BRAX P.O.V
" why would I hurt Lani?" He said
" why are your fists all bruised and bloodied?"
" I only just got out of jail yesterday mate, do you really think I'd stuff it up that bad"
I backed away. He had a point. I turned around and walked out the door letting it slam behind me. I got into the ute and went to put my seatbelt on. I tried again and again.
" FUCK!" I yelled slamming my hand against the steering wheel. Nothing was going right. The world was falling apart. All I could do was sit there and watch. Now I know how Lani felt.
LANI P.O.V
"You should be able to go home tomorrow" said Nate.
"Yay?!" I cheered sarcastically " four days is was too long!"
Nate laughed. "I'll see you tomorrow then" he said walking out.
"See ya" Ricky and I said simultaneously.
I looked at Ricky. She pulled a stupid face at me. I smiled and pulled and even worse one back at her.
"What's with the arm?" She asked.
" it's called a cast, their meant to fix broken arms"
" ha. Ha. Very funny. What's with the texts all over it?"
" case was finding his inner Picasso!"
" I don't think that's very artistic" she laughed pointing at a penis drawn on my hand.

" no Heath divided to challenge himself"
" what did Heath do?" Bianca asked walking through the door
" nothing out of the ordinary" Ricky said hugging her.
" how are you today miss Lani?" She asked.
"Good, I'm going home tomorrow"
" how exciting" she said " oh Jett and VJ wanted me to give you this"
She handed me an envelope with 'Lani' written on the front. I opened it and found a piece of coloured card inside folded in half. I opened it and laughed. They had used letters out of the newspaper so it was like one of those out of one of those horror movies.
" what does it say?" Asked Ricky
" get well soon or we'll lose the surf comp!" I read
" when is the comp?"
" in about a month and a half"
" you sure you'll be up to it?" Asked Bianca
" yeah" I said. I lied. I may think that I'd be up to it physically but would I be up to it mentally?

HEATH P.O.V
"You did what!" I exclaimed slamming my hand on the table.
" I thought it was him ok" said Brax
" well you obviously thought wrong"
" what did he have to say?" Casey asked quietly

" so who do you think it was?" I asked them
"Some kids from mangrove maybe" said Casey

" since when have they been here" asked Casey
