A Hundred of Her Memories

62 – Cold

Xion's limbs were like lead, weighing her down. Slowly, she sunk into the deep snow, loosing consciousness.

She couldn't feel anything except slight prickling all over her body. The cold was literally eating at her bones…

…wait, she wasn't cold. Sorta…warm.

Axel found Xion lying way off of the path, buried in the newly fallen snow. He picked her up carefully. She was freezing. Axel enveloped her small form, sharing his heightened body-heat.

"…'m cold…" she whispered hoarsely.

Axel sighed in relief. She was awake. As long as it stayed that way, she would be okay.

"I'll keep you warm, just hold on."

Well, my birthday is this Saturday, so I'm going to try treating you guys before taking a break for myself. ^_^ Hope you enjoy this!
