On to the story now
"I would like to request a mission to Whirlpool to recover my family heirlooms". Naruto requested from the Hokage.
"Hmm, you know that can be considered a S-rank mission Naruto because of what the clan was famous for." The Hokage said thoughtfully.
"Yes I know Jiji and I'm willing to pay the price for it, please can I go"? Naruto pleaded with the Hokage.
"I will have to draw up the paperwork, so give me an hour or so." The Hokage said to Naruto.
"Thank you Jiji, see you in a few hours." Naruto said before walking out of the office.
Naruto walked outside and went to Ichiraku's Ramen, "What will it be today Naruto" the Ramen chef asked Naruto.
"Give me two beef ramen and one chicken" Naruto decided.
"Coming right up" said the chef.
Naruto was eating his ramen slowly (for once) when Jasmine sat down next to him, "Hey Naruto how are you doing" she questioned him.
"Hey Jasmine I'm doing well" Naruto said with a smile.
"That's good to hear, what to go out to dinner later?" Jasmine asked Naruto with a blush.
"I'm sorry Jasmine but I'm going on a mission to recover family heirlooms tonight and won't be back for at least a week" Naruto said with a bit of regret.
"Can I come" Jasmine asked with hope in her voice.
"It's going to be dangerous and I don't want you hurt, so I want you to stay here" Naruto told Jasmine with a sad tone.
"Oh, can I at least see some of the stuff you bring back?" Jasmine begged.
"Sure you can, I was planning on showing you it anyways" Naruto said with a smile.
"Great, I'll see you when you get back" Jasmine told Naruto with a smile before walking away.
Naruto made his way back towards the office of the Hokage, he entered the office and saw the Hokage talking to an older man with gray hair with a headband with the Kanji for Oil on it, and a large scroll on his back.
"Ah Naruto I was waiting for you, your mission scroll is all drawn up and this is Jiraiya he will be accompanying you to Whirlpool" the Hokage said with a kind smile.
"Jiraiya as in the toad sage Also the teacher of Minato Namikaze?" Naruto asked the Hokage in excitement.
"Yes that's him" the Hokage informed him with a chuckle.
"Here's the money for the mission" Naruto told the Hokage as he sat 10,000 Ryo on the desk.
"Let's be off" Jiraiya said to Naruto before leading him out of the office and to the gate.
Now where with Naruto and Jiraiya as they walk back toward wave country. "Whirlpool is in wave?" Naruto asked Jiraiya.
"Yes it is" Jiraiya replied to Naruto.
"Damn if I knew that I could have went there before we returned to the village." Naruto said while feeling a little dumb.
Jiraiya just laughed and kept walking, a few hours of that led to boredom. "So do you know the Rasengan yet brat" Jiraiya questioned Naruto.
"I've known that for years" was Naruto's reply.
"Hn Grunted Jiraiya" before speeding up.
After walking a few more hours they set camp for the night.
"I'll take first watch" Jiraiya told Naruto.
"Ok" Naruto agreed before going to sleep.
A few hours later Jiraiya woke Naruto and told him "It's your watch", before he went to sleep.
Naruto checked his watch and saw it was 1:00 am, before he leaned against a tree to look out.
Three hours into his watch Naruto heard a twig snapping, which put him on alert. He stealthily moved around and spotter a dark clothed individual approaching.
Naruto quickly entered the tent and alerted Jiraiya to the intruder.
"Stay here" Jiraiya ordered Naruto.
Jiraiya was having a good dream before he was awoken by Naruto and warned.
Jiraiya quickly and quietly made his way towards the person before asking, "What are you looking for"
The intruder lashed out at Jiraiya with a kunai they had in there hand, Jiraiya quickly avoided the kunai and knocked the person out.
After tying the intruder up Jiraiya returned to Naruto, only to see three more people attacking him and a body bleeding out on the ground. He quickly dropped the prisoner and jumped in to help Naruto.
With Jiraiya in the fight the three were easily dispatched.
With the fighting out of the way Jiraiya recognized that the men were from Iwa, so he slapped the prisoner awake and questioned him.
"Why are you attacking us in our territory" was the first question.
"…"
"Who sent you" Jiraiya asked as he back handed the prisoner.
"…"
"Don't make me start cutting your fingers off" Jiraiya threatened.
"a-Alright I'll talk" the prisoner coughed.
"Who sent you" Jiraiya repeated.
"The Tsuchikage" The prisoner managed to cough out.
"Why were you sent after us" Jiraiya growled at him.
"w-We were to kill the Namikaze brat" the prisoner said with a little fear in his voice.
"That's all I need to know" Jiraiya said before breaking the prisoners neck.
Jiraiya quickly wrote a message in a scroll and went through some hand signs, "Kuchiyose no Jutsu" and with a puff of smoke a small toad appeared. "Take this to the Hokage" Jiraiya said to the toad after attaching the scroll.
"We need to get moving, this area is compromised" Jiraiya said before packing the tent up.
And so with that they were off again, they traveled another day and thankfully did not encounter any more enemy ninja.
They had to cut through wave, and Naruto found out that the bridge was named after him, and a big surprise was that Tazuna was now the mayor of Wave.
Whirlpool turned out to be three hours south of Wave, go figure. When the neared the village Jiraiya stopped Naruto at a large stone mural on the ground with the Uzumaki clan symbol, "You need to drip a little blood and channel some chakra to the seal" Jiraiya informed Naruto.
As Naruto channeled chakra there was a loud rumbling and a set of stairs appeared, it led down to a large welcoming hall.
"Wow" Naruto breathed. What made Naruto say wow was that all of the tapestries were beautifully made and inlaid with gold and silver, a little deeper into the hall the family tree was found, it had many lines and names crossing all over the place. There were quite a few distant cousins of his alive, seeing this made Naruto even more desperate to summon his clan. Naruto made his way to the vault entrance where he saw a blood and chakra seal.
He quickly smeared a little blood and flared his chakra, causing the vault to creak open. What Naruto's eyes were drawn to first was a small scroll sitting on a pedestal in the center of the vault. He walked over and opened it, it read as the following:
Dear Uzumaki reader, if your reading this then our once mighty clan has fallen and you are the last main line Uzumaki, if you can go to Konoho where you can find my daughter Uzumaki Kushina and summon the clan to Konoho where they can be reinstated into the life and career as an Uzumaki.
My last act as clan head is to appoint you as the new one and to leave all money and Jutsu scrolls from the vault to you, you must use the great clan summoning Jutsu from the scroll marked forbidden.

Uzumaki Kazu
After reading the scroll Naruto summoned twenty Kage Bunshin and had them start sealing scrolls into the large scroll that was provided to them from the last clan head. He found the forbidden scroll and quickly fount the hand signs for the great clan summoning Jutsu.

And with the Jutsu done a huge wave of chakra was given off at a unique frequency that only uzumakis can detect, and it attached to him.
Naruto ascended the stairs to see Jiraiya waiting for him, "What took so long brat" Jiraiya questioned him.
"Collected family Jutsu and money" was the easy reply from Naruto.
"Alright back to Konoho" Jiraiya happily said.
And so they took the trip back to Konoho, and they were glad no more ninja were attacking them. When they arrived back Naruto had a meeting with the Hokage requesting land for a clan compound.
After agreeing on a price to purchase the land for the compound Naruto went to the area and saw a small shack, it was empty inside. Naruto sat and opened the Whirlpool forbidden scroll and found an interesting Jutsu,
Bloodline Unlocking Jutsu:
'Puts user into a medical induced sleep for three hours and finds any hidden bloodlines and family ties.'
"Hmm" Naruto hummed. Naruto performed the Jutsu and dropped to the floor too sleep for a few hours.
When Naruto awoke he was in a place with dripping pipes and a damp atmosphere, he was scared a bit as he walked around until he came upon a large metal gate with a large beast behind it with red menacing eyes.
So The Jailer Finally Visits. A voice said from behind the gate.
Come Back another Time. The voice continued.
With that Naruto awoke in a cold sweat. Only to notice the scroll was glowing, there was a message added below the Jutsu he just did:
So you did the Jutsu? Congratulations I knew someone else would have Mokuton welcome to the family Namikaze-Senju-Uzumaki Naruto.
With that a scroll popped out of a hidden seal that was revealed after Naruto finished reading the message, it read Moukon Jutsu for Idiots By: Senju Hashirama

Naruto spotted a good one to use to start a compound, he went through the hand seals 'Snake, Rat, Ox, Ram, Snake' Mokuton: Shichūka no Jutsu (Wood Style: Four Pillar House Jutsu) and slammed his hands onto the ground while pushing a large amount of chakra out, when he ended the technique there was a large wooden wall around his land stretching thirteen feet up in the air.
When Naruto had the walls up he demolished the wooden shack, and created a house for himself it was two stories tall and was built with roman style pillars supporting the front porch.
Naruto unsealed a money scroll and got 300,000 Ryo out to go shop with; he went out to the village and found a home décor store where he bought a bed and some curtains for his home, he then went to the market and purchased food to eat, He sealed them in a storage scroll and flashed back to his home in his compound.
By time Naruto put the food away and set up his bedroom and hung the curtains it was late, so he retired for the night.
Unknown to Naruto there was a group of read heads on their way towards Konoho seeking there clan head.
The group of 50 read heads were stopped at the gate and when their names were asked, the replied that they were the Uzumaki clan coming to seek sanctuary with their clan head. The gate guards could only think of one Uzumaki in the village and asked. "Are you looking for Uzumaki Naruto?"
"If that's the clan head then yes" the leader of the group replied.
The group was told to visit the Hokage to request citizenship, when they arrived at the office he looked shocked to see them.
"So there were survivors after all" the Hokage said to the leader of the group.
"Yes there were, were only the first to arrive" the group leader Uzumaki Jahni replied.
The group was given directions to reach the compound, when they saw there was only one house they sweat dropped.
Jahni knocked on the door, and waited for a few moments before the door was opened by a young blond kid. "What do you want" Naruto asked.
"Were looking for a Uzumaki Naruto" Jahni told him.
"Look no farther" Naruto said with a grin. "What can I do for you?"
"Your our clan head" a redhead in the back shouted with resentment. "How the hell are we supposed to take orders from a kid, he looks as if his balls haven't dropped yet?"
"Don't make me show you why you shouldn't disrespect me" Naruto growled before pulling a three pronged kunai out.
"Ha-ha, as if you could possibly know the…" the man stopped talking abruptly as the kunai was released.
Hiraishin no Jutsu Naruto stated as he appeared behind the guy catching the kunai and re-holstering it. "So, I better get you guys some houses" he said before repeating the Mokuton: Renchūka no Jutsu (Wood Style: Row Houses Jutsu) he sent a large amount of chakra out again causing three large barrack like buildings to appear.
"Enjoy I'm going back to bed" Naruto said before slamming the door.
"Did h-he just do what I think he did" a random Uzumaki asked, getting nods all around.
"Well now I know not to mess with him" the guy from earlier said before going in the barracks and seeing wooden cots, "good thing we brought bed rolls" he said while unsealing it at placing it on the cot.
The next morning Naruto met with Jahni, and asked where they came from. He heard they came from kirigakure where a war is raging about bloodline users. And when Naruto was told that some of his family was still there fighting, he rushed to the Hokage to request permission to go aid his family.
Naruto's permission was granted; he set out with Jahni leading the way. Naruto had a few sealing scrolls with supplies strapped onto his belt and vest, in one he had a bunch of his Hiraishin Kunai, in another there was two hundred explosive tags, thirty Fuuma shuriken, and 300 regular Kunai with 200 six point shuriken. His other scroll had food and water to last a few weeks.
The trip to Kiri took one week; luckily no one was looking for them at the time, when they got to Kiri Jahni led Naruto through a mist filled field and behind a waterfall to meet with the rebellion leaders and the remaining Uzumaki. There turned out to be close to a hundred remaining Uzumaki fighting the war. And the rebellion leader Mei Terumi was a nice lady.
They planned for three straight weeks on how to end the war, they came to a decision the Uzumaki would have a large containment seal in a large field where they would have the yondaime Mizukage and his army drawn to.
Their plan worked, the army of three thousand was drawn to the field where the seal was activated and a large dome circled up and locked them in. Naruto released his three pronged kunai into the army, many dodged out of the way some caught them and a few died.
Naruto gathered his chakra and flashed a way in an explosion of red, the army of three thousand was reduced to none all in a matter of minutes, the field was littered with the bodies of the dead. The seal was deactivated, and that's when Naruto collapsed from chakra exhaustion.
It took a week for Naruto to recover, and then it was time to plan the take down of the Mizukage they knew he was a Demon Container and had to plan accordingly. Eventually they found a plan on how to take him out.
They stormed the Mizukage office where they met him head on, the battle was huge Jutsu was flying right and left, bodies were dropping some their own and others' the enemies. Mei and the Mizukage were locked into a battle of power, when they thought Mei was going to win he unleashed his demon's power and transformed.
The battle quickly turned against them, he was about to land the finishing blow on Mei when they heard Naruto call out "Mokuton: Shichūrō no Jutsu" (Wood Style: Four Pillar Prison Jutsu) which trapped the Mizukage and held him down, allowing Mei to land a finishing blow.
A loud cheer went up from the rebels celebrating their victory. Now that the war was over they had some rebuilding to do, it was much easier with Naruto's help.
After the rebuilding was done Mei was appointed Mizukage and Naruto and his family left for Konoho.
