Hey guys! This is one of the shortest reasons we've posted in a while. Still, we think it's self explanatory. BTW, if you did not read the note from last chapter, I will clarify now that it was not exactly following the timeline so we jump back on time.

If any of you still have ideas for this fic, now's your chance since we are coming close to the end.

Enjoy

40- I'm afraid of giant eagles

I have no problems with pigeons, lovebirds or roosters, heck, I even had a parrot once! But have you seen the size of these beasts? They're huge! I mean seriously these things are bigger than a school bus! And have you seen their claws, and the beak? Those things could rip my head off faster than you could say Thorondor, which is the name of the King of the eagles. Yeah I know what you are all thinking right now, but hey, even if you don't want to, you learn things when you are stuck in the back of the conversation since no one wants to listen about the time you got the best deal on shoes and all you hear for months is the events and history of this retched place.

I know no one in the story really gets to ride them except Gandalf when he rescues Frodo and Sam, but I was terrified when we were in the Battle before the Black Gate and those things came swooping down. They were after the enemy, but what if they mistook me for one? Or what if they had bad aim and sunk their sword like talons in me? I actually cowered once and threw myself to the floor when one of those things came down. It was very pathetic of me since I pulled a man on top of me to use him as a human shield. The poor guy was red as cherry and for a moment I had to fight to defend him while he regained his senses. Honestly, these men and their overly sense of honor! I was only trying to use him as a shield, not get laid by him! We were in the middle of the bloody dam war of our lives for Heaven's sake!

Again, if any of you would like to suggest an idea for us, now is your chance since we are coming close to the end of this fic :)
