. Hey, it's okay, I'll drive you home." Tori smiles at the girl whilst taking her hand and kiss the knuckle before she step on the gas as soon as the lights go green.
They keep silent, falling into their own thought as the pale beauty trying to keep herself calm and doesn't want to think about the whispers, and about the fact that she's going into an empty house and will spend the night all alone with the nightmare she had for these past couple of days, she's scare but she's too proud to admit it to herself.
Whilst the Champ still thinking about how she can help the actress, to comfort her without giving away her secret, she wanted to tell Jade so bad but she want to wait until she has the answer, the solution to Jade's condition, she will tell her, she just need more time to do so.
Tori grip the stirring wheel, her knuckle almost white, trying to control her emotion if she doesn't want to suddenly wolf-up in front of the girl, she like.
The drive was short and Tori quickly jump out of her car to the passenger's side to open the door for Jade. "Thank you, Tori. I'm sorry we can't spend time together tonight."
"It's okay Jade, you need to rest, I understand." The girl gives her sheepish smiles.
"Thank you." She smile and kiss the brunette on the cheek before going into the house.
"I'll protect you Jade, and I will find the way to separate you from the witch." Whisper the alpha as she glances one last time to the house before drives away.
