Chapter 5: The Explanation
They were all sitting in the conference room waiting for an explanation. Booth was start get annoyed of all the waiting. "Okay what is taking them so fucking long?" Booth ask angrily.
"You have to be patient because the information we are about to tell is touchy, and look here they come so you stop your complaining," Korsake said getting iratted at the FBI agent.
"Hay guys, sorry to keep you waiting for so long." Maura said while holding on to Jane. Which Jane didn't mind.
"OK the information we are about to tell you stays in this room." Jane says.
"Why?" Booth ask.
"Well, because this case deal with some really bad people." Jane explain.
"Okay, lets just get started." Booth complain starting to get a little irritated.
"Alright then. Well the victim is Amber Doyle and she is the mother of Patrick aka Paddy Doyle. One of Boston biggest Irish mafia bosses." Jane said not really wanting to tell them about Maura unless they really have could. Maura since how nervous Jane was so she squizz Jane hand and whisper "that everything is okay and she could tell them about her connections with the victim." "That is not all. Maura is Paddy biological father which mean that Amber Doyle was Maura biological grandmother. Which also means they can come after her next. Which mean she is in danger." Jane explain.
"So you are telling us that we are dealing with the Mafia and one of all happens be related?" Booth ask making shore he herd everything correctly.
"Yes." Jane said irritated, not liking how Booth is talking about Maura."
"If Maura is related to this guy, how come she is working for the police department, I mean she must have a record." Booth says not really liking that a person related to mafia boss is working with them.
After Jane herd what Booth said she was about ready to kill him but Maura held her back and calm her down and told him the truth about her connection. "Its because I didn't now that he was my father until a case reveal that the victim was my half brother. I was adopted by Isles when I was a baby and my adoption was sealed. I still don't now who is my biological mother is because he want tell me saying it is for my own good." Maura telling showing a little anger in her voice, but glad she got Jane to calm down before she went in protective mode.
"Sorry I didn't mean to say that I just never dealt with a person as dangerous as Paddy Doyle and I'm worry about Bones and are unborn child safety. I'm really sorry. Wait I remember Bones mention something about you being adopted and that you just finding out about your real father and that you wouldn't tell who he is while she was telling me abut you and how you now each other. Please forgive me." Booth said with sadness in his voice.
"I forgive you." Maura said glad she got that handle without any blood shed. Jane was just standing there and watching them interact still mad at Booth for what he said about Maura. No one does that to Maura
"So that is why you didn't go into detail about your father. While and I thought my dad was bad after he killed the director of the FBI." Brennan said.
"Yeah that is why." Maura said with a little laugh in her tone.
"Now that we got that settle lets figure out what we should now." Korsake pitching in. while looking over to Jane and Maura as he watch her calm Jane down.
"Yeah and we need to keep an I on Dr. Isles and make sure she and her unborn child is safe, or we all going to be in trouble with Jane and I like to stay alive." Frost said after being quite for the whole thing. Jane heard what he said and smirk because she new that it was true.
"Well Maura said that Booth and me can stay in her guest house while we are hear, so tonight we can keep an eye on her, and besides I like to get to now Jane better." Brennan said. She was curious about the detective. She figure that there something about the detective that she is not getting.
"Ok than well that is fine with me if as long as Booth keeps his remarks like earlier to himself." Jane said.
"Will do." Booth said.
"OK well lets all go home and come back in the morning when we have a nice long rest, and that is an order for everyone." Korsake said.
No one argue and left the conference room and headed to the house.

AN: That is all for now hope you like. Next chapter is going to be about Jane Maura Booth and Brennan getting to now each other. There is going to be secret to be told. Jane is going to confess about her condition and talk about Hoyt. Maura will talk about both of her family and what she think about them. Brennan will talk about her family and how she found out her mom died. Booth will talk about his father and how abusive he was to his mother, brother, and himself.
