Silas pulled into a half empty parking lot. I looked around, noting that we were in front of one story white warehouse. The only thing that stood out on the building was a large orange and blue sign that said SkyZone. The windows were too dark to see anything, but I squinted, trying to see through them anyway. I was too busy staring at the windows to notice that Silas had already moved around the car to open my door. "It's more fun inside Aggele."

I slipped out of the car and smiled up at Silas. I am sure I looked ridiculous staring at the building like that, but it was not what I imagined. "It's in a warehouse?"

Silas smiled and reached for my hand. "Yup. I think whatever it was originally built for closed and the building was just sitting empty. Wait til you see inside, I'm sure it's not what you're thinking."

We walked inside and Silas was right. There was a long counter across from the door and two people in orange shirts standing behind it. Silas walked right up to the counter and I followed. To the right of the counter was a small seating area with tables and chairs, small lockers and cubbies. There were stairs in each corner that area, leading up to a raised platform. I couldn't see too much past that, there were nets breaking up the space off the platform and I could see some people jumping around. I was craning my neck, standing on my tip toes trying to get a better look when I felt Silas walk by. I quickly turned to see where he was going, he walked up to a row of computers that were back by the entrance. Did he need to check an email or something? Was now the time to do that? When I walked up next to him, I saw him typing in my name.

"Are you sending an email?"

Silas continued to type, he was adding in an unfamiliar address and clicking through other screens. He didn't take his eyes off the screen but he shook his head. "You have to fill out and sign a waiver before we can start jumping. I already have one on file, but you're a newbie." He smiled as he continued to click.

Finally we walked back up to the counter, where two pairs of orange socks were waiting for us. One of the attendants was staring at another computer, clicking with the mouse. "You're all set. Only these socks are permitted on the trampolines, you can leave your shoes in the cubbies or a locker. You signed up for a two hour session. Enjoy!"

Silas grabbed the socks and we headed over to the tables. I'm sure Gabriel would have something to say about the socks, but they were orange, so maybe he would actually like them. I was smiling to myself as I thought about his reaction. "What are you smiling about Aggele?"

I looked up to see Silas staring at me and smiling. "I was imagining Gabriel's reaction if he saw these socks." Silas tipped his head back and laughed.

"Every time we come here he has something to say about them. He has even told the people at the counter that he could find something more suitable for them. I think the only nice thing he has ever said about them is that they are orange." That made me smile. I liked the feeling that I knew my guys so well.

We walked up the stairs, and that's when I got the first glimpse of all of the trampolines. There was a large section that had to have 30 different squares of trampolines on the floor, separated by blue pads. The walls had large sections of trampolines too. Could you bounce off the walls too? There were two people jumping around, bouncing from trampoline to trampoline. Silas walked past the opening for that section and I saw a giant hole filled with small square foam blocks. This must be the foam pit. In front of the pit were squares of trampolines. This section was empty.

"Let's start here." Silas wrapped his arm around my waist and practically swung me on to a trampoline with him. With the extra jump that he did right before he pulled me with him we were pretty high up on the first jump. I was giggling and Silas was grinning. All of a sudden he gripped my waist tighter and with the next jump he moved to the side and we were in the air over the foam blocks. I didn't have a lot of time to figure out what was happening before we crashed in the pit. I sunk down all the way to my waist, Silas seemed to have gone down even further. We were almost in the middle of the pit. I tried to move to the edge, but I couldn't move. I grabbed for a block in front of me, hoping I could start to slowly pull myself forward, but the block just moved as soon as I grabbed it. I tried pushing off with my feet, but they just sunk back down. I looked over at Silas and he was slowly making his way to the edge.

"How are you doing that?"

He looked back at me and stopped moving. "Just push through, like you are swimming through glue." What? That didn't make any sense.

I pushed my legs in front of me, then wiggled my butt to move myself forward so I was standing straight again. I think I moved about 5 inches. I managed to do that a few more times when I saw Silas already pulling himself up on to the trampoline's edge. The jeans he had changed in to were pulled down a little, showing the top of his blue boxers. I found myself imagining the boxers falling down too and felt my cheeks heat up. He turned around, pulled up his jeans and looked down at me. "Are you coming?" I smiled, grateful he didn't question why I was all of a sudden beet red.

"I'm working on it." I did my shimmy forward and was about to do it again when I heard him laughing. I looked up to see him lying on his stomach, arms propped up on his elbows and his head in his hands. "What was that Aggele?"

"I'm swimming through glue, obviously." I knew it didn't look graceful, but at least I was moving.

"That's not how you would swim through glue Sang, but it's super cute watching you do that wiggle." He smiled at me. I did another shimmy forward and I was close enough that he could reach his hand out to grab mine. He pulled me forward and I knew my shorts were sliding down my hips. I used my free hand to reach down and hold on to them. It seemed like he lifted me out of the pit without any effort. I was still holding up my shorts when he steadied me on the trampoline. He looked at my hand holding up my shorts and smiled. "Yeah, that's the down side of the pit. Nate totally lost his shorts one time." I giggled at the story, but could feel myself blushing at the idea. I had seen Nathan's butt before so I could imagine it perfectly coming out of the pit without shorts.

"Can we try out that other section?" I didn't want to get stuck in the pit again.

We spent the next hour bouncing and jumping. We would race across the sections then bounce off the walls at the other end. Racing across trampolines was hard. As soon as my foot touched down on a section I would bounce off, I had to time it right so I could bounce over the padded separators. Silas always won, his strides were longer and he could get a bigger bounce. By the third race I figured out a system and almost beat him though.

I was jumping around in circles, enjoying the freedom, when I saw Silas get a running start towards the one edge. He started running on the padding, then took one step into the row of trampolines. He bounced on three trampolines before he was a step away from the wall. Instead of bouncing off the wall, like we did before, he pushed his leg up after the last bounce and kicked it into the wall. His other foot shot off the wall trampoline and he kicked his feet over his head and flipped in the air. He landed down on his feet, bouncing a little has he did.

When he looked over to see me watching him he crooked his finger at me, calling me to come closer to him. I bounced over towards him. "That was amazing! Can I do that?" Silas laughed. "I don't know if you are ready for that exactly, but we can do some flips on the floor trampolines."

It took a few tries but I was able to flip completely over and land on my feet. Silas was sitting on the trampoline next to mine, and leaned forward to clap as I threw my hands up in a ta-da move. I fell down to my knees right next to him, laughing as I did.

"This was amazing Silas. Thank you for bringing me." Silas quickly brought his arms around my waist and pulled me in closer to him.

"It was my pleasure Aggele. Thank you for coming with me." He crushed his lips against mine and a moan escaped with the shock.

"Hey!" I was startled by the shout and I pulled away from Silas. We both turned our heads to look at an employee staring at us. His eyebrows were raised and his hands were on his hips. "Do you really think this is the place to do that?" Silas stood up in one quick movement, sliding his hand to hold mine as I stood up.

"No sir, sorry."

The older man moved down the platform and left Silas and me alone. Silas smiled at me, kissing my forehead and then bouncing across the trampolines to the exit. "Come on Sang. One last jump in the foam pit before we go!"
