Time: 12:30 AM
Southside Freemont City, Hartgrove Village
Frank was on his way to meet Carlos the leader of the Southside kings. "Man I sure hope this guy ain't trying to pull anything". Frank arrived at the SSK garage, when he saw Carlos' green Competizione in front. "Frank, how have you been?" Carlos asked. "Good" Frank said uneasy. "No need to be nervous friend" Carlos said. "Look I wanna thank you for getting rid of Jose and his guys" Carlos said. Just then Carlos' right hand man Roberto D'Amato arrived. "Ah Roberto" Carlos greeted. "I want to congratulate you on defeating the other guys" Carlos said. "However I have to confess that this is a win for me, you see I think you guys may have served you purpose" Carlos Continued. "Ok what's your point". Frank asked. "You see Frank, I basically no longer need your crew anymore". "Ok so your telling me that you don't need us anymore". "Kind of, you see I'm basically relieving you of service" Carlos said. "Ms. Wilson" Carlos called. "What's this?" Frank asked. "You'll see in a moment" Carlos said. A woman wearing a black leather jacket and tight black pants came out of a Black Chevy Cobalt SS. "Hello Frank" said the woman. "Stephanie?!" Frank said in surprise. "Your working for these guys?" Frank asked. "Not exactly, I'm an police officer but I occasionally street race" said Stephanie. "It looks like you have a warrant for some unpaid traffic tickets last year, and unfortunately I'm gonna have to bring you in" Stephanie said. "You fucking bitch" Frank said. "Please don't make this harder than it is" Stephanie said. "Come on don't feel bad now, just consider this as being laid off, I no longer need your service" Carlos said. "Frank, please turn around" Stephanie said. "You Fucking played us!" Frank yelled swinging at Carlos hitting him in the jaw. Stephanie pulled out a taser and deploy it hitting Frank in the back. Frank layed on the ground in agony. "I'm sorry I didn't have a choice" Stephanie said rolling Frank over on his stomach. "Give me your hand" she said grabbing Frank's left arm and cuffing it and then cuffing his right. "Look's like your racing days are over" said Carlos rubbing his jaw. "shut up talking" Stephanie said. "Look man, unfortunately I gotta impounded your car" Stephanie said after taking his car key. "Why?" asked Frank angry. "My superior officer said it has to be impounded until you pay off the tickets" she answered. "Let's get this over with" Frank said annoyed. "I didn't wanna do this but I didn't have a choice" Stephanie said. Stephanie put Frank in her car and waited until the tow truck came to get Frank's Supra.
