Lilly walked into school and for once she felt better. She smiled thinking of Puck. She saw Puck walk by her and smiled. He was so handsome. He winked at her and she felt a blush rise on her cheeks. Puck made her feel different and she couldn't wait to see him. She smiled and turned back to her locker but froze when she felt the familiar breath on her neck.
"Hey cupcake." She swallowed and turned to look at Karofsky.
"Karofsky." She said trying to not show her fear but it was too obvious. She knew that.
"You haven't told anyone about us have you?" He whispered against her ear and she knew she was late too class now. Everyone was gone. She shook her head in fear.
"N-no, of course not." He smirked and she felt sick to her stomach.
"Good cause you know what will happen." He said smirking and she swallowed and nodded. He kissed her neck roughly before leaving and she ran to the bathroom sliding down against the wall as she pulled out her razor as sobs wrecked her body. She sliced the razor against her skin and watched as the blood fell. Once, twice.
"Lilly?" She looked up and saw Santana and Rachel. She went pale.
"Oh hey." She said wiping her tears trying to get rid of them but it was useless.
"Lilly… what have you done?" Rachel asked as her and Santana bent down next to me and tears started to fall even more as sobs started to wreck her body. She felt Rachel hug her as she heard Santana run off.
"I'm sorry." She sobbed and Rachel shook her head.
"Don't be, it's ok. Everything is going to be okay." Rachel said as tears fell down her face too. She couldn't believe what she had saw. She could feel the blood flowing more and more. She felt lightheaded.
The door opened and she saw Finn and Kurt staring at her.
"Lilly… oh god." Finn said coming over and running his hand through her hair softly.
"I'm s-sorry." She sobbed and Finn hugged her and she felt Kurt grab her hand
"Why didn't you tell me?" She could hear the tears in his voice and it broke her heart. How could she hurt him like this? She didn't want him to know.
"I didn't want to bother you. I'm so sorry." She cried before she felt her eyes drooping closed.
"Finn, we need to get her to a hospital." She could hear the tears in Rachel's voice as well and she couldn't hear anything else because it all went black.
Finn sat staring at Lilly. How could this happen? He should have seen that something was up with her instead of just ignoring her. It's all my fault, he thought.
"Hey." He looked up and saw Rachel stood there. He smiled weakly at her.
"Hey." He looked back to Lilly and sighed. She was beautiful, why did she do this to herself?
"Did you know?" Rachel asked and Finn looked at her shaking his head.
"No, I just cant believe she did this. Look at her, shes beautiful and amazing. She doesn't need to hurt herself like this." He said as he choked up and Rachel hugged him. Finn relaxed into her and she ran her hands through his hair.
"I know. We need to help her." Finn sighed.
"You don't have to." She shook her head and looked at him.
"No. I'm going to be here every step of the way ok?" He nodded and kissed her softly.
"You're the best." He whispered and she smiled slightly.
"I know."
Lilly stirred and opened her eyes. She saw white. Am I in Heaven? She shook her head and saw Finn sat in the corner.
"F-finn?" She asked weakly and she saw Finn look at her and breathe a sigh in relief and he ran over hugging her.
"Lilly. Oh my god, don't you ever scare that again. Do you know how heartbroken I was too see you like that?" He said as tears fell and she cried into his shoulder hugging him tightly.
"I'm so sorry. I just wanted it t-too end." She cried and Finn ran his hands through her hair.
"What too end?" She shook her head, turning away but Finn looked at her seriously. "What too end?" He repeated and she bit her lip.
"Karofsky." Finn went red and clenched his fist.
"What did he do?" She swallowed and shook her head. She couldn't tell him. He'd kill her. Finn grabbed her hand. "Lilly." He said sternly and Lilly looked down.
"I can't, he'll kill me." Finn shook his head and stroke his hand through her hair.
"No he wont. Just tell me." Lilly felt tears fall and looked at him.
"H-he raped me." Finn stood up and walked out.
"Finn!" She called after him but it was useless. He just kept walking out. She fell against the bed and cried.
Finn was livid. No he was devastated and he was going to kill Karofsky. How dare he hurt his little sister like that? HOW DARE HE. He had to walk out, he was going to be sick if he looked at her broken face anymore. His thoughts were forgotten when he bumped into someone and saw Puck.
"Puck?" He was confused, why was Puck here.
Puck smiled slightly. "Oh Hey Finn." He said tucking his hands into his pockets.
"What are you doing here?" I saw a weird look in his eyes but it went.
"Rachel called me. I'm so sorry, how you doing?" He asked and Finn sank to the floor, leaning against the wall as he began to sob. Puck sat next to him and wrapped his arm around him.
"I cant look at her without seeing her hardly conscious in that bathroom and now Karofsky fucking raped her and-"
"What? Karofsky raped her?" Puck asked as he filled with anger. He was going to kill him.
"Yeah. I just want to kill him, how dare he do that to her. Shes so little and shes so broken and I just want too help her, maybe its my fault shes like this? I should of being a better brother." Puck shook his head and looked at him.
"Dude you are an awesome big brother, don't doubt yourself. You just have to be there for her and keep an eye for her. She loves you dude." Puck said and Finn smiled softly.
"Thanks." Puck nodded and stood up.
"I'm gonna go talk to her ok?" Finn nodded and Puck left. Finn was confused, when did Lilly and Puck know each other? He shrugged and leant back against the wall.
There was a knock on the door and Lilly gulped.
"C-come in." She said and the door opened to reveal Puck. She bit her lip and looked at him.
"Hi.." He nodded and sat next to her. No one said anything.
"What have you done Lil?" He whispered looking at her bandaged arm and her eyes filled with tears.
"I don't know, I-I'm so sorry." Puck cradled her cheek with his hand and she leant into his touch. He sat on the edge of the bed, looking at her.
"Lil. You don't have to be sorry, we're going to get you help ok?" Lilly frowned.
"I don't need help." Puck raised an eyebrow.
"Lil, you do. But don't worry it'll help and we'll all be here to support you." Lilly shook her head.
"I can do it alone." Puck scoffed and held her hand.
"We're not going to leave you alone, we all love you." Lilly swallowed.
"W-what?" Puck realised what he said and smiled.
"I love you ok?" She smiled and he kissed her softly. She kissed him back softly.
"What on earth?" Lilly pulled back quickly and saw Rachel stood there with a shocked expression.
