Note 1: Thank you everyone, for the kudos and the comments I have received on the previous update. It had been so long and I was afraid that everyone had abandoned this story. It feels good to be back and work on this story... it feels like my baby :) Never written a story as long as this one before.

" But you can't hide... when evil calls your name..."

Guilt.

" This... this is impossible " Whispered the teen when he was staring at himself. " You shouldn't appear to me in this form. "

The shadow crossed his arms and gave his other half a rather cold look. " Oh? Really? Please, explain why I shouldn't. "

Souji grit his teeth. " You are Izanagi! You are my Personae! You... couldn't have been able to revert to a shadow state. "

After making an annoyed 'tsk' sound the shadow ran a hand through his silver bangs and slowly walked up to the other boy. With a loud smack he placed both his hands on either side next to Souji's face, and leaned in so close that their lips almost met each other. Souji's first instinct was to pull back, but since he was chain up against the wall he couldn't do a damn thing.

" You aren't fit to be my master. " Whispered the shadow. His breath tickled Souji's face while he spoke those venom words. " Your heart is tainted, and I won't follow a being as filthy as you. Why should I use my powers to protect a hypocrite? "

Souji just stared at his other half with his mouth wide open. He was completely shocked and reality just didn't seem to sink in. Was this for real?!

" Ever since you took a... wrong branch I have been watching you... talking with you. Remember that voice you heard in the back of your head? That was me. After you choose to side with Adachi we split. I became 'me' and you became 'you'. The only thing that kept me inside of you was that damned card. So guess what happened? "

Souji swallowed something that must've been the size of an apple. " Adachi destroyed the card... "

A sick smile came across the shadows face. " He released me from my prison. " He said almost in ecstasy. " And afterwards we had the most interesting conversation. "

The other removed his right hand from the wall and brought it gently to Souji's right cheek. He gave it a light pinch, smiled and turned around. a loud laugh escaped from his mouth and he threw his arms into the air.

" I am me, I am free! " He laughed even harder. " And you... well... let's just say I don't give a fuck about you or your world. I mean, didn't you damn everything? There is nothing left to save. The fog will swallow everything, and this world will rise and thrive! The shadows will feed on the last humans and everything will cease to exist. Isn't that what you wanted? "

Souji watched in horror as his shadow continued to talk. Shadows were the manifestations of your hidden self- your hidden desires. Did that mean that he had been wishing for this all along? The destruction of reality and the rise of an era filled with shadows and demons? His mind was screaming out to him that it was wrong and that he didn't want this, but if he did he would be killed by his shadow. If you would deny your true feelings your shadow would go berserk and that would be the end of you. And seeing as how Souji's shadow behaved, he was certainly aiming for that.

The teen sighed and his eyes went to the red noose in the middle of the room. Yes, he was back in Adachi's TV room. A room he had thought to have abandoned forever, and yet he was brought back to this hellish place. Why was he here anyway? Why did his shadow bring him here?

As if reading his mind, the shadow sat down on the bed and sat with his back against the wall to face Souji.

" So by now I guess you are figuring out why you are here right? " The shadow shifted a little to the right. " That's a pretty long answer, but since you aren't going anywhere for a long time I guess its fine to chat for a bit. You see, after Adachi freed me we had a long talk. I had expected a good explanation why he did what he did, but he didn't give me any. Actually, everything up till now had been on a whim. He said he did this because he thought it was fun... " The shadow chuckled. " Ah Souji... this man really opened my eyes. I see why you abandoned your fate for this man. He's really interesting and he's not that bad looking either. "

Souji averted his eyes to his feet. Was he really thinking all of that?

" Tell me... " He whispered. " Why am I here? "

" Isn't that obvious? You fucked up the minute you sought contact with that idiot Yosuke. Did you really think that Adachi wouldn't notice? The fog is filled with shadows and they are all part of him now. He saw you and believe me when I say he wasn't happy. He called you... naughty... and you needed to be punished. Well, not only you but Yosuke too. And since I had nothing better to do I went to pick your sorry ass up. "

The shadow had a satisfied look on his face, and it began to anger the silverhead. The shadow noticed that and he jumped off the bed. With light steps he walked to his other half and once again he stood still before him.

" Yes? Do you want to say something? Don't tell me you are going to say the Golden words? You are not me! You can't be me! I am innocent! Blah blah! YES! Say them! Make me stronger. "

Souji bit his tongue in frustration and shook his head. He felt so confused that he didn't know what to think anymore. After confronting all of the shadows of his friends and listening to their confessions he knew that the shadows talked the truth. Everything he was hearing were his true, honest feelings. But now that he were confronted by them he felt sick. Was this the same feeling that his friends felt in the past?

" You are such a party pooper " Sighed the shadow. " No matter, I don't need to be rejected in order to become stronger. I am already me. "

The shadow placed his index finger under Souji's chin and slightly raised it. Their eyes met and the teen could feel a shiver run down his spine when he saw those empty yellow eyes. They were completely devoid of any feelings. Hollow, empty... dead. Izanagi was not longer there.

" You know... " Began the shadow with a sly smile on his lips. " Adachi carefully instructed me not to kill you, but he didn't say I couldn't have any fun with you. "

" What are you-unff "

The shadow crushed their lips together and the teen eye's widened in surprise. He felt himself being sandwiched between the wall and the shadow when his other half destroyed the space between them. The button his shirt got opened and before he knew it he felt a cold hand on his chest.

" Ahh- "

The sudden touch made him yelp and he tried to wriggle away from the cold hand. But the shadow pushed him even closer against the wall and placed his right knee between Souji's legs. the other half leaned in closer and slowly began to lick the teen's ear. When he heard another yelp he bend down a little and began to lick and nip at the now exposed neck. Souji tried everything to get the shadow away from his neck, but his attempts were futile. In reality this only angered the shadow, and he gave a merciless bite.

" Ah! "

It really hurt, and before long he could actually feel a droplet running down his neck. The other grinned and licked happily the blood away.

" L-Let me go! " Snarled Souji dangerously. " What do you think you are doing? "

" Didn't I already tell you? I want to have some fun with you. "

" We are one! You shouldn't do this to me! "

" I am me. " Replied the shadow, sounding very agitated. " We may share the same face, but that's where the similarities end. Now shut the fuck up before I rip out your goddamn tongue! Prey isn't supposed to talk, you are supposed to obey and just take it. "

And with that the shadow pulled down Souji's pants and underwear in one tug. While licking his lips he stared at the teen's lower body for a while before he began to speak.

" You know, I was going to try and be gentle. But since I don't know how much time we have left I guess I have to rush things a little. That actually makes me a little happy, for I have no desire to be careful. And admit... You like pain don't you? Oh don't even try to pretend I am lying... after all... I-know-you-best. "

Souji felt like he could just die here and then when he saw those yellow eyes staring at his half hard member. And all those things that his other half kept telling him; he didn't want to hear them. He didn't want to hear or feel anything, he just wanted things to be over.

All those times he had whored his body to Adachi had made creaks in his body and soul, and he shudders to think what might happen if he got violated by his own damn shadow.

The shadow opened his zipper and a very hard member came to say hello. For a second Souji found himself surprised by the fact that his cock was bigger then his own. They were one, how could there be such a huge difference?

By the time he realized that he was actually thinking that he could feel how his cheeks became hot and he bit his lower lip in shame. The other half chuckled like he knew what Souji was thinking about, and with ease he placed the teen's legs around his waist.

" Bear with it. " Grunted the shadow with a pleased look on his face.

And then he just slammed his member right in. No preparation, no nothing. For a moment Souji saw only blackness and immediately afterwards there was a flaming pain that spread throughout his body. He screamed it out and all the muscles in his body grew tense. He felt like someone just ripped him in two, never in his life had he experienced pain like this.

" Fuck... you are one tight bitch. You would've thought that Adachi would've stretched you out a bit, but your ass feels like a virgins. Well, you don't hear me complaining. "

Fresh tears welled up in the corner of Souji's eyes and he was doing his best to keep his sobs down. He wouldn't give his shadow the pleasure of seeing him breaking down. No, he had to stay strong.

Thankfully, the other half allowed him to get used to the huge dick in his ass because he wasn't moving yet. Instead he saw how those deep yellowish eyes were studying him. They just stared at each other for a while until Souji gave a faint nod.

Just get it over with.

The shadow began to move a very slow rhythm, but still fast enough for the teen to whimper and pleas to make it stop. It was all in vain though because he knew in the back of his head that the shadow wasn't going to stop. He just felt so helpless and powerless that he didn't even knew what he was doing anymore. for a slight moment he even considered to cry out for Adachi, but if he did that he would seal his destiny forever.

Just as he thought that things couldn't get worse he felt how the shadow grabbed his member and began to jerk it off.

" hn...nnhh! " Soft moan escaped Souji as he immediately reacted to it. It was like his body was trying to desperately get rid of the pain and drown itself in this newfound pleasure. This probably pleased the shadow as he fastened the pace little by little. By now Souji was so lost in pain and pleasure that he didn't knew which was which anymore. Sweet cries escaped from the back of his throat as he rested his chin on the other's shoulder. Sweat streamed down their bodies and the shadow had a hard time to hold Souji's legs around his waist.

" F-fuck... S-Souji... I... "

The shadow came pretty fast and filled the teen with his semen. There was no time to feel embarrassed because a few jerks later Souji relieved himself all over the other's white shirt. They both just stared at each other panting heavily.

" Damn, now I know why Adachi is so possessive of you. You have one mighty ass. "

Souji didn't even hear him. The release, the pain and the entire ordeal had tired him out. Not only that, but he was on the other side of the TV. He felt completely drained, so he slowly closed his eyes and wished that sleep would take him out of this mess as fast as possible.

And he got his wish...
