A/N, First, I have a message for A Guest123. The room arrangements were like that because they were couples, if they weren't then they would have been different but thanks for pointing it out.

Chapter 16: Get Well Soon

Riley was lying in the med bay bed, unconscious. It's been 3 days since Riley was injured and Anne hardly left his side. Riley had some fractured ribs, but they need a hospital to check if he had any head damage. Anne was starting to think if Riley would ever wake up, but she knew she couldn't think like that and pushed the thoughts away. Anne was asleep when Sabine walked in.

"Anne" Sabine shook her. "Anne"

Anne waked up to see Sabine with a plate of food.

"Hi" Anne sat up. "I'm not hungry"

"Come on, you haven't ate all day" Sabine put the plate down. "Just eat"

"Thanks" Anne started to eat slowly. "Do you think he'll wake up?"

"Anne!" Sabine tried not to hit her.

"I know, I'm sorry" Anne started to cry. "I'm just worried"

"Don't think like that" Sabine sat down next to her best friend. "We've been friends for years, if you need to talk then just ask"

"Why is he like this?" Anne asked as she was wiping away tears.

"Like what?"

"So loving yet careless" Anne looked at Riley. "It scares me"

"It's because he's trying to do what's best for us" Sabine hugged Anne. "Just don't break his heart, he's had enough of that already"

"I won't" Anne hugged back. "How's that other girl doing?"

"She'll be fine, she's in the common room talking to Hera" Sabine looked down at Anne. "Are you thinking she'll try to steal him from you?"

"Not until you said it" Anne glared at Sabine.

"Sorry" Sabine put her hands in the air and walked out.

"You'll never leave me, right?" Anne went back to eating her meal.

In The Common Room

"So, where are you taking me?" the girl asked.

"No-where until you tell us your name" Hera stood at the door with her arms crossed.

"Fine, I'm Lily but you can call me Snow" Snow then leaned forward onto the table. "Now where are we going?"

"Where ever you want to go" Hera said calmly. "Where do you live?"

"I use to live on Naboo, but I was taken away when they found out my parents worked with Jedi" Snow sat back in the chair. "I have no home"

"Where do you want to go?" Hera asked.

"Can I stay here?" Snow asked quietly.

"Why?"

"For one, that boy saved me. Second, I have no-where else to go"

"That 'boy' is currently unconscious" Hera sat down. "We're headed to Mandalor next, one of our crew members know a good hospital"

"Can I speak to him when he wakes?" Snow looked at the table.

"We'll all take turns but for now, we should leave him and Anne alone" Sabine said as she walked through the door. "I'm Sabine, Riley sister. Riley is the one in the med bay"

"I'm Lily, but you can call me Snow"

"Because of your hair?" Sabine asked curiously.

"Yeah" Snow looked at the door Sabine came through. "Who's Anne?"

"Riley's girlfriend" Sabine put simply after her conversation with Anne.

"He's already taken, figures" Snow realised what she said out loud. "Um"

"Forget it, just don't try anything" Hera left for the cockpit.

"Do they have a strong relationship?" Snow asked reluctantly.

"Oh yeah, she's been here for two weeks" Sabine sat down next to Snow. "And don't try on the blue haired one either"

"I won't" Snow dug her head in her hands.

"I hope he wakes up soon, I need to thank him for helping me" Snow muffled.

"We all do" Sabine sat back, relaxing. "You'll have to sleep in the same room as Anne for the meantime, is that ok?"

"That'll be fine" Snow looked around. "What do you do for fun?"

"I paint" Sabine got up. "I'll show you some"

Sabine and Anne left for Sabine and Ezra's room.

In The Cargo Bay

"Focus" Kanan said as Ezra was walking through a make-shift maze.

"I'm trying" Ezra walked into a wall. "Owe"

"Watch out kid, there's a crate in the way" Zeb shouted for his own amusement.

"What are you doing?" Sabine asked over the comms.

"Training Ezra" Zeb said excitedly.

"On our way" Sabine called, within a few seconds her and Snow where already down the ladder.

"That as fast" Zeb looked scared.

"It's Ezra training" Sabine laughed. "This is Snow"

"Hi" Snow waved.

"I'm Zeb, the pony tail is Kanan and the wall hugging Padawan is Ezra" Zeb snickered.

"I heard that!" Ezra called.

"Good, how's our favourite death runner?"

"He needs to get to a hospital, should be a few hours before we get to Mandalor" Sabine watched Ezra walk into another wall.

"Why Mandalor?"

"We know a good hospital" Sabine said worried. "The problem is we don't know what kind of damage has been done"

"Is it that bad?" Snow asked.

"Yeah, we're all scared but he's strong"

"Do you mind if I go see him?"

"Sure, just don't annoy Anne, she's taking it worst" Sabine said lowly.

"Thanks" Snow left for the med bay.

In The Med Bay

Anne was sat in the chair next to Riley, she was going through some photos on the data pad. Snow walked in, Anne looked at her for a couple of seconds then went back to the photos.

"Hey" Anne said quietly.

"Hi, how's he doing?" Snow walked over to Anne.

"He should be fine for now, but we still don't know the amount of damage that was caused" Anne stopped at a photo of Riley and Sabine when Sabine left for the academy.

"I never got to thank him" Snow grabbed a second chair.

"You will do, the helmet stopped the blast but it may leave a bruise" Anne put down the data pad. "What were you doing at that base?"

"I was being held prisoner, apparently they don't like people helping Jedi"

"Oh, sorry"

"It's fine, I'll be staying with you for the mean time" Snow smiled lightly. "If that's fine with you"

"Yeah, I don't get why he did it" Anne picked up Riley's helmet from the table beside her.

"Get what?" Snow looked confused to why Anne got angry.

"Why he ran back out of the ship, he could have called them" Anne hugged the helmet rubbing the scorch mark. "There weren't even any storm troopers, so who shot him?"

"Maybe one was unconscious and woke up" Snow suggested.

"Maybe, I just hope he'll be alright" Anne started to cry again. "He promised me he would be fine, he's bad at it"

"So why are you still with him?" Snow asked cautiously.

"Because he always does the right thing, he's special. When we first met, I was shot and he never gave up on trying to keep me alive, even when I died three times"

"You died?!" Snow was surprised. "I never knew he cared about people that much, it might be why he ran out into open fire to save me"

"He does that a lot" Anne smiled remembering what he did back on Mandalor.

The two sat in silence, Snow was sleeping while Anne was remembering. That didn't last long when Riley shot up taking in a deep breath.

"Riley!" Anne jumped up waking Snow. "How do you feel?"

"I feel, heavy and dizzy" Riley looked around the room. "Who are you?"

Anne was horrified, did her boyfriend really not remember her.

"I'm Anne, remember?" Anne shed a tear hoping he would remember.

"Anne?" Riley held his head. "Anne, Anne"

Riley looked at her with wide eyes.

"Anne!" Riley jumped up and hugged her. "I thought you died"

"No, I wasn't anywhere near death" Anne hugged him back tightly. "Where did you get that idea?"

"A nightmare, why does my head hurt?" Riley tried to stand up but fell into Snow. "Sorry"

"It's fine" Snow helped Riley stand. "I'm Lily, but you can call me Snow"

"Hi Snow, how long have I been out" Riley sat on the bed.

"A few days, and Anne never left your side" Snow pointed to the blushing girl.

"It's only because you didn't leave mine" Anne sat next to Riley.

"You were shot in the back of the helmet" Anne rested her head on Riley shoulder. "We're headed to a hospital on Mandalor, we think you might have some bad head injuries"

"Concussion, Amnesia, Brain damage, good idea" Riley smiled at Snow. "How are you fairing?"

"My leg was grazed so I can walk, but not very far" Snow sat on the side of Riley. "Thanks for saving me"

"I wasn't going to let you die" Riley hugged Anne. "Thanks for being here"

"It's fine, you should get some rest" Anne was about to leave but Riley stopped her.

"I got enough of that"

"How long have you two been together?" Snow asked with a grin.

"About a week" Anne answered.

"You must be special, any other girl must have gone nuts from the stuff you pull" Snow gave a fake smile.

"Riley is special, he's always been there for everyone. He even fought the Inquisitor to protect Kanan" Anne felt her head slip off Riley's shoulder, she tried to put it back on but nothing was there. "Riley?"

He was out cold on the bed.

"Riley!" Anne checked for a pulse, there wasn't one. "Kanan!"

"What's wrong?" Snow looked worried.

"He doesn't have a beat" Anne put Riley on the floor.

In The Cargo Bay

"Ezra, are you alright?" Kanan walked over to Ezra when he finished the maze.

"Something's wrong, I feel death" Ezra took off the blindfold. "It's close, and strong"

"Do you know where it's coming from?" Kanan was worried, he had an idea of who he thought it was.

"Kanan!" was what triggered a bullet like response.

"Oh no" Sabine was about to chase after him but Zeb stopped her. "Let go"

"The last thing we need is you having a mental breakdown" Zeb made Sabine sit.

Ezra climbed up the ladder and fell next to Sabine.

"Are you alright?" Sabine shook Ezra. "Ezra?"

"Kid!" Zeb picked up Ezra and bolted to the med bay.

"What's wrong with Ezra?" Hera was stood over Riley with Kanan, while Anne and Snow were sat outside with Sabine.

"The kid just collapsed" Zeb set Ezra down on the bed.

"Not him too" Kanan checked on Ezra, he was just coconscious. "He'll be fine, the force might have been too strong for him to handle"

"What about Riley?" Zeb asked Hera, worried.

"He'll also be fine, he woke too early so his body tried to get rest. Go tell everyone else, and if he wakes again, tell him to sleep or this will happen" Hera gave Zeb a stern look.

"Ok" Zeb walked outside and sat down by the door, sighing heavily.

"Oh no" a quiet voice said from the table.

"Is he dead?" another voice asked.

"Zeb?" he looked up to see the three girls sitting at the table.

"Sorry" Zeb stood up and walked over to them. "He'll be fine, he just got too tired and his body tried to get some rest. Ezra is fine too, just too much force in his head"

"I told him to sleep" Anne said angrily.

"If he wakes again, just tell him to sleep or else this will happen" Zeb walked back to his room.

"At least he's alive" Sabine sat back wiping tears.

"Are you ok Anne?" Snow asked calmly.

"Better than Riley's going to be when he's better" Anne calmed down. "I'm sorry, I know it's not his fault, none of us could have known. I'm going to sleep"

Anne walked into her room, crying lightly as she entered.

A/N, Second, this might become a trilogy. I don't want to give up the characters so I might also make some one-shots. I hope you enjoyed this chapter and Goodbye.
