We headed to Little Mexico where Jose and his guys were. We arrived at the location and there was Bobby, Andrew, Raul, and Luis waiting. I lined up at the Starting Line and revved my engine. "Stay calm and cool and you'll win this race" said Akiko kissing me. Akiko dropped the Flag and I floored it. I started out ahead it was an industrial area so I took a short cut through a high road and drove off a ramp and edging ahead of the others and dodged through traffic and drifted around a corner and shifted into 4th gear I hit the nos after turning another corner and downshifted and drifted into 3rd gear. I decided to cut through a chain of alleys and came out the other end. Swerve to avoid hitting a school bus. Then about a block away Andrew passed me I thought he was going to win but side swiped him and he spun out hitting a scaffold that fell on his car damaging it. I hit the nos full speed and crossed the finish line beating the others. "Damn I heard what happened" said Frank running up to me. "Andrew's out of commission man" said Juan. Really I asked. "yep his Camaro got totaled" Frank said. Just then Jose came speeding in. "Yo homes I saw what you did to my homie Andrew" said Jose. Yeah so what I said coldly. "Lets make this interesting I'll throw in my pink slip and $25,000" if you lose I get your pink slip and 25,000". Deal I said with confidence. I drove to the race location and waited. I saw Jose speed by and spun around stopping beside me. "Don't choke now" Jose said with a cold smile. I won't I'll make sure you pay. Bobby walked by collecting our pink slips. "Nows your chance to walk away" Jose said. "READY!, 3!,2!,1! GO!" shouted Bobby. I let Jose shift first to fill him with false hope. I followed closely behind him keeping a distance. After about 4 blocks in I decided to move ahead. So I saw an alley and I cut through it passing him. I hit the nos and shifted into 4th gear and blocking his lanes. BAM! I jerked a little, almost hitting my head against the steering wheel. That son of a bitch rear ended me. So I let him get ahead only to run him off the road. I got tricks too you fucking prick! I yelled. I turned onto a big street that didn't have much traffic. I used this to my advantage and shifted into 6th gear using all the nos. I looked at my rearview mirror and saw that Jose was a ways back. I down shifted and drifted smoothly around a corner and shifted into 4th. Jose wasn't so lucky though, he tried to drift and messed up hitting the wall putting a dent in his car. I charged full speed ahead and cut through a small street, keeping straight on the road to avoid hitting any parked cars. I looked back and saw Jose was hot on my ass. God dammit this guy doesn't know when to quit. I turned right and slowed down and Jose hit my rear end again. Angry I side swiped him and he spun out almost hitting a bus. I raced on crossing the finish line and doing a 180 spin. Jose came second a minute later. I exited my car to look at the back of it. The rear bumper was smashed in. Judging by looks of it it probably will take about $700 to fix. Juan and the others showed up along with Hector the tow truck driver. "Damn bro! I'll have Hector drop your car off at my place so I can fix it" said Juan. Jose walked up to me angry. "This ain't over, believe that" Jose said throwing the keys at me. I helped Hector load my car up on the tow truck and paid him. "Nice job!" Akiko cheered jumping on to me. "Yeah we are kings of the city!" said Frank doing a victory dance. "Yeah we did it" said Mickey. "Oh yeah" Stephanie said. "We forgot about Carlos and his guys" Juan reminded. "Those guys are on our side" Frank assured. We all decided to head to the New Italian restaurant in Little Italy. I took Jose's Charger R/T since my car was at Juan's. To new beginnings! We cheered as we drank at the table. We were there until 8 at night. Me and Frank were the last to leave. "Hey Willie I gotta go somewhere so I'll see you later" Said Frank. Ok man see you at home I said. On the drive back home I stopped at a gas station to get a red bull and some gas. I arrived shortly and took a shower I crashed around midnight after watching some tv.
