Adrian (With All My Soul and Spirit)

I couldn't believe she'd said yes, I know I really shouldn't doubt her, but sometimes she does do the unexpected thing. I believe though that this is the unexpected. No one saw Sydney Sage saying yes to a wedding purpose. We finally made it off the plane and into our limo, that Abe sent once again.

"Can you take us somewhere quickly before we go to met Abe?" I asked the driver, he gave a nod. "We'd like to go to the closest jewelers, well high end jeweler near by. We have something we need to get." Sydney gave me a look when I said things. "I get to buy my fiancée things even expensive things if I want to."

"Isn't an engagement ring enough!"

"No because knowing you, you'll pick the one with the smallest diamond." She smiled at that and kissed me softly.

"What if I promised to pick a huge diamond."

"Huge diamond to you Miss. Sage is my definition of small. Your definition of reasonably sized is my definition of microscopic." This got her to laugh. I pushed her down on the leather seat in the limo so that she was laying down on her back. I got on top of her and kissed her, then took off her shirt. She was about to take my shirt off when the limo came to a stop. She quickly put her shirt back on.

"We'll have plenty of time on the way back to court after I put a diamond ring on your ring finger, Miss Sage. You know one thing I'm going to miss?" I asked her helping her out of the limo. I expected her to let go of my hand but she didn't.

"What's that Adrian?" She sounded a little to sext. God how I wished we could have our own room or world to ourselves where I could just push her into a wall and kiss he without anyone noticing whenever I so well pleased. Why did life have to be so horrible yet so amazing.

"I'm going to miss calling you Miss Sage." I told her and stopped her right before we entered the jewelry store. I kissed her, "You can still back out if you want to." She looked at me as though I must be our of my mind. I probably was and I probably had been for a long while.

"I'm not going anywhere without you Adrian." She said. And with that we entered the jewelry store. "So now what?" she asked.

"Well you pick a ring and I'll find a necklace and bracelet to go with it."

"Adrian, no."

"You only get married once for the first time."

"Are you saying we won't last?" She teased. I kissed her softly.

"Oh go run along and find a ring." She went off and I went to find someone to help me.

"How may I help you?" He asked.

"I'm looking for some kind of bracelet and necklace set that I can get engraved mine and my fiancée's name then later get our wedding date and sometime in the far future have our kids names and birthdays engraved. Oh and I wan diamonds. And for me I'd like that done to gold dog tags."

"Let me see what I can find Sir. The dog tags no problem and same with the bracelet. The necklace that's a different story. I'll get the dog tags going. What are your names? Please write them down on this." I wrote Sydney Sage and Adrian Ivashkov. The guy came back with ten different necklaces. It didn't take me long. I looked for the one with the most diamonds.

"Okay I should have these done by tonight. If you want you can pick it up then and pay."

"Sounds great thank you very much. And please if anyone comes asking around if we were here you say we weren't and you've never heard those names." I couldn't believe I used compulsion. But this was for Sydney's safety from the Alchemists and that's what really mattered.

"Adrian!" Sydney called. "What do you think?" It was a vine pattern with little diamonds where there was an x.

"I love it. We'll take it." I handed the lady my card she came back with a receipt for me to sign. And that was it. We left and were headed to met Abe.

Sydney kept looking at her ring. We had about a four hour drive left until we were even close. I just watched Sydney move her hand watching the diamonds shine when the light reflected off of them.

She looked up and blushed, "What?" She asked and with that she was on her back and I was on top of her. her shirt was off and Sydney was unbuttoning mine. I knew we weren't going all the way. I was okay with that but an intense four hour make-out session was good too.

She moaned when my fangs brushed against her neck. Oh, I wanted to, but right now wasn't the time. "I want you to." She said knowing what I was thinking.

"No you don't, you want me to because you know how much I want to." I wasn't sure if that was true. I was pretty sure Sydney was good at separating her feelings from mine. She took my head in her hands and with force pushed it to her neck. I resisted still, but kissed her neck again and again trying not to let my fangs touch her neck but continued to fail. Each time I did she just moaned louder. The louder she moaned the harder it was to resist and she wouldn't let me move my head.

"Sydney, please." I was desperate, I didn't want her to do something she'd regret latter. I was 99% sure this was something she would regret, but the louder she moaned the less sure I became. "Later Sydney." I tried to reach the logical part to her mind. "Tonight, after we see Abe." That seemed like a logical thing. We were going to surprise him with the engagement already, we didn't need to add bite marks on her neck.
