Chapter 20
It was time. She'd fought against it for so long, but it was of no use. She found herself obsessing over it, changing things in the dead of night, feeding her misconceptions, worrying if he'd notice. She had been raised a different way, to each their own, but the truth was that sharing everything with Harry was a step she needed to take in their life together.
She asked silently for her parents' forgiveness, surely many miles away where they lived her mother's tooth would hurt and her father's gum would bleed, but this was her life, and sometimes what you're taught isn't the way you should live.
"Harry?"
"Yes dear?"
"Let's put our toothbrushes in the same cup!"
