A/N: This chapter is dedicated to the Fred and George Weasly Twins! They gave me motivation to update this! (hope you like it btw!)

I don't own anything!

The week after Amelia and Arthur began dating, they had gotten in trouble for kissing in school at least five times, and it was only Wednesday. The two had been more than happy, just like Ludwig and Feliciana.

"Hey Artie~" Amelia whispered to him.

"Yes?"

"After this class, let's ditch!"

Arthur chuckled quietly. "Okay, I'm in,"

The rest of the current class dragged by slowly. After it ended, Amelia had chemistry and Arthur had music. They met at the bathrooms five minutes after each class started, and as soon as they saw each other, they snuck out to an exit. No one would notice their absence, none of the teachers really cared enough.

The duo decided to go out for ice cream together. When they reached their favorite place, Arthur noticed something peculiar.

"Hey Amelia, where was Maddie today?"

"Huh? Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure she was absent... I could've sworn she was here..."

"What about Gilbert?"

"I don't really hang with him much, but he's in my homeroom. He was absent too."

"I think they're right there," Arthur pointed to two teenagers sitting at the counter inside the ice cream parlor.

"No way, really?"

"Yeah, look."

Amelia peeked through the window. "That is SO them!" she let out a laugh. "Let's go join them!"

Before Arthur could respond, she dragged him inside.

"Hey guys!" she called. Maddie and Gilbert both turned around. Their faces had quite the expression of shock on them.

"Hello..." Arthur said once he caught his breath.

"H-hi..." Maddie said softly.

"What are you guys doing here?" Gilbert asked, amused.

"We ditched! What are you guys doing here?" Amelia asked.

"Uh..." Maddie blushed darkly and Gilbert scratched the back of his head. "Just... hanging out?" he tried.

"Oh that's cool!" Amelia said. "Mind if we join you?"

"Uh..sure." Maddie answered.

"Sweet!" Amelia exclaimed.

"Um, Amelia, maybe we should leave them alone." Arthur said.

"But..!" Amelia pouted cutely.

"Come on, we'll go somewhere else. Give them their privacy." Arthur said. Gilbert gave him a quick 'thanks bro' nod as he dragged Amelia out.

"That was a close one, Mads," Gilbert said, after they had left. "They almost found out."

Gilbert and Maddie had been dating for a while, but they had kept it secret. Gilbert didn't want his friends to know, because it would "destroy his ego as a player". Maddie didn't want Francis and Amelia to know, because she didn't like all the attention. It worked out.

"Yeah, it was..." she said softer than ever.

"Anything wrong?"

"Gil, I think we should tell them."

"Why?! Our plan works out perfectly!"

"But... To be honest, I hate seeing you flirt with those other girls just to keep up your reputation..."

"Are you saying you're jealous?" Gilbert had to hold back his laughs.

"I don't know, maybe?" she blushed.

"Maddie, that's ridiculous!"

"No, what's ridiculous is that you are about to lose your 'girlfriend' because you don't know how to keep her happy!"

Gilbert was silent. "You're... not happy...?"

Madeline flushed dark red. "Gil, I... I love you... I get jealous because I love you and hate seeing you feel up all those other girls. But you don't even care to notice how I feel until we're alone!" she burst into tears and ran from the parlor, leaving Gilbert crushed.

He paid the bill for their ice creams and left, wondering why his chest hurt so bad. He didn't love Maddie, did he? He never fell in love, he was Gilbert! But for some reason, his chest felt heavy once she had stormed out, cheeks drenched in tears.

A/N: Aww, sad. But don't worry it's going to get better~ I hope you guys like PruCan!

Does anyone out there get a feeling when they're reading a fanfiction and you so badly want to control what happens but you can't and when something doesn't go the way you want it, you find yourself imagining it did? I do that all the time...

Haha, okay, please leave a review! Bye~!
