Disclaimer: I do not own Sailor Moon.

"Ouch! Raye," Serena cried out loud. After the siblings left out of the room, Raye popped Serena hard on the arm. Serena winced in pain rubbing her sore arm.

Raye asked, "Why the hell would you say that?"

Serena retorted at Raye, "Because you were depressing me with the destruction of the Earth speech. You may have given up but I haven't."

Raye let out a deep sigh. "Meatball Head, I was trying to figure out where they were getting at." Raye popped Serena again. "You know you have no idea where Darien is." Serena cried out again.

Serena said nursing her arm, "You're the psychic one…"

Raye said, "I cannot pick up on Darien's location. He blocks his thoughts well."

Andrew asked confused, "So Darien is Endyimon?"

Serena glanced over at Andrew, who was watching them with a baffled expression. She forgot that Andrew did not know everything about them. They only confessed recently to the blonde-haired man that they were the sailor scouts. Technically, he was in a coma.

Serena said quickly, "Tuxedo Mask is Darien, who is the reincarnation of the Earth King Endyimon, who Cain and Evelyn are the descendants of." A sense of clarity dawned over Andrew.

Raye asked, "How is it possible for Endyimon to have heirs when he died on the moon with you?"

"What?" Died? Andrew stared at Serena in confusion again.

Serena sighed. "I am the reincarnation of the Moon Princess Serenity. Princess Serenity was Endyimon's true love and soul mate. They died on the moon when they were attacked by Metacilla and the Negaverse. She was the one who turned Rita into a youma."

"Oh…" Andrew was still confused but not as confused as he was before.

Serena turned to Raye. "Princess Serenity met Endyimon after his wife Princess Christina died. Princess Christina and Endyimon had two children together named Princess Katherine and Prince Derrick. Cain and his siblings are the descendants of Prince Derrick."

"How do you know all this?" Raye wondered to herself as she stared at her friend.

Cain and Evelyn were in another room in the abandoned building surrounded by fluorescent lights on the ceilings and dark furniture and pool tables welded to the floor. A fly buzzed tapped against the lights. Cain threw a dart at a dartboard hanging on an old wooden wall. He missed and the dart hit the wall that was already filled with holes from missed shots. Evelyn leaned over a pool table focusing on the spot she was aiming at and shot a half ball towards a hole. She said, "You know she is lying." She stood up when two balls went into the hole. "I bet she has no idea where Endyimon is."

Cain ignored his sister and tossed another dart at the dartboard. He missed again.

Cain walked towards the dartboard as his sister continued playing her game of pool. He removed the dart out of the wall. He honestly had no idea why he was dealing with a human. Something intrigued him about her. No human woman had ever challenged him like she did. He had met plenty of human women from different backgrounds and pedigrees, but she was different. She was not the most beautiful woman that he had ever seen. He had no particular interest in bedding her, but something about her drew him to her. He would play her little game for a while, but then she would have to pay up in the end. He smirked. He walked back to where he was. He threw the dart at the dartboard and missed again.

Lita curled up into a ball on top of her bed as cried squeezing her pillow tightly to her chest. Sarah tried to comfort her mother, but nothing she did helped. She remembered watching Andrew faded away last night. She found herself starting to like Andrew as she watched her mother and Andrew physically fight and then make up. She felt sad as she watched her mother confess her love to Andrew and beg him to not leave her again. Sarah became emotional inside wishing she could help her mother. She strolled into her mother's room and cuddled up next to her embracing her mother as she rested her head against Lita's back.

Lita asked, "What's going on? You're fading."

Andrew smiled. "I'm dying. I feel light." Another tear fell from her eye. "Lita, you deserve better than Nick. Don't let him take away your joy. Nothing is wrong with you. You're perfect."

He started to fade away. She could no longer hold the tears back. The only man that she truly loved was dying right before her eyes. The tears began to fall. She was going to lose him again, but this time he would never return. Lita cried as she tried to touch him. Her hands went through him. She began to cry hysterically, "I don't care, Andrew. Don't leave again! I love you."

Andrew stared at her. She was standing before him telling him that she loved him. "Lita…"

Lita cried. "Fight…wake up! Come back to me." She sobbed before him

.

Lita could not get that moment out of her head. Would it have hurt less if she had not begged him or told him that she loved him? She lost him again. She glanced at her wedding ring. Andrew was right. She deserved better than Nick. She was trying so hard to be with someone who would never accept her for who she truly was. He had no idea that she lost her parents at the age of thirteen, spent two years in the foster care system, gained her independence at fifteen, worked at Madame Rose's flower shop, or was Sailor Jupiter. He knew none of that. Andrew knew all of it.

Nick stuck his nose up at the homeless people on the street calling them lazy bums too lazy to get a job. He thought of poor people as people who wanted entitlement and were too lazy to better themselves. She remembered becoming upset when she brought up adoption in their first year of marriage. He laughed at her suggestion and said that he only wanted his own blood not someone else's. It reminded her of how worthless she felt as an orphan because no one wanted her as their own. She was not assuming that he would act a certain way about her past, she knew he would. She knew her husband. She didn't trust him because she knew she could not. Lita cried herself to sleep.

She woke up to find that it was about six in the morning. Sarah had left with a handwritten note that she was going to play with Rini. Lita yawned as she slowly walked downstairs to fix breakfast. She was surprised to smell a wonderful aroma in the kitchen of blueberry pancakes and eggs, her favorite. She smiled at how wonderful her little girl could be sometimes. She allowed Sarah to cook on the griddle only if Lita or another adult is present and she cleans up after herself. She always told her daughter that you are not a good cook if you don't clean up after yourself.

Lita smiled when she stared at the kitchen table that was nicely decorated with a white, linen tablecloth with two plates of blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs with utensils next to them and a tall glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and a linen white napkin folded neatly into a triangle next to the plates. Between the plates was a glass vase with a dozen red roses inside. Lita wondered where Sarah got roses from. Lita was shocked when she saw that Sarah was not in the kitchen.

She felt sensitive when she found a pair of strong arms wrapped around her from behind. Lita groaned figuring it was Nick awaiting her answer. "Not now, Nick."

He did not respond. His lips pressed softly against her slender neck. "Not Nick. Try again." Lita's eyes widen. She quickly turned around.

It was Andrew. He was alive and standing in front of her smiling at her. Lita smiled happily as she hugged him tightly. He wrapped his arms around her for a long time. Lita exhaled as she rested her head on his shoulders and he rested his on hers.

They slowly broke apart. Lita unloaded many questions on him as she touched his face, chest, and arms to see if he was real. "How are you alive? What happened to him? How did you get here?" Andrew's eyes fell on her soft pink lips. He saw them moving as she continued to ask him myriads of questions but he could no long hear her. He stepped closer to her as her lips stilled. He cupped her startled face and moved in closer to her until his lips met hers in a soft, innocent kiss.

Lita stiffen in his arms in shock. She could not believe that Andrew was kissing her. The object of her affection was kissing her in her kitchen. It had to be a dream, a wonderful dream. He pulled her closer to him crushing her breasts against his body as his cradled her in his arms. Her eyes slowly closed as she found herself kissing him back. When her lips finally parted, he took advantage of the opportunity as he slipped his tongue inside of her and explored the depths of her mouth in an intoxicating kiss that left them breathless. He slowly broke away from her as her eyes fluttered open looking at him speechless as her fingers touched her swollen pink lips still tingling from his kiss. He smiled down at her.

He grabbed her hand and led her to the table. He pulled out her seat for her and scooted her in. He then unfolded the napkin and gently set it on her lap. He sat down next to her.

She listened as he explained to her what happened over the last few days. He talked about his family, being in a coma, the New World Regime, Serena and Raye being framed for the murder of his family, and Darien or better yet Endyimon's siblings. He told her about the deal that Serena made with Cain. Lita sat dumbfounded and overwhelmed.

Lita took a sip of her orange juice. She said, "So they are headed our way?"

Andrew nodded ashamed. "Thanks to me."

Lita said, "Andrew, if you would have never appeared, we would have been ignorant about what was happening in the world. At least, you have given us a little time to figure something out."

Andrew smiled. He did not think of it that way.

Andrew said changing the subject, "So did you like the breakfast I cooked for you?"

Lita rolled her eyes. "Please, you could not cook like this to save your life. You probably paid my daughter to cook this for you. How much did she get out of you?" She was right. He was not the best cook in the world, but his cooking was edible. He had to learn how to cook to save his family from starvation since Rita was a worse cook than he was. She nearly burnt the house down while boiling eggs. He knew how to do basic things like beans, rice, and pastas, but he could not cook on Lita's level and apparently not daughter's. Sarah seemed to inherit her cooking skills from her mother.

Andrew jested, "Twenty bucks, but I did squeeze the orange juice with these bare hands." He held his palms up. Lita laughed.

"Well, I am glad that Sarah and you are getting along."

Andrew laughed. "Me too, your little brat really hated me."

Lita said defensively, "Hey! No one calls my daughter a brat but me!" Andrew yielded as Lita laughed.

Lita asked as she took a bite of her eggs, "Where's Serena and Raye?"

Andrew said, "Serena is still in Switzerland. Raye and I teleported back."

Lita was concerned about Serena. She was hanging out with people that would probably kill her if she could not find Darien.

Andrew tilted his head and said reassuringly, "Serena is fine. She saved my life. She brought me back to you."

Lita looked at Andrew. She asked the question that worried her for eight years, "Why didn't you call Andrew or let me know that you were alive?"

Andrew paused for a moment as he eyed the white linen table thinking about how to answer her. He lifted his head and stared directly into her eyes. "I loved Rita. I loved my wife and for a long time she was everything to me. Then, you came along and we became close, and I made room for you inside of my heart. I knew that if I stayed I would have eventually made love to you. I couldn't do that to Rita, and my feelings for you grew stronger everyday until I felt like I could not breathe. So I left before I cheated on her with you. I wanted to give Rita and me a good chance before I considered other options. I had a good life with Rita. I loved her and I enjoyed every moment of my life with her and our children even the few bad times." He added firmly, "I don't regret my decision. We were happy and in love." Lita smiled sadly. Andrew continued, "Over the years, I thought about you. I wondered what you were doing. I wanted to call you and write to you. I didn't because I was afraid that would fall for you again. I couldn't have a relationship with you in any way because I knew that you were the one person that I would cross that line with. So I stayed away and I'm sorry."

Lita said, "You could have just told me you were alive."

Andrew said, "I guess I was wrong, but I did what was best for me to stay faithful in my marriage."

Lita said cringing at confessing her love to him that he did not return, "About the whole I love you thing…"

Andrew cut her off, "I love you too, Lita. I am in love with you. In about half an hour, I am going to make love to you wherever and however you want." Lita's lips parted as she saw the desire in his eyes.

On the cool, autumn morning in Juban, neighbors greeted one another as they mowed their lawns and walked their dogs along the sidewalk. Children played happily outside riding their bicycles. The birds chirped their beautiful morning song while the chipmunks raced across trees and lawns searching for nuts before humans approached them and they scattered back up the trees. The newspaper boy pedaled fast and out of breath as he tossed the morning newspaper at front doors on his route. He tossed one at the Kino's family home. The folded newspaper made a loud thud noise as it made contact with the door. It fell to the ground and unfolded showing wanted photographs of Raye Hino and Serena Tuskino on the front page.

Daylight shone brightly through the entire house of the Kino home. The windows half opened through the house, a light outside breeze blowing the thin curtains, dust bunnies glistened in the sunlight. A man and woman's laughter echoes throughout the empty hallways. A trail of their clothes lied scattered across the living room floor, along the stairs, down the hardwood floors of her second floor hallway and into the opened bedroom door of her bedroom. The trail ended with the happy couple lying in bed. Andrew rolled on top of Lita. He propped his arms on the either side of her to support himself. The sheets slowly slipping passed his bony torso as he smiled down at the beautiful woman beneath with soft skin, pretty innocent emerald eyes, and long chestnut hair about her upper body like a small cloak.

Lita smiled as her fingertips stroked Andrew's pale skin. His body shivered from her simple touch. He took her left hand and brought it to his lips kissing the back of it. She pursed her lips as he took her ring finger into his mouth and slowly removed her wedding ring with his teeth. He leaned over and placed it on the nightstand. Lita stared at him when their eyes met. He watched as she took his large hand into hers and watched with hooded eyes as she sucked his ring finger taking off his wedding band off his finger. She shifted her body. Her breasts jiggled a little as she placed it on the night stand next to his. Their eyes stared at the rings. Andrew's eyes left the dull and now lackluster rings and watched the beautiful woman beneath him still staring at hers. He wondered what she was thinking. Was she regretting this moment?

Lita stared at her ring and wondered if she was doing the right thing by leaving Nick and their misery marriage behind for good. She turned back to Andrew and found him staring at her with love filled eyes. She could tell that he loved her as much as she loved him. He was her best friend. A feeling of serenity crossed over her and for once in her life, she knew without a doubt she was doing the right thing.

She lifted her head and their lips collided. Her long hair brushed against the pillow. The next thirty minutes of her life were filled with laughter and soft kisses planted along her cheeks and lips. She laughed as they rolled around in bed tangling the sheets up around their hips as he laughed as their hands explored each other's bodies. His hands played with her soft hair twirling it with his finger. Her fingers stroked his scraggy back. His body was skin and bones. Lita smiled knowing that she would feed him in more ways than one putting some meat back on his bones.

Lita cried tears of happiness as Andrew whispered sweet nothings in her ear as he made passionate love to her body. He told her that he loved her and how beautiful she was. No man ever did that before. Their bodies fit perfectly together. His love filled her to the rim in so many ways. Lita cried out in pleasure as her body tightened, her toes curled, as a powerful orgasm rippled multiple times through her body. He continued to move inside of her as he watched the beautiful ugly expressions on her pretty face. When the blissful waves dissipated, Lita lazed happily in her lover's embrace. Her arms dropped to her sides. Her body completely spent and relaxed. After a few more thrusts, he released himself inside of her as he shuddered around her. He rolled off of her catching his breath as they stared at the ceiling fan swirling around on the white ceiling cooling off the sweaty bodies. The sounds of life outside returned to them as the birds chirped and their neighbors still mowed their lawns. They could hear the sound of children's laughter as they raced around the neighborhood.

After a few moments of peacefulness, Andrew rolled on his side towards her and propped himself up on his elbow resting his head on his fist. He smiled teasing her. "My dear Lita, I think you just orgasm from making love."

Lita laughed that he remembered that. He was right. It was the first time she ever orgasm from making love. She turned her head to him. She asked jokingly, "Weren't you like a ghost when I told you that?"

A puzzled look crossed Andrew's face as he looked back at the ceiling. He massaged his chin like he was seriously pondering about what she asked. He turned back to her. He looked serious but she could see the mischief behind those green eyes. "Mmm…Let's test that theory again."

Lita's eyes widen in amusement. "Andrew!" She burst into laughter and she found a grinning Andrew rolling on top of her once more and silencing her with his kiss and making love to her again and again.

Serena smiled as she sensed Lita and Andrew's lovemaking. She did not want to, but she felt connected with her friends and her children once again since she transformed back into Sailor Moon weeks ago. It was like transforming reminded her of who she used to be.

She sat at a table in a billiard room. She assumed they were in some abandoned place that used to be an old bar surrounded by dusty tables, a row of billiard tables and a bar covered with a dusty sheet with no alcohol behind it.

"Why didn't you return home with you friends?" Serena snapped out of her thoughts. She turned around to see Cain approaching her.

She asked, "Where's Evelyn?"

Cain said, "Asleep. It's twenty after midnight."

Serena absentmindedly twirled a strand of her short coffee-colored hair.

Cain asked curiously pulling out a chair and sitting across from her, "How did you know that I was talking about Endyimon?"

Serena smiled. She figured that he would eventually ask her that question. "I know the story of Princess Serenity and Prince Endyimon and their tragic love story." Cain's lip twitched in displeasure. "I guess you did not like it."

Cain did not hide his scorn. "No, I don't care for the Lunarians. If it was not for Serenity, Endyimon would have lived a long life and the people of Earth would have been happier. All the ills of the Earth happened because he fell in love with the moon princess."

"What happened in the story after Princess Serenity returned back to the moon and Endyimon became the Earth King?"

Cain said, "According to Elysian historians, the Earth was overtaken by Metacilla and her dark world. Prince Malcolm of the Black Moon Family took Princess Katherine under his wing. She was never seen or heard from again. Queen Susan and Prince Derrick remained on Earth within the protection of Elysian. Endyimon was irrational when it came to the moon princess. He grew to care more about her than his own people. That was the downfall of the Earth. Endyimon naively believed that he would return to the Earth and defeat Metacilla with the help of the Moon Queen Selenity. He did not pass on the powers of the golden crystal to his son Prince Derrick since he was only a boy. You have to be at least twenty-one to be granted eternal life. King Endyimon's death left Elysian in limbo. His descendants aged in normal Earth years. Many of the original Earth King's children were killed and died of human diseases. Prince Derrick married a pretty mortal girl who gave birth to five children. We are the descendants of Prince Derrick. We are the last of the descendants of the Earth King. We are the last of the Elysians."

Serena asked, "Are you saying that the last Earth King was Endyimon?" Cain nodded.

"So Prince Derrick was never king?"

Cain shook his head. "No, only the golden crystal decides who is king regardless of the order of birth. It has not selected an Earth King in over one thousand years. Without Endyimon, the Earth is in limbo, Elysians will cease to exist, and so will his descendants."

Serena added, "The Elysians are on the verge of extinction?" Cain confirmed her theory with a nod. The world that another version of her visited a thousand years ago no longer existed.

Cain said, "The Elysians started to become obsessed with power and without Endyimon, the world collapsed until the Elysians killed each other and nearly caused their own extinction. Women, children, and men were murdered. Without women, the Elysians could not procreate. The eternal ones reached their thousandth year and died or were killed before their time by jealous Elysians and Earthlings. Queen Susan heard of an assassination plot against Prince Derrick. She teleported Prince Derrick and herself from Elysian and we have been living as mortals ever since."

Serena smirked. "So your big speech back there was full of crap?" Cain smiled.

Cain gazed amusingly at the brunette sitting across from him, "We can return to Elysian any time we want. We all lead double lives. In civilian form I'm Cain Bennett, but when I teleport to Elysian, I'm Prince Alexander, current ruler of the Elysians. We have been doing it for over three hundred years." His smiled faded as his expression turned serious. "But Elysian cannot survive without the power of the Golden Crystal much longer. The crystal is steadily shutting down. The only way that my family could return Elysian to the glory of the past is for Endyimon to take the throne and become the Earth King once again. None of us has the power to do so. It has to be Endyimon. He is the only one that can save Elysian."

Serena said, "That is your plan to return to Elysian before the final days of human existence."

Cain nodded. She asked, "And you need Endyimon save your world?" Cain nodded again.

Cain said, "If we do not find Endyimon soon, then my family will eventually become extinct too and Elysian will fall from the heavens onto the Earth."

Serena added, "Because without a carrier of the golden crystal, Elysian will fall."

Cain nodded, "In the golden crystal's mind, Endyimon is still the true king."

Cain saw that Alex was still not convinced. He explained, "The Kingdom of Elysian is powered by the power of the golden crystal. It's what keeps the kingdom afloat. We may have another two hundred years at the most before the golden crystal completely shuts down and Elysian collapses to the Earth. If Endyimon dies on Judgment Day without activating the golden crystal or transferring the power to a new Earth King, then the countdown for the final days of Elysian begins."

Serena asked, "So how do I know that once you find Endyimon, one of your kind will not try to assassinate him for the crown? You told me they tried to kill Endyimon's son Prince Derrick."

Cain said, "Because not just anyone can be king. The Golden Crystal chooses the new Earth King. If you kill the current Earth King without the golden crystal picking a new king then the Elysians will eventually become extinct. Our society has rules that we have to obey in order to continue to exist."

He said firmly to her, "Unlike Prince Derrick, Endyimon was a god that both men and Elysians respected and feared. He is my brother, my family, my blood…and I assure you that any man or Elysian who dares attempt to harm my king will be killed. The days of corruption in the Elysian realm are over." Serena believed him.

Serena smiled placing a reassuring hand on Cain's arm. He looked down at her and felt weird feeling from her simple touch. "Then I shall help you find Endyimon."

Cain glared at her angrily. "I thought you knew where Endyimon was." Serena gulped. "We have two years." Serena stood confused not understanding what he meant. He clarified in a calm voice. "Judgment Day is two years from today. Three days before Judgment Day, I will reappear along with the kingdom of Elysian. If you have Endyimon, you and your loved ones may enter our kingdom for salvation. If not, you'll die with every other human soul in this world." Serena remained silent. He continued, "Enjoy these last two years on Earth, Alex. If you do not find Endyimon, these will be the last days for the humans and the countdown of the end of the Elysians also." He added, "Help us find him." Serena nodded. He disappeared leaving Serena alone in the room.

Andrew was the only person who knew Serena and Raye's true identities. He placed them in an all-expenses paid and fully furnished posh apartment at his family-owned apartment complex and frequently met them there. Andrew urged them to tell their friends the truth especially Lita since they were together now. Serena urged Raye and Andrew to wait until the government comes. Let their friends lived happy, normal lives a little while longer until it was time. Raye was distraught as an uneasy feeling snuck inside of her. Andrew disagreed with Serena. He warned her that the girls may hate her. She told him that she could handle being the bad guy and enjoy his new happiness with Lita. He did what she asked. He remained mum about Judgment Day and his knowledge of their whereabouts and continued on with his happiness with Lita. They started dating the day after he they made love and Andrew moved in within a week. Sarah and Andrew's relationship improved even though they had more of a sibling relationship than father and daughter at first. Lita divorced a reluctant Nick. He was reluctant to divorce her until Andrew went to have a private discussion with Nick behind Lita's back. A pissed off Nick signed the divorce papers two weeks afterwards. He warned Andrew that it wasn't over.

Andrew surprised Lita with a big wedding which all of their friends and family attended with the exception of Darien since no one could find him. All the girls including the outer Senshi were her bridesmaids except for Serena and Raye to Lita's disappointment. She was unaware that her two friends sat in the crowd still in disguise as Alex and Raven crying tears of joy as they watched the beautiful bride dressed in white walked down to the aisle to her beaming groom. Andrew's parents and sister were also there. They happily welcomed Lita and Sarah into their family. They treated Lita like one of their own. His parents became her parents and his sister Lizzy was like a sister to her. Like Nick's parents, Sarah was treated like their granddaughter. When it was time for the couple to give their wedding speeches, Andrew stood up and delivered a lovely speech about how even though Rita and his children will always have a special place in his heart, he was happy to find love again a second time with the wonderful woman that sat next to him. Lita surprised Andrew when she informed him and everyone else at their wedding reception that she was pregnant with his child in her speech. The crowd erupted in cheer and gave Lita and Andrew a standing ovation as he hugged and happily kissed his blushing bride. A baby boy with his blonde hair and her green eyes would arrive six months later in June. They would name him Zayden Furuhata.

A couple of days after returning home to Japan, Serena lied in bed one night fast asleep in her bedroom in the apartment she shared with Raye. In Raye's room, she tossed and turned in her bed haunted by the nightmares of the end of days, the government, and the humanoids with sparks of eyes shining brightly in their eyes. She saw flashes of the temple and the fire calling out to her. She was restlessly and suffered from insomnia having the same dream for the last two nights. She whimpered in her sleep feeling uncomfortable in her own skin. Her body glowed red. Her eyes popped open as the symbol of Mars appeared on her forehead. Her eyes glowed red as she a red aura emitted from her body. She disappeared and reappeared in at her family's temple in the meditation room. She turned around in the room and saw the fire was already blazing and large cackled brightly with large flames. She slowly walked barefooted toward the flames and sat down in a full lotus position in front of the fire praying to the spirits. She watched as the fire showed her the near future.

In the next few days, her life for now as Raye Hino will be over. Serena and she were still fugitives of the law. Her father was the current Prime Minister of Japan. He was currently receiving pressure from the government to allow them inside of Japan's borders to find his daughter and kill her. They would take her father's power away and the Japanese government will allowed the New World Regime inside their borders. Marital law will take over and the military and law enforcement will have free reign over Tokyo. The citizens will be bounded to curfew and restricted to traveling only where the government allowed. Any citizens who disobeyed the law will be thrown in jail or killed on the spot. The government will rummage through homes, schools, and sacred temple searching for the girls until they turn every citizen in Japan into their submissive humanoids. Within a few months, the humanoids and the government will take over Japan. Within a year, they will capture the entire Eastern Hemisphere, China as their last conquest. In eleven months, the entire Earth will be controlled by the New World Regime. This is what the fire showed Raye. Raye frowned knowing it was time to warn the others. She vanished.

A hand reached out of the shadows to touch Serena's shoulders. Serena jumped up to see Raye in her normal appearance dressed in a black tank top, a knee length skirt, and a brown leather jacket. She was sitting on the edge of the bed next to her. Serena's face turned solemn. Raye said in a despondent soft voice, "It's time." Serena's green eyes turned blue and her short brown hair turned into long golden locks. She turned back into her normal self. She let out a deep sigh and nodded tossing the covers off of her.

Later on that night, Serena and Raye stood at the center of the meditation room of the temple. Serena summoned the sailor scouts telepathically. They watched as their friends appeared throughout the room from their individual lives throughout the world. Hotaru appeared with Setsuna. Amara and Michelle appeared together with their now ten-year-old son Josh, who was now taller. Lita and Andrew appeared with a ten-year-old Sarah in front of them. Ami and Mina appeared simultaneously. Their friends were horrified and saddened when Raye showed them her vision, but they were determined to make the best of the time they had left in this world.

Ami argued before her peers about global warming and how the polar caps in the North Pole were melting, how the summers became hotter, and the winter became harsher. But people soon suspected that she was a quack and she lost some of her credibility. Edward cringed as he watched the negative responses to Ami's claims from the shadows of the auditorium. Prophets constantly prophesized on the streets corners holding up signs talking about the end of days. Some say it was tomorrow. Others said that it was in the distant future. Preachers preached in the pulpits on Sunday mornings about the rapture, the end of days, and returning of the Messiah and being ready for Heaven. Yet, no one really wanted to die. When faced with death, people did whatever they could to live and survive even the preachers on Sunday.

The things Raye saw in her vision came true. Within days of returning back to Japan, Japan refused to cave in. Her father, now the Prime Minister Hino of Japan refused to allow the West in his borders to corrupt his people. The public opinion of him was at all -time low as the world demonized Japan for allowing two monsters to take refuge in their country. They were calling for his impeachment citing that he was only protecting his estranged daughter. Raye, disguised as Raven, smiled proudly as she watched her father argued against letting the West in their borders on a television display in a store window. She never had been prouder of her papa than she was at that moment. Yet, he looked like he knew the West wanted something more than to just find the girls. Her father was ousted out of power a few months later. A new prime minister was sworn in and this one allowed the West in with opened arms. The West crosses the borders of the East pillaging through cities, towns, and villages searching for the fugitive girls. They instantly gained controlled over the government. The citizens of the Eastern countries were shocked at how quickly their governments caved to the East. Martial law was declared and the streets filled with the military tanks and patrolling on foot with guns dictating orders and declaring curfews. Anyone out between the hours of seven p.m. and seven a.m. were questioned and sometimes jailed. The citizens grew angry especially when protesters were brutally murdered on the streets in broad daylight. The people became outraged when the media refused to report the stories of the military murdering people, abusing their power, and assaulting women. They suspected the media was being controlled by a higher power and only reported what they were told to report.

Raye watched as her family temple was destroyed. Serena watched helplessly as her family was harassed. Her children ostracized and teased. Her parents' friends turned their backs on them. Sammy shamefully disowned his sister when questioned whether he was related to her. Everyone hated Raye Hino and Serena Tuskino for being murderers and destroying their lives.

In a desperate attempt to regain their independence, the Eastern countries secretly banned together in one last attempt to get the West out of their lands refusing to assimilate. Raye disguised herself as a maid to visit her father's mansion that was heavily guarded by bodyguards. The Western military constantly kept eyes on him fearing that he was a threat.

When she realized that she had a few minutes alone with him before the guards would check on him, her father watched in amazement as she transformed into Raye. Her father was stunned for a moment before he embraced his daughter. It had been years since she allowed him to touch her, still blaming him for her mother's death. She informed him that she heard rumors of an attack against the West and wanted to help. He was reluctant to help her until she informed him that she was friends with the Sailor Scouts. He then accepted her help. When they heard footsteps approaching, Raye transformed back into a maid and left out of the room.

Six months later, the nation was shocked when news of the current prime minister's assassination aired across the airways. Her father was quickly reinstated by Parliament as the Prime Minister before the leaders of the West could stop him. All of the Western leaders in Japan were ambushed and assassinated. Her father banned together with the leaders of the East and declared an alliance.

The war went by many names. Some called it War World III. Other names for it were the Battle for Humanity, the Humanoid War, or the East vs. West War. The Human vs. Humanoid War, the final war between mankind, was declared as East battled the West in an epic battle. The Sailor Scouts banned together to stop the West from taking over their countries. The Eastern citizens rejoiced when the sailor scouts appeared and knew they would defeat the corruption of the East.

The nine Sailor Soldiers formed a circle, each standing in different countries to create a barrier knowing that the West would release their missiles and drones on the innocent people. They meditated as they used their planet power as the West unleashed thousands of weapons, missiles, drones, and bombs against the East. Their weapons were powerless against the barriers of the Sailor Scouts. For weeks, the sailor scouts kept up the barrier.

Rini and Katie wanted to help their mother out as they worried about her from the comfort of their grandparents' house. Irene informed her grandchildren that the best thing they could do was to pray for the sailor scouts' safety. Irene and Ken looked through the windows at the sky as bombs exploded against the barriers.

From the comfort of the home he shared with Lita, Andrew fed Zayden his bottle of baby formula as he held his newborn son in his arms. It's been weeks since he saw his wife, but he knew that she had to leave. He worried about her condition since she had only given birth to their son a short time ago. Their good-bye was tearful as she held her children tightly in her arms.

He tossed a burping cloth over his shoulder as he burped the newborn baby. Josh and Sarah sat glued to the television. Before she left a few weeks ago to fight, Haruka asked Andrew to watch over Josh since he loved it there. She told him in a scared tone as she realized her own mortality that if something happened to her and Michelle, she wanted Andrew and Lita to take full guardianship of Josh. Andrew tried to dismiss her worry but when he saw the pain in her eyes, he nodded in agreement. Josh cried as he hugged both of his mommies tightly begging them not to go. Michelle cried that he had to be strong. They were doing this for his future.

Edward walked the hallways of the hospital checking on patients and performing heart surgeries. Things had changed. They were no longer Americans and were now official citizens of the New World Regime. Every citizen had to pledge their allegiance to the New World Regime. Any citizen who refused to pledge their allegiance were arrested then miraculously returned a few days later happily pledging their allegiance. Edward noticed on television the speck of red in their eyes. He noticed something with some of the patients there. People would come in angry and leave out happy. There was no longer a need for a psych ward because all of the patients there were miraculously cured and were now happy, productive citizens.

It was almost like he was living in utopia, a perfect world where everyone was happy and never complained. If they did, they were arrested and then returned happy. He watched a few days ago as Dr. Aaland complained about the attacks against his home country. Dr. White took Dr. Aaland into his office and sent him home. Dr. Aaland returned a few days later fully supporting the West in their battle against the resistance of the East. Edward noticed the speck of red in Dr. Aaland's eyes and also in Dr. White's eyes. He missed Ami, who was fired from her job since she had been absence for weeks.

Ever since she complained about global warming, she lost a lot of her credibility. People began to suspect that she was threat to the New World Regime. Dr. White suggested that she come to his office. Ami never went and snuck out of the hospital. The military broke into her apartment searching for her, but she was not there. She disappeared and was now considered a fugitive of the law wanted for questioning. It's been weeks since he last saw Ami.

After weeks of getting nowhere with the East, the war was at a standstill. Their navies waited at sea for weeks for orders for attack. Their military on both sides awaited orders to fight. The West decided to play dirty. The East did not have the advanced technology that the West had to detect the difference between humans and humanoids. For years, they had snuck in humanoids disguised at humans into the East. The humanoids were their leaders, their teachers, their neighbors, their friends, and even their children.

Sailor Saturn was the first one to go down as she gasped for air when a group of small innocent looking school children stabbed her to death. Sailor Moon groaned as she sensed the loss of Sailor Saturn. Sailor Pluto was the next one to fall. She was located in China. She had two options. She could either keep the barrier and risk death or she could break the barrier and fight for her life. She chose to fight as she saw thousands of humanoids surround her. Sailor Pluto fought the creatures using her staff and Dead Scream attack destroying hundreds of them. She was surprised when they grew fangs and became animalistic growling like hungry animals. She continued to fight until she was overpowered by the humanoids and one slit her throat. Sailor Moon grew anger.

She ordered telepathically to the other Sailor Scouts, "Break the barrier and fight."

Sailor Mars said, "If we do that, their weapons of mass destruction will get through."

"Pluto and Saturn are dead! If we don't break it, then we'll all be dead. Break it." They sailor scouts reluctantly broke the barrier. As soon as they broke the barrier, the West launched missiles and bombs destroying villages and annihilating cities. Sailor Moon tried to blank out the sounds of millions of people screaming as they died in the attacks. The navies launched missiles against each other's ships. Fighter pilots dropped bombs on the cities throughout the world. The military engaged in battle as they attacked each other on the land shooting and murdering one another. The West's armies easily overpowered the East within months since most of the West's armies consisted of humanoids with superhuman abilities. The sailor scouts helped the East fight against West killing thousands of humanoids.

The battle shook Lita up when realized they were not only battling humanoids but humans. She could not tell the difference between the humans and the humanoids. When she realized she was murdering humans, it became too real to her and she slowly started to crack. Sailor Moon teleported her home, where Andrew comforted her.

He held her in her arms as she cried telling him about the horrors she faced and the innocent faces she could not stop seeing. She embraced her children tightly even Josh, who was distraught from not hearing word from his parents in months.

Six months within the battle, Sailor Neptune fell when she was hit by a bomb protecting a small village of children from an attack in East Africa. The bombs had become more powerful along with the West's weapons like someone was giving them an advantage against the sailor scouts. Sailor Uranus sensed Sailor Neptune fading away. Sailor Uranus left the unit she was helping in India and teleported to East Africa holding her lover in her arms. Sailor Uranus cried as she said good-bye to her wife and lover since their teenaged years. Sailor Neptune smiled as her hands weakly reached up to touch Uranus crying face. Sailor Neptune smiled. "I love you, Haruka." Uranus sensed danger. A nuclear bomb exploded destroying everything in sight as villagers screamed and cried as the explosion destroyed them. A mushroom cloud from the explosion grew in the horizon as the radiation quickly headed towards them.

Sailor Uranus smiled. "I love you too Michelle." Their hands intertwined as Haruka leaned down and kissed Neptune softly on the lips. A white light surrounded them as they faded away together in the explosion.

Sailor Moon collapsed to her knees then to her hands as tears fell from her eyes onto the ground. She cried, "This is too much…" The outer scouts were gone. Sailor Jupiter was broken and Sailor Mars, Mercury, and Venus continued to fight bravely. They were fighting to their death.

"You're not going to win Sailor Moon." Sailor Moon looked up to see Rick Thornton standing in front of her dressed in a black armor and cape. His eyes were red. She knew it really was not Rick. She never felt safe around him. She remembered Jenny. It was the first time that she saw the speck of red in someone's eyes. He grinned. "Or should I say Serena Tuskino."

Sailor Moon gasped. Rick knelt before her and mocked gasping, "Yes, I know who you are. I know who your friends are. I know where your daughters and your parents are. I know everything about you Serena Tuskino." Sailor Moon whimpered as tried to be brave.

"Who are you?"

Rick grinned. He whispered their faces inches apart, "I go by many names. This is not my true form, only a vessel." She sensed his aura. He was pure evil and more powerful than she ever imagined.

"You're not Rick Thornton." She crawled backwards, backing away from him. She rose to her feet.

Dragon laughed maliciously as he rose to his feet never taking his nefarious eyes off of her. "No, he's a follower of mines. I have millions of followers and I could possess any one of them whenever I want. I controlled his body for years trying to get close to your ex-husband." Dragon laughed. "That's hilarious. I tried to break you two up by attempting to corrupt him and you destroyed your own marriage." He applauded her. "Bravo!" He taunted as he stopped clapping, "He's enjoying getting his brains blown out by her. She does everything you wouldn't do like give a damn."

Sailor Moon said angrily, "Shut up!"

Rick regained control of his body for a moment. It was almost as if two entities took turns possessing the same body. "He came crying to me telling me how you slept with another guy and got knocked up. You put the poor boy through hell for years, even I kind of felt sorry for him."

Sailor Moon lashed out, "Get away from me!"

Dragon took back control of Rick's body. He mocked her piercing tone, "No!" Sailor Moon frowned as she began to glow. "I'll leave when you surrender unless you want me to kill the rest of your friends because that's how the day ends with the death of the sailor scouts."

Sailor Moon's eyes widen. "You're going to lose, Sailor Moon. The humanoids were created to be as powerful as the sailor scouts. There are millions of them to your…" He counted the remaining sailor scouts on his fingers. He asked with a condescending concern, "Should I count Sailor Jupiter since she's gone cuckoo?"

Sailor Moon screamed as powerful energy emitted from her. The moon scepter appeared in her hand. Dragon grinned unfazed as the powerful wind materialized around him.

Sailor Moon wielded the scepter and shouted, "Moon Gorgeous Meditation!" A powerful white energy erupted from the scepter towards Dragon blasting him backwards a hundred feet away. Everything faded white. Sailor Moon looked around trying to sense his presence but she sensed nothing. She huffed when she found herself in a chokehold position. She heard his disgusting voice whispered teasingly in her ear, "Hello Serena…"

Sailor Moon's eyes widen. Her body froze as he held one arm wrapped around her neck, while the other played with the hem of her short skirt. He flicked it with his hand fondling her thigh underneath. She stood in disbelief that her most powerful attack did not even hurt him in the slightest. She could not defeat him.

He smiled wickedly as he watched the defeated look her eyes. His free arm roamed up her body until it arrived at her full breasts. He groped them with his hand. He grabbed her broach jolting Sailor Moon back to her senses. She shouted, "No!"

He ripped the broach off of her chest causing Sailor Moon to detransform into Alex. Serena pushed away from him out of his hold. He laughed as he let her go. She stumbled to gain her footing back. She turned towards him standing a good distance away from him.

Dragon held the golden broach in his hands with silver crystal inside. He grinned. "I guess you won't need this anymore." He looked at her. "We don't need any more Sailor Moon transformations. Don't you agree?"

Sailor Moon yelled again, "No!" as he dropped her broach to the ground and stepped on it shattering it as powerful white aura emitted from underneath his boot, dissipating into nothing. Serena started to shake as she felt herself breaking inside.

Dragon said, "You can't win, Serena. You cannot defeat me. Your power is nothing compared to mine."

Serena yelled defiantly, "I'll transform again." She hoped Luna had more transformation gadgets.

Dragon smiled. "You mean your cats. I killed them all." Serena's eyes widen in horror as she began to tremble again covering her mouth with her hands.

Katie raced up to her room searching for the cats. She screamed alerting Irene, Ken, and Rini upstairs. Rini screamed when she saw the sight as Irene and Ken quickly shielded the girls from seeing the gruesome sight. Rini and Katie sobbed nonstop.

Serena cried out, "You're a monster!"

Dragon simpered, "I am the ultimate evil. Now, give up Serena before everyone you love dies." He looked at her firmly. "I was in your parents' home. I could have murdered your entire family but I did not. What is a mother without her children?" Serena wept for her fallen friends. She could not stop the tears from falling.

Dragon demanded angrily, "Call them off now!" Serena reluctantly obeyed him.

Serena said telepathically realizing that she still possessed her Lunarian powers. "Sailor Venus, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Mercury, retreat."

The girls said simultaneously as they were using their powers to battle the humanoids, "What?"

"Retreat! We can't win this fight."

Mercury said, "If we stop fighting, then the West will win."

Serena said weakly, "Do as I say. We lost four soldiers today. Let's live to fight another day." The girls sighed as they disappeared to the human soldiers surprised.

Serena gritted angrily at Dragon, "Are you happy?"

Dragon smiled. "Not until I have you in my bed."

Serena frowned. "It's not going to happen and stay out of my dreams." She remembered the strange dream she had the night before Darien left her.

Dragon said, "It wasn't a dream, Serena. It's an affirmation of what is to come."

Serena yelled, "I rather die than have you touch me like that."

Dragon grinned. "That can be arranged." He held out his hand towards her. "You'll be completely submissive to me. My personal concubine. My personal treasure added to my collection, the moon princess."

Serena yelled, "The only way that I will ever submit to you is through death."

Dragon said in an omniscient tone dropping his hand, "Oh, I don't have to kill you." Serena's eyes widen. "You'll come willingly."

He cackled at the terrified way she stared at him. "I'm not going to kill you, Serena. I have much bigger plans in store for you. Without your power to become Sailor Moon, you'll harmless." He wagged his finger. "But if you ever disobey me again, then I will kill everyone you love starting with those pretty little daughters of yours first."

Serena shook her head. "You will not touch my daughters." She tried to transform back into her normal self.

Dragon smirked. "You cannot transform back in your old self, only a sailor scout has the ability to disguise themselves. You're stuck in your transformation. You'll never be able to transform into Serena again."

"Serena!" Serena turned her head as she saw Sailor Mars approaching her. She turned back and saw that Dragon was gone. Sailor Mars raced towards her and asked worried when she reached her, "What happened?"

Serena said solemnly, "We lost." Sailor Mars sighed dejectedly as she looked at the devastation around them. Mushroom clouds in the horizon. Millions of people screamed as they were brutally murdered or suffered from the aftermath of the nuclear bombs destroying one another. Thousands of bombs fell from the sky as fighter pilots from both sides blasted one another to smithereens.

Sailor Mars was saddened. So many innocent lives were lost over the battles of the rich and the corrupt. Their weapons and creatures matched the powers of the Sailor Scouts. Sailor Moon was right. If they would have continued to fight, they would have all perished. Five months later the West overpowered the East, after finally conquering the last battleground in China. After eleven months of fighting the East, the New World Regime gained controlled of the entire world. Mars feared the unknown of what the world would become now that evil had triumphed over good.
