Bella's Pov (present day)

"Stop!" I yelled in terror; Edward was fighting the strength of my father but even I knew it was useless.

I struggled with the hold Rebekah held on me, "Please leave our son be" Esme cried, Carlisle was breathing hardly against Elijah.

A bang made me scream, Klaus had Edward pinned to the wall, "Don't hurt him, Please I beg you" I cried to him, my father chose to ignore me.

"Trust us Isabella we know what where doing" Rebekah whispered in my ear; "and what exactly is that!" Carlisle raised his voice.

I heard my father chuckle he let Edward go and looked at Carlisle not caring Edward was behind him at all, "you know what we want Carlisle; you did take it away from us 400 years ago" Edward, Esme and I looked at Carlisle, "what does he want back Carlisle?" Esme asked him relieved her son wasn't going to die.

Carlisle swallowed, "you can't have it" he ignored Esme's question and looked straight into the eyes of my father.

Klaus put up a wicked smile that looked murderous, "Edward" he directed all his attention to him, "how much do you love my daughter?" Edward looked at me and I looked back at him, "with every ounce I have" he replied honestly, I smiled.
