Nick heard the front door slam shut and immediately rushed to it "Talk to me, what's happened?" He asked in a panic as Zoe returned back. He still had no idea what had happened, Maisie wasnt saying a word to him.

"I can't believe she betrayed our trust like that" Zoe shook her head, storming past Nick into the front room.

"What did she do?" Nick frowned, following her closely behind, still confused an dunsure about what had gone on.

"He was all over her" Zoe told him, keeping her voice as low as she could so the other kids wouldn't hear "if I hadn't of walked in god knows what would of happened" She raged.

Nick shook his head in complete anger and disappointment "I knew she couldn't be trusted" He fumed "Maisie get in here right now" He shouted at the top of his voice.

Maisie cautiously walked in, sensing her parents anger. She edged over to the sofa and took a seat on the side, watching her parents angrily pace the room "I'm sorry" She mumbled apologetically.

"It's a bit late for that" Nick shouted in anger.

"how could you Maisie?" Zoe asked in disappointment, trying to contain her anger "We put all our trust in you, I thought you were a sensible girl" She shook her head in disbelief with it all.

"I didn't mean to" Maisie pleaded , a tear rolling down her face "it was only a kiss" She stressed.

"Well it wouldn't have been if I didn't walk in" Zoe added.

"I wouldn't have had sex" Maisie shouted, getting extremely annoyed "I'm not that stupid" She continued to shout "i don't even know why you're making a such a big deal out of nothing anyway" She mumbled under her breath.

"a big deal?" Nick shouted "you are 13 Maisie, you are still a child" He reminded her "You're not even legal to have sex for another 3 years" He raged, running a hand through his hair.

"it's only sex anyway, I could be doing worse things like drugs" She continued to shout back at them, tears rolling down her face.

"I can't believe I'm hearing this" Nick shook his head, pacing around the room.

"It's a very big deal" Zoe inputted "you could get pregnant or catch all kinds of diseases"

"Well you two have sex all the time" Maisie continued to cheek them back. She knew she was pushing all her dads wrong buttons right now, but she wanted to get her point across too. They were always so judgemntal with her and she hated it.

She had pulled a final straw with Nick now "give me your phone" He demanded, holding out his hand in anger.

"No you can't do that" Maisie protested, shaking her head at him as tears continued to stream down her face.

"Yes I can" Nick replied, keeping his hand out "now give me the phone" He demanded.

Maisie pulled the phone out of her pocket, slowly sliding it into her dads hand "I can't believe you're doing this" She huffed.

"You're not seeing that boy again" Nick sternly ordered.

"what?" Maisie cried, standing up "you can't do that" She sobbed.

"Watch me" Nick replied.

"I hate you" Maisie screamed, storming out the room and upstairs into her bedroom.

"leave her" Zoe stopped Nick from following after her "it can wait til morning" She advised him, knowing that it would only make matters worse now.

Nick sighed heavily, running his hand once again through his hair as he sunk back onto the sofa "Who knew teenage girls would be so much trouble?" He sighed, looking over at Zoe who had sat beside him.

"She'll grow out of it" Zoe replied, putting her hand on his lap as she wrapped her fingers in his "I cant believe how far she has taken it this time though" She sighed.

"Me neither" Nick replied "I don't know what to do with her" He shook his head.

"We will get through it" Zoe reassured him, squeezing his hand tighter "I hope Phoebe doesn't turn out like this"

"She'll be ten times worse if she takes after you" He joked, having to let out a slight chuckle as his comment seemed to relax the situation slightly.

Zoe playfully hit him on the arm, before resting her head onto his chest "Try not to worry about it too much" She told him, running her hand up and down his chest "I'm sure all teenage girls go through stages like this" She tried to reassure him. Well at least she hoped they did anyway, she wasnt sure how much more of this stress and worry Nick could take, it was slowly becoming one thing after another.

Nick sighed, soothingly running his hand through Zoe's hair as she looked up at him "let's hope so hey" He let out a half hearted smile "what was that about us having sex all the time though?" He raised an eyebrow as he remembered her comment mid argument.

Zoe began to chuckle "well she's clearly made that up" She laughed.

"clearly" He chuckled "maybe we should be more careful then, to set a better example" He suggested, thinking about it for a while.

"Nick" Zoe paused "stop blaming yourself" She told him "She knew it would grid your gears thats why she said it"

"well it's working" Nick pointed out the obvious.

"I'm as disappointed as you are, we just need to talk to her more" Zoe suggested as she reflected on the whole situation.

"I would not be able to do this without you" He said, leaning forward to place a kiss on her lips.

"good" Zoe mumbled, as she broke away "because I'm not going anywhere"

"about that massage?" Nick grinned, opening up her earlier suggestion.

"Can't set a bad example now Mr Jordan" Zoe chuckled, jokingly raising an eyebrow at him before settling back into his chest.
