Ok, wow, if you're reading this and have been waiting for a new chapter this whole time – THANK YOU for your patience. If you're just new to Batman: The Lost Daughter, welcome to the show.
I'd like to explain (if I can) my absence from the writing world all this time. Nothing dramatic happened to me (unless you call love dramatic that is) and I'm not dead lol.
I met my (now) husband and as it is with new love a SUBSTANTIAL amount of my time was spent with him… or thinking about him… or calling him… well, you get it. And after that we've had a whirlwind time. Some ups and downs, when I've always gone back to writing, but never really seemed to have the time to give it my dedication like I could when I was a young, single, university drop out.
In these past 4 years or so I've been blessed with my now 6 month old baby boy, and he really is the light of my life. Being off from work until August I find myself curiously with a few spare minutes of a day, (and that's about it!) and a desire to get back into writing.
I'm not promising a lot will be published, or even what I'll write about, but I CAN promise that this story will be updated in its entirety – and marked 'COMPLETE'. Not only that, but the first few chapters of the sequel will be up in the next few weeks.
Again, I thank you all for your patience, and for those of you who have reviewed, thank you for your kind words on the story, you have no idea how much it has pushed me into getting back into the writing world.
