"You can't do this, Isabella. You're taking it too far." She implored, she pleaded, she begged.

I laughed. I cackled. I might have even guffawed.

"Taking it too far? How is that even possible? How can you even begin to say that?!" I screamed, my heart rending apart yet again. "Do you not remember what he did to us, Bella?"

"Of course I do! I just think that maybe...maybe we're just..I dunno, Isabella. I just don't think we should do this!"

"And why not, Bella? Why can't I? What, pray tell, is to stop me now?"
