Over the next few days, Harry found himself feeling quite happy. He felt glad he had had the meeting with his parents because he no longer felt full of anger, hatred and frustration. The thought of seeing his parents didn't make him want to throw things or hit anything anymore. He didn't know what he was feeling, but Harry was positive that it wasn't anger.

Despite feeling as happy as he did, Harry couldn't deny that he still felt slightly betrayed. Harry doubted he would ever stop feeling like that, but he was determined to try to put it all behind him even though that was easier said than done.

Alex and Daniel, his younger siblings, were on Harry's mind a lot more often now. He found that he couldn't wait to meet his brother and had always envied Ron for having such a big family but now he had a chance to have a family and he wasn't going to give it up. Harry had never intended to reject his brother and sister even when he couldn't stand the sight of his parents. It wasn't Alex or Daniel's fault that Harry had grown up without his family.

Just one day after their meeting with Harry, Lily and James had dropped in to the Burrow on their way to a meeting with Dumbledore. They had just stopped in to say 'hello' to Harry and to tell him that they would arrange a meeting with the twins as soon as possible.

The Hogwarts term would be starting soon and Harry was beginning to doubt whether he would be meeting his brother and sister before school. He had not hears from his parents at all since that day at the Burrow so Harry felt quite worried. He really wanted to get to know Alex and Daniel and that would be harder to do at Hogwarts while surrounded by students and teachers.

Then one morning, very early, Harry hears a tapping at the window. Harry groaned and shouted at Ron to let the owl in but Ron was in a very deep sleep and did not hear Harry. Harry sighed and climbed out bed. He rubbed his eyes and yawned as he walked towards the window.

Harry pulled hard at the stiff window and it opened. A small barn owl came swooping in through it and landed on Harry's bedside table. Harry hurried over to it and took the letter from the owl. He then watched as the owl flew back out the window and away home.

Glancing down at the letter, Harry saw that it was for him. He opened it up and began to read.

Dear Harry,

Your mother, the twins and I would like to invite you over for dinner this evening. We understand if you are unable to make it as it might be a bit tricky seeing as we live in Ireland. Please floo to this address at around 4 O'clock if you are able to make it: Potter house, Rach Tintreach, Ireland'.

Your friends are more than welcome to come over too. The more the merrier!

The twins are looking forward to meeting their big brother!

Dad

Harry couldn't help feel a little nervous as he read this. Needless to say, he was quite glad that Ron, Hermione and Ginny would be accompanying him to the house.

He looked at the clock on the wall and saw that it wasn't as early as he had thought it was. Breakfast was probably nearly ready.

Harry dressed quickly and went over to Ron to wake him up. Ron groaned, rolled over, sighed and tiredly climbed out of the bed. "Morning," he said.

Harry muttered a quick 'good morning' back and started to tell Ron about the letter. He let Ron read the letter. "Course we'll come with you, mate," said Ron after Harry asked him whether he wanted to go with him.

"Thanks," and with that they headed downstairs. Hermone and Ginny were already up and eating breakfast. Harry sat down beside Ginny and told her and Hermione about the letter. They were both pleased to know that they had been invited and quickly agreed to join Harry and Ron in going to the Potter's house for dinner. Mrs Weasley walked into the kitchen.

"Morning dears, I'll get you something to eat in just a second. Have any of you seen Arthur's briefcase?" she asked. They all shook their heads.

"Sorry, no," answered Harry. "By the way, I was wondering if it would be ok for Ron, Hermione, Ginny and I to go to my parent's house this evening. They invited us over for dinner so that I can meet Alex and Daniel," said Harry, smiling slightly. Mrs Weasley's face broke out into a broad smile.

"Oh that's wonderful! I'm glad to hear that things are going well," she said, giving Harry a tight hug. "And of course you can all go! I take it you'll be flooing there?" she asked. Harry nodded his head.

"Yeah at around four o'clock," he replied. Mrs Weasley told them it was okay for them to go, piled their plates high with bacon and then she hurried out of the room to help look for Mr Weasley's briefcase. The kids were all left to talk among themselves.

"How old did you say the twins are?" asked Hermione. Harry thought for a moment before answering her.

"I think they're fifteen or almost fifteen, I'm not quite sure," he replied before turning to Ginny. "They're going to be in your year at Hogwarts," Ginny grinned at this.

"That's great!," she smiled before chuckling slightly. "Can't wait to meet Daniel," she joked before winking. Harry feigned horror as Ron started choking on his sausage.

"Hey!" Harry said. "Hurtful!"

Later on in the day, everyone was getting ready to go. "Don't stay away too late and be polite!" as Mrs Weasley said this, she looked pointedly at Ron. Ron chose to ignore her and turned towards the fireplace. He grabbed the pot of floo powder and held it out for Harry to take some.

"You go first," he said. Harry nodded and took a handful of floo powder. He nervously stepped into the fireplace.

"Potter house, Rach Tòrneach, Ireland" He shouted, very clearly, before throwing down the powder. In a bright burst of green flames, he was sent spinning through a dizzy darkness. Finally it was over and he stepped out of the fireplace. He took a moment to steady himself and tried not to throw up. Unfortunately he didn't move in time and Ginny came out of the fireplace and was sent flying into Harry.

Harry tumbled to the ground while Ginny managed to stay on her feet. Harry groaned and stood up. He turned to glare at a laughing Ginny. "Not funny!" he pouted. Ginny only laughed harder.

"Sorry baby!" she said, pinching his cheeks. Harry pulled away, laughing. Hermione came out of the fireplace next, just as Lily walked into the room.

"Oh, hello! I didn't hear you come in!" she said, smiling brightly. Hermione went to introduce herself, but unfortunately Ron came tumbling out of the fireplace shouting 'bloody hell!'

"Ron!" snapped Hermione. She then turned to look at Lily again. "Sorry, I'm Hermione, Mrs Potter!" she said pleasantly.

"Oh, please call me Lily!" she said, giving Hermione a quick hug.

"I'm Ginny!" smiled Ginny as she was pulled into another hug.

"Ron," said Ron quickly putting his hand out to shake Lily's hand but, he too, was pulled into another hug.

"It's so nice to meet you all!" said Lily. She turned to Harry.

"Hello Harry," she said cautiously, but hopefully. Harry heard the cautious tone in her voice.

"Hi," he said. There was a short awkward pause before Lily broke it.

"Come on through to the dining room! James is in there with Alex," she lead them into a large hallway and through to the dining room where James was sitting at a long table covered by two broomsticks. Harry noticed that James was covered in rain. He looked past his father and saw a girl of about 14 or 15 with long black hair and emerald green eyes. "Get those brooms off of my table! Now!" said Lily, angrily. James and the girl, presumably Alex, stood up quickly grabbed the brooms and set them up against the wall.

"Sorry, mum," said Alex while trying to hold in her laughs, just like her father was doing.

"Never mind that! Harry and his friends are here!" said Lily motioning towards Harry and the others. Harry didn't know what to do so he just said a quiet 'hello'. "Why don't you two go and get dressed and get Daniel," said Lily. They nodded and left the room. James winked at Harry as he left. "Sit down, sit down! Dinner will be ready soon," said Lily.

Everyone took a seat. "As you can see Alex takes after her father in her obsession over quidditch," she said. Harry nodded.

"What about Daniel?" he asked. Lily smiled.

"He doesn't play. He says he prefers to just watch. A bit like me actually," she said. Harry couldn't understand this. The best bit about quidditch was playing it!

"Mad," he muttered and Lily chuckled.

"Yay, another Quidditch mad child. That brings my total up to three. You, Alex and James," everyone laughed at this. James walked in just then.

"What are you laughing at?" he asked.

"Nothing, sweetie," she said, smiling innocently at her husband. Alex and Daniel walked in a few minutes later.

"Hi!" said Alex, brightly.

"Hey," said Harry.

"Hello," said Daniel.

"Hi" said Harry.

"Stop with the greetings!" said James. They heard a 'ding' sound.

"Oh, dinner's ready," said Lily rushing out through yet another door. A few moments later she came back in with her wand pointed in the air and 8 plates in mid-air in front of her. "Irish stew! The best kind," beamed Lily. "We all love it in this house," Harry suddenly remembered that he was in Ireland.

"Thanks," said Ron as he happily started eating.

"So why did you decide to move to Ireland? Why not another country?" asked Hermione. Harry began to eat and found himself pleasantly surprised. Lily was as good a cook as Mrs Weasley.

"Well, we'd taken a holiday here before and we really liked it," replied James. Harry felt very uncomfortable as they were talking about this so he decided to change the subject.

"Why don't you like quidditch Daniel?" asked Harry very quickly. Daniel looked up in surprise. He probably didn't expect Harry to know this.

"Uh, well I don't mind watching it but I'm not a very good player. I prefer chess to be honest," he answered in a rather shy tone. His shyness vaguely reminded Harry of Neville.

"Are you any good?" asked Ron brightly, clearly hoping he might get a better opponent than Harry. Daniel shrugged.

"I suppose I'm all right," he said.

The conversation continued for about half an hour. Harry learned that Alex loved quidditch and was a brilliant chaser. He also found out that the twins were 15 on the 29th of October. They were very clever due to being homeschooled by two brilliant academic people. Hermione and Ron got on very well with Daniel while Ginny and Alex hit it off straight away. Harry thought his brother and sister were brilliant and he got on very well with him.

Daniel was shy but seemed to get more confident the more you spoke to him. He was very clever.

Alex was the opposite of Daniel. She was loud and confident. She was clever, like Daniel, and love magic.

"Well, why don't you all go into the living room," said Lily as she and James cleared up after dinner. Alex and Daniel led Harry and the others through to the sitting room.

"Are you excited for Hogwarts. You've only ever been homeschooled, right?" asked Ginny. Daniel nodded.

"Yeah. I can't wait to go to an actual school!" he said.

"Me too. It's so boring sitting at home and listening to your parents drone on and on about goblin wars. I hate history of magic! Hopefully it won't be as boring at Hogwarts," as Alex said this Ginny, Harry and Ron burst out laughing.

History of Magic was the most boring subject at Hogwarts. The main reason for this was the teacher, Professor Binns. Professor Binns was the school's only ghost teacher and a very boring one at that. His voice had the power to send the most wide awake person to sleep. He could make anything sound like nothing. "Don't get your hopes up!" muttered Ginny.

"I like potions, it's my favourite subject," said Daniel. Harry sighed. Daniel wouldn't like potions much longer. Snape was teaching it and it was a well known fact that he hated Harry's father and therefore would probably hate the twins too. Alex shook her violently.

"No way! Defence against the dark arts is the best," she said, eagerly. Everyone except Daniel nodded their heads in agreement.

"I wonder who we'll have teaching us it this year?" said Ron. Daniel and Alex shot them puzzled looks. "The job of teaching defence is cursed. Nobody ever lasts longer than a year!" he said.

"Exactly. So far we've had Quirrel who had Voldemort hiding in his turban and was trying to kill Harry all year," said Hermione.

"Then Gilderoy Lockheart. He turned to be nothing but a phony git that tried to wipe our memories clean," said Ron darkly.

"Then we had Professor Lupin! He was by far the best! Taught Harry how to produce a patronus and everything! He was brilliant!" grinned Ginny. Alex' eyes shot open in surprise.

"Remus Lupin?" she asked. "He's my godfather! I only met him recently though," she said.

"Well he's definitely the best defence against the dark arts teacher we've ever had!" said Harry. "Let's see, after him we had 'mad eye' moody or Alastor Moody except he turned out to be Barty Crouch Junior. He sent me on a nice little trip to see Volemort," said Harry angrily.

"Then there was Delores Umbridge. She was an old hag. She worked for the ministry and ended up becoming headmistress. She taught us nothing at all. We only got to do theory stuff," said Ron in an outraged tone.

"Don't forget about the other best teacher we've ever had!," Daniel shot Ginny a puzzled look when she said this. "It was Harry. When Umbridge taught us nothing Hermione and Ron convinced Harry to take over. We learned more than we ever have last," said Ginny smiling at Harry. He turned red.

"Well after all those near death experiences he's bound to have learned a few things," said Alex as she looked proudly at her big brother.

They all continued talking about Hogwarts until Ron realised that it was getting late. They told Lily and James that they had to be getting back and everyone gathered in the living room to say goodbye.

As they were saying goodbye Alex reached out and pulled Harry in a gentle hug. "Mum and dad have been happier than ever lately! Thank you," she whispered into his ear. Harry could only stare at her. He gave Daniel a brotherly hug and went over to say goodbye to his parents.

"I don't expect we'll see you before you go of to Hogwarts. We'll be there at every quidditch match and to see Dumbledore sometimes though," said Lily, a little sadly.

"Thanks for coming over. It means a lot to us and the twins," said James. "I know it might've been hard for you,"

"No," interrupted Harry. "Thank you! I liked it," he smiled. Lily pulled him in for a bone crushing hug.

"Sorry, sorry!" she said, pulling away. "You all better get going now. We'll see you soon!" she continued. So one by one, they left through the floo was the last to go, but before he went, Daniel stopped him.

"Write to us?" he asked. Harry nodded and grinned.

"Definitely! And I'll see you on the train," he said brightly. Then without another word, he left.

As always, Harry did not enjoy the journey through floo. When he finally stepped out at the burrow he was so dizzy he almost fell over. Trying to ignore the sick feeling in the pit of his stomach, Harry walked overnto where the otherw were talking to Mrs Weasley. When Mrs Weasley saw Harry firat broke out into abcheery smile. "Hello, dear! The others tell me everything went well?" Harry nodded his head in reply.

"Yeah, really well actually," he answered.

"Well I'm glad to hear it! God knows you need a little happiness," she smiled, pulling him into a hug not unlike the one hi own mother had given him earlier. "So what are the twins like? Not another Fred and George I hope. For your sake anyway," she added. Harry laughed along with everyone else.

"No they're nothing like Fred and George. Alex is really vibrant and...loud. Plus she loves quidditch. Daniel is sort of shy but not if you're around him for a while. He's not a big fan of quidditch, but I'm going to change that," joked Harry.

"They're so Irish!" said Ron. Everyone stared at him. "What? I'm just saying. It's like having an extra two Seamus',"

Well that's chapter nine. I am soooo sooooo sorry for the long wait but I actually have a good excuse this time. I am co authoring an origional book with a friend of mine as you probably know, that takes a lot more time than fanfiction. We have a good idea and plot for the story. Everything's planned out and now we're doing the hardest part. Writing it!

Anyway, I really hope you guys liked this chapter. It took a really long time to write and it's the longest chapter in this story so far. I have figured out a way to write on fanfiction using my tablet which will make writing chapters a lot easier and they will be updates more quick now. Unfortunately it's a lot harder to type on my tablet.

I've been really happy recently because I found out I'm in the top ten for English in my country which is great! I'm really, really pleased and that's what inspired me to try an update this chapter faster!

I hope you all had a really happy christmas and a great new year! I'm sorry if there are anymistakes in this chapter, I'm not the best at typing on my tablet. PLEASE review! For me?

By the way, the Irish town in this story is completely made up! It means 'fort of lightening'. Don't believe google translate when it comes to Irish. It's never right! Trust me, I've gotten into trouble for using google translate and ending up writing about a completely different subject before. Anyway, rant over! :L

Bye!
