-Kota's POV-

I walked with Sang over to Nathan's house. We spent the rest of the afternoon doing the English assignment. Every once in a while Sang would ask about something about the museum. Would there be dinosaurs? Art? Local history? I was excited to see her so interested, especially since I always enjoy going to the museum. Sometimes I can get the guys to go to a lecture with me, but for the most part they tend to stay away. Luke and Gabe went with me once and took over the kid section to design their own dinosaur. The docent eventually had to ask us to leave the exhibit.

We got to Nathan's just as he was putting a frozen pizza into the oven. "I didn't want you to have to cook for us tonight Peanut".

"Thanks Honey, but I don't mind cooking. It's nice to do something useful sometimes". I don't think she realizes how important she is to us yet. Hopefully we can show her soon. "I am going to put my stuff away and get changed". And with that Sang skipped off down the hall.

"So I saw that you asked her out, and you are going tomorrow". Apparently he was just jumping right in to it.

"Yeah, I asked her to the museum and thought it would be better to go on a weekend day instead of rushing after school."

"I am going to ask her to go hiking, which would also be better for a weekend day. I was going to see if she wanted to go tomorrow, but you beat me to it." Nathan didn't even try to hide his annoyance.

I glanced around to make sure Sang didn't come back yet. I whispered back to him. "You can ask her for next weekend. I know we are all excited about this; we are probably going to overwhelm her by trying to get all of our first dates in one right after the other. I wish I could tell everyone to try to spread it out more, but I am pretty sure they would all rebel and ignore me anyway. I am sorry if you wanted to ask her for tomorrow, but we aren't going until after lunch, so you can hang out with her in the morning."

"O great, time with my Peanut and you. How romantic."

"Watch it Nathan. There was a time, not very long ago that we enjoyed hanging out together and we even sought each other's company when Academy things became overwhelming. We used to be best friends. I didn't realize that had changed, but maybe I missed something." I almost regretted snapping at him, but enough was enough. I saw him wince and knew that I hit home.

"Sorry Kota. I do still consider you my best friend, I am just so unsure about this. If this is what Sang wants, I want it to work, I really do. But I just don't know if it can."

"I know Nate, I think we all feel that way. It will work though, because we want it to, because it has to. None of us can imagine a life without her, and none of us can imagine losing a brother, so we will do everything we can to make sure she stays with all of us. Plus, I don't think she would go this far along with this if she wasn't sure it was what she wanted."

I heard the bathroom door open and knew Sang would be coming in soon. Nathan seemed to catch it too, because he turned around to check on the pizza, ending our conversation.

-Sang's POV-

I had changed into a pair of black yoga pants and a bright pink stretchy top. Today was turning out to be a great day. I was trying to think what I would have done if someone had asked me a few months ago what I would do if nine guys were going to ask me out at the same time, and that I would be able to say yes to all of them. I am pretty sure I would have laughed and then the panic would have set in that my moth…step mother would be listening and decide to punish me for even thinking about it. I definitely would never guess that I would be saying yes to all of them and would be so excited about it. So far I have a date with Luke and Kota. I know the other guys are going to ask me, and Mr. Blackbourne asked me to wait for them to ask me in their own way, but I was getting excited to see how they would do it and where they would want to go. How were they deciding who would ask me? Once I realized that Mr. Blackbourne had texted everyone I thought for sure my phone would be ringing or all the guys would show up wherever I was. But it seemed like they were taking turns.

I walked into the kitchen and saw Kota typing into his phone and Nathan taking the pizza out of the oven. "Dinner is served Peanut!"

I giggled and walked over to Nathan. I do spend most of my time with Nathan, so I feel a little more comfortable with him. I walked right up and put my arms around him. He wrapped my up and kissed the top of my head. "What do you want to do after dinner? I think it is too cold to swim, but we can watch a movie, play a game, whatever you want."

I looked over at Kota. "What do you want to do Kota?"

He picked his head up to look at me. He looked shocked that I would ask him. "Well, I have a few things to do after we eat; I should actually take a piece of pizza with me and eat it on the way back to my house. I will be back later tonight though." I didn't know he was going to leave. I didn't mind being with Nathan though, he would be on his own tomorrow when I go with Kota to the museum after all.

"Ok. Then maybe we can watch a movie?" I know Nathan is always up for a movie. Kota stood up and grabbed a piece of pizza, kissed me on the head and walked out.

"Sure Peanut. Let's bring this in the living room and pick out a movie."

I settled onto the couch and Nathan put the pizza and some plates on the coffee table. "Sang, can I talk to you before we start the movie?"

"Of course Honey, is something wrong?" He never needs to ask me to talk to him, none of the guys do. Did that mean something was wrong? Did Kota leave because he had to go fix something or someone was hurt?

"Calm down Peanut, it isn't anything bad. I just wanted to ask you a few things before we start relaxing." Is he going to ask me out now? I have only had two people ask me out in my whole life, but this is not exactly how I imagined Nathan doing it. He made it seem so serious. "I am not sure how to ask this, so I will just go right into it. I know that Luke and Kota asked you out today, and I know you said yes. Can you tell me why?"
