Disclaimer: I do not own Sailor Moon.
It was still night time in Owl Village, Gaia. Sarah could not sleep as she lied awake and uncomfortable in bed cuddled in the protective embrace of her sleeping boyfriend Rein. She was wearing one of his t-shirts and boxers he let her borrowed to sleep in. His parents were out of town visiting friends for the weekend, and he allowed her to spend the night. She'll have to leave tomorrow before they arrive. She knew that Rein would defend her to the end, but she did not want him to get into trouble. It was awkward for them ever since his parents walked in on them in a hot make out session in his bed with their shirts off and her white Wonderbra exposed. It was smiled upon every time an Elysian woman became pregnant. The Elysians loved it so much that the woman was treated like a queen and given a monthly stipend to help with everything she needed to raise a child. Their parents liked Sarah and Rein together as a couple, but wanted them to live a little first before they started a family.
Their relationship was prefect. The only problem was that they were graduating from high school in a few months. Rein wanted to stay behind and work on his father's farm while Sarah wanted to go to Eden City and study to become a journalist. He wanted her to stay with him in Owl Village. She wanted him to move to the city with her in Eden City. Neither of them wanting to sacrificed their dream for the other. Not because of lack of love, but because they knew that the other would not be happy in the other's situation. Rein was a small town country boy and Sarah felt like she drowning there with a mother who wanted her to do nothing but stay at home and watched her siblings. She even discouraged her from leaving Owl Village and told her she could stay in town and work at the family restaurant or attend a local college in town. Her mother was already planning her wedding with Rein, yet she wanted Sarah to wait on her wedding night to make love to Rein for the first time. To do things right and get married with a home before bringing a child in the world. Sarah nodded in agreement even though she started having sex with Rein a year ago.
Her correspondence with Derrick Shields was becoming too close to comfort. She thought she was safe from falling like every other female in Ergon from falling for the crowned prince of Elysian. She had no desire to be his queen and was perfectly content with her boyfriend. She refused to acknowledge how her heart skipped a beat every time she received a letter from Derrick in the mail or the time she fell asleep on the phone talking to him and woke up and he was still there on the other end watching television in bed. She apologized profusely and he smiled telling her that it was okay and he liked the sound of her breathing. It gave him an idea how it would be to lie next to her. She turned red and was glad they were on the phone and he could not see her reaction to his question. There was a comfortable silence between them.
But she was not in love with him or anything. The fact his name was saved as Rini in her phone so Rein would not get jealous was not a big deal to her. It meant nothing that she constantly checked her inbox waiting from his famous, "Hey what's up, beautiful" greeting. There was definitely not any indication of bitterness when she felt upset every time he mentioned his girlfriend Isis' name and all the special things he wanted to do with her. She could easily fool Rein and get away with things. But Derrick could read right through her and made her feel vulnerable especially when he became upset with her and discreetly called her on her bullshit. He sent her a letter on Christmas telling her how he thought she was beautiful and wanted to meet her in person again. He did not want to see her from speaking on the phone or through holograms but in person. He was willing to teleport, but Sarah stopped him. It was against the law to use their powers so he sent her money for a train ticket instead and asked her to come visit him in Luckington. He joked that he knew that her mother or her boyfriend Rein would not allow her within two hundred feet of seeing him.
He was right. Rein may have been a country boy, but he was not an idiot. He was a good boyfriend and treated her well. But he was also very possessive and jealous and her talking to Derrick behind his back would mean cheating to him. He already speculated that she had a thing for him when the celebrity entertainment show showed the buffed young Earth prince in only swim trunks on the beach last summer surfing the waves with his girlfriend Isis Winters. They were already dubbing them "the royal couple" and "the future King and Queen of the Earth." She frowned to Rein's amusement as he sat on the sofa next to her with his arm resting on top of the sofa and Sarah cuddled up next to him with a big bowl of popcorn on her lap. He joked with her that she had a thing for the prince and wanted to be a princess just like every other silly girl. She was outraged and told him that she was not that shallow. They ended up getting into a playful argument and wrestling. Somehow she ended up underneath him and they made love for the first time unexpectedly on a sofa in her parents' basement. Rein turned up the volume of the television to drown out the sounds of their lovemaking. Her parents and family were upstairs and Sarah was happy that she locked the door.
Now for the first time in their relationship, she rested uncomfortably in his arms. The room was cool but she felt antsy and her legs were growing numb. She quietly crawled out of bed and walked bare foot across the floor and knelt in a crouch position as she opened her laptop tote and took out her laptop. She checked her cell phone that was charging on his dresser. She called Derrick hours ago and he still had not returned her phone call. She tried again. But this time it went straight to voicemail. She assumed his phone was dead or he blocked her phone calls. She now regretted writing that stupid rejection letter because it changed things between them and now she was not sure if he would call or not. The last time she spoke to him by any other correspondence was the day after the ball. He texted the night of the ball about her indifference to him, but she never responded. She snuck into one of the myriads of rooms in the castle with Rein. Rein wanted to make love to her in the castle even though they would get into serious trouble if they were caught. She saw the King stumbling weakly against the wall. She told Rein, but he told her that the king was a drunk and was probably intoxicated. She smiled as they found a dark, empty room and rushed in before one of the castle's guards saw them. They giggled as they locked the door behind themselves. They made out hot and heavy before he broke away from her to quickly unbuckle his pants and place a condom on. He pushed her against a wall as the solid gold wall cooled her exposed skin. She lifted up her gown. He pushed her panties to the side and buried himself deep inside of her and began making love to her against the wall before taking her again on a nearby sofa.
She turned on her laptop and sat on the floor with her back pressed against the cool wall. She logged in and typed away. She wanted to research more on Derrick the Enforcer, but she feared the government sending reborns after her. It was one thing to send them after her while visiting somewhere else. It was another thing to send them to her home where her family and friends lived. COLD, FOD, and the New World Regime were all triggered words or red flags to the government. She typed in Satanism and researched the Anti-Messiah. She began to find another trending word synonym with the Anti-Messiah in her research. It was The Key. The creation of the ultimate good and evil was the key to unlocking the gates of heaven and hell and the realms to the other dimension and galaxies. It was ultimately chaos. She also saw symbols of the beast and the symbol of the mark of the beast. She held out her right hand where the mark was placed on every Elysian. Babies could not leave the hospitals until doctors gave them their shots and stamped them permanently with the mark of the beast. She tapped the surface of the laptop lightly as she pondered something. Her head was hurting as she tried to think beyond what she was taught to believe. If the reborns existed in Elysian, that meant that the New World Regime was really the noble Elysians. She called them The One Hundred, the Elysian nobility that existed before the original ten thousand remaining humans were teleported to Elysians to repopulate the Elysian race. The regular Elysians were originally Earthlings like herself or descendants of Earthlings like her siblings Max and Lizzy. It was the original one hundred Elysians that were responsible for the destruction of mankind. She typed in the king's coronation and looked at the images. She clicked on a photo of the Shields family surrounded by the one hundred original Elysians. There were the Bennetts, which consisted of Cain and his siblings. There were also the Luckingtons, the Davenports, the Zhens, the Yamashitas, the Johnsons, the Washingtons, and the Bowmans. She then researched their lives on Earth. They were all billionaires and uber-wealthy. They were all old money, centuries of wealth and powerful members of society with influence in every sector of government, business, and politics on every continent on Earth.
Her brother Josh warned her not to submit it. She was already nearly killed earlier that night because she was online searching about the New World Regime. But the people of Elysian needed to know what was going on. She began typing a short article on her word processor about the New World Regime, FOD, and everything else that she learnt thus far. She told them about the existence of the reborn and even linked the photograph identifying the true culprits behind the destruction of mankind. She also wrote why they should not hate the king for the events of Judgment Day. The king was their puppet. He was ultimately responsible for killing eight hundred and ninety-thousand humans that day and making the earth uninhabitable for humans, but it was the One Hundred Original Elysians, the real New World Regime, who pulled his strings and controlled him. They have been murdering humans for centuries as she spoke about Derrick the Enforcer and his army of humans called the Followers of Derrick. They were responsible for the Human vs. Humanoid War that wiped out the majority of the human race two years prior to Judgment Day.
Her fingers trembled when she was finished as the enormity of what she was about to do sunk in. She prolonged things by slowly proofreading her article. If she submitted her article, her life was over. She'll always be on the run until they eventually find her one day and kill her or exile her as they liked to call it to be politically correct. But she had to do it. She could not be afraid.
Her icon, the legendary warrior Sailor Moon, would not be afraid even her mother Sailor Jupiter was fearless until she became a mother. With every child she had in the last eighteen years, Sarah watched as her mother changed into a woman she did not recognize. She felt a part of the family when her mother was married to her late father Nick Yuki. She felt a part of the family when Josh was adopted after his parents died in the Human vs. Humanoid War and when Zayden was born. But after they came to Elysian and officially became Elysians after Judgment Day, Sarah and her mother's relationship was never the same. The happier her mother became with Andrew, the more distant they became until they were like strangers. Yes, she would admit that she was a spoiled brat. She was not perfect and she made mistakes and sometimes spoke back to her mother. But she was not a horrible child. Her mother praised her siblings, but found fault in her. Her mother became hypercritical of her. Nothing she ever did pleased her. She did not want her to hang out with her friends or have a boyfriend. She became overprotective of Sarah like she was overcompensating for being happy with Andrew now. The older Sarah grew, the more detached she became from her family. The more she realized that she did not fit in. That she did not belong anymore. Even if she did everything her mother wanted and never left Owl Village, her mother would still find fault in her and Andrew would still disliked her for making his wife miserable. Andrew was not a bad guy. He was really a great father, but his wife came first and he worked hard to provide a good life for his family. Every time Lita complained about Sarah's rebellious behavior, Andrew took it as the truth and engaged in a heated argument with his stepdaughter for being so disrespectful and ungrateful. Tonight at the hospital was the first time he ever hit her. He always restrained himself before.
Sarah exhaled as she logged into her blog, the Defenders of Earth. It was a blog that she created and most of her subscribers were the youth of the Elysian. She slowly dragged the cursor over the webpage and copied and pasted her blog into the text box on the blog. She hesitated as she moved her cursor over the published button. The minute she pressed that button, her life was over and the government would come after her. She'll be a fugitive from the law for the rest of her life and even if she was imprisoned, orange was not her favorite color. She glanced up at her cute boyfriend sleeping peacefully in bed. She then glanced at his dresser and saw a smiling photograph one of their friends took of them together at nature made beauty called Garden Grove, a local hangout for the popular high school kids in town next to the beach. She was popular and dating one of the cutest guys in her class. She had friends and was the editor of the student newspaper. Her teachers liked her and she loved playing volleyball. She had an acceptance letter to Kato University. She started in the fall. She looked down and realized she had already pressed the published button. Within seconds, her five thousand followers will know the truth. She exited out of the internet. She logged off her notebook and closed it. She took the now hot notebook off her legs and sat it on the floor next to her.
She rested her head against the wall as she looked longingly at her wonderful boyfriend lying peacefully in bed. It would be the last time she would ever see him again. The last time they will ever be together like this again. Tomorrow when he woke up, she'll be gone to visit her Aunt Raye in Grey Mountains, Aden. Her aunt was a wise and powerful psychic. She would know what to do.
But for a few more hours, she was still Sarah Kino, a high school kid from Owl Village. She stood up and slipped off her boxers. His shirt stopped at her thighs. She crawled on top of the bed until she straddled her boyfriend. She leaned down and kissed him. His lips curled upwards as he slowly moaned and awoke to her kiss. His eyes were still closed. He said amused, "You're insatiable, Kino. You want it now." She grinned and nodded her head.
He opened his eyes and glanced at the clock. It was one in the morning and his parents would be home around two in the afternoon. He yawned covering his mouth as he reached over to his nightstand and grabbed a condom out of the top drawer of his nightstand. Sarah grabbed it from him. His mind wandered as he watched as Sarah ripped open the package and placed it on him. He knew he'll ask his parents if it would be okay if she stayed and he knew they will probably say no. They liked Sarah, but they did not like a part of her. They did not like the part of her that was ambitious or the small mischievous glint in her eyes sometimes. There was something wild inside of her that they could not put their finger on even though she acted like a perfect angel around them. She wasn't humble as her parents were, even though she put on a good façade in front of them. He saw nothing wrong with Sarah Kino as he lifted up her slender hips and slowly lowered her on him. They stilled in content as they always did when they became one. They slowly moved together as she rode his groin so skillfully he questioned sometimes if he was the only guy she ever been with.
He ran his hands underneath her shirt. It turned him on more that she was naked underneath it as his hands cupped and molded her large, perfect breasts that she developed at the age of fourteen before any of the other girls in their class. She lifted the shirt over her head and tossed it across the room freeing her jiggling large melons. He lifted his head and hungrily began to swirl his skillful tongue around her nipples before taking turns suckling and fondling on her hard, erect breasts. He would never tell her in a million years that her breasts were his favorite part of her and that was his main incentive to asking her out. They have been together for two years. She was his first kiss, his first time, and his first love. Everyone thought he was experienced since women found his body attractive and he was popular, but he was only bullshitting to impress the guys in the locker room about the number of girls he banged. Sarah saw right through his lies and knew he was as innocent as she was. She was always smarter than him and most of the kids in their class.
He held her tightly as wildness came over her. She threw her head back glancing at the ceiling as she bounced up and down on him moaning as she thrashed around him as he kept up with her rhythm with every change she made. Her big breasts bounced up and down in front of him as she arched her back and grabbed her wild hair. She never made love to him like this before. She became so wet and aroused that he slid easily in and out her smoothly. She cried out his name as she went faster and deeper enjoying the feeling everything he hit her special spot. She lowered her hand and kissed him hard on the mouth as they fell backwards on the bed. Her wild brown hair was all over her head and face like a woman possessed as he continued to move hard inside of her. The condom broke and neither cared at that moment whether she became pregnant with his child. Neither one of them wanted to stop as he went deeper like he was growing bigger and expanding inside of her. His groin dripped with cum mixing together with her juices as he grunted calling out her name. They screamed as they came together and he erupted inside of her as she shook around him trembling as his simplest touch. Their bodies drenched in sweat.
Rein laughed out of breath placing a soft kiss on her forehead. She relaxed limp and spread eagle on top of him. She could feel his heartbeat pounding as fast as hers. "That was amazing, baby. I love you so much."
Sarah breathed heavily. "I love you too." Spent and exhausted, they soon dosed off into a deep sleep. She would be halfway to Grey Mountains before he woke up in the morning.
Serenity stepped back as Cain walked through the white laser bars into her cell.
He was dressed comfortably in a black long-sleeved shirt and hip hugging jeans. He folded his arms. "Hello sister. I'm guessing from the surprised look on your face that I was not the brother that you were expecting to see." Serenity frowned anticipating the worst. Cain's eyes lit with wicked amusement.
Serenity looked at him alert with a mistrusting look on her face. He smiled. "Don't worry, Serenity. I am not here to kill you." She relaxed at little. He added mockingly, "At least not yet."
Serenity asked him keeping her guard up for any sneaky moves he may try. "What do you want, Cain? I know you are behind this." She distrusted him as much as she distrusted his rat-face uncle.
Cain stared at her with a hint of the amusement like she was the funniest thing he ever saw. "I didn't tell you to kill your husband's mistress." She looked at him with a hint of surprise then her expression turned blank.
She turned away from him and looked at the white wall. "Even if that was true, there is no body. Your uncle's warrant was bogus."
She was right. "There was no body because you did not leave one." He spoke like he knew without a shadow of a doubt that she killed Lady Luckington. The moon dagger vaporized everyone into smithereens leaving no evidence of their existence. Cain was still a step ahead of her.
Cain said to her back, "I don't need a body to convict you. I only need to prove reasonable doubt." She looked tough but he could tell she was slightly nervous inside hidden behind those innocent blue eyes that had gotten her out of jams many times. "I have a witness that will testify in front of a court of law that they overheard Lady Luckington telling your husband that you threatened her life prior to her death days later. I also have spies in the castle that will testified that Lady Camryn snuck into the king's chambers the night of the ball. Thirty minutes later, you arrived and Lady Luckington never was seen again. She was your husband's lover after all."
He added mockingly invading her personal space pressing his long body closer to hers until she felt his hot breath against her neck. "You came into the king's chambers that night and saw your husband and Lady Luckington in the throes of making love. She turns to you with a triumphant glint in her eyes and crawls off the king's body and comes to your face flaunting her naked body and insults you in your face threatening to have your marriage absolved by the council and calling you the devil's whore like everyone calls you behind your back. In the heat of the moment, the moon dagger appears in your hand and you stabbed your husband's lover to death until she disappeared forever. It was crime of passion."
Serenity rolled her eyes and pushed passed her crazy brother-in-law and stalked across the small cell.
Serenity turned to him and lashed out heatedly, "Your claim is ridiculous! You have no proof that I murdered that bitch!"
Cain grew pleased that she was starting to become unhinged, losing that cool composure. Cain leaned coolly against the wall. His pleased eyes stared at her livid ones. He said, "Actually I do have proof."
Serenity scowled heatedly not believing him. "You're lying."
Cain asked, "Was she or was she not wearing clothes when you stabbed her? Was she naked? Or was she clothed?" Serenity's eyes widen. He pushed himself from off the wall and walked towards her. "That's an important question Serenity. Because when you use a supernatural weapon to kill someone, you want them to be clothed. Because the clothes disappear also. But if they are not, then the clothes remain. And maybe a chamber maid was cleaning out the king's chambers the next day and noticed an article of clothing matching what Lady Luckington was wearing that night. Maybe you had a struggle with Lady Luckington where you touched her clothes and left your fingerprints on the last piece of clothing she was seen in."
He shrugged his shoulders with a smug expression on his face when he saw the fearful look in her eyes.
Serenity turned to him and declared, "Endymion will not let me die for it. He is still king and Supreme Ruler of Elysian."
Cain said, "I know. Good thing I talked him in letting me take over your case then."
Serenity felt dizzy. She asked thinking she misheard him, "What did you say?"
Cain said, "I will be the judge in your case. You will be given a fair trial amongst your peers and I will have the final say." Cain said excitedly clasping his hands together, "Let's see how good of a lawyer your brother is at getting his sister acquitted from a crime she actually committed."
Serenity cried out, "You bastard."
He stepped towards her and pulled her into his arms until their faces were inches apart. Her heart pounded quickly. She breathed heavily and looked angrily at him. He leaned his head towards her ear as he looked at the bars. He whispered in her ear, "You already lost Serenity. You just haven't accepted it yet." He vanished.
"Serena…"She smiled relieved when she heard the sound of her brother's voice. She quickly turned around and her smile faded as what she saw him standing in front of her. She turned around to see a doubled chinned obese man of thirty-two with a messy thin brown hair with a bald spot on the back of his head. His face looked haggard with unshaven facial hair and his teeth yellowed and stained. He wore a worn out looking brown suit with a food stain on his dress shirt. Hs dull shoes were cheap looking and looked like they were in their last days. His briefcase was cheap and bulky looking. He looked like an unsuccessful door to door salesman with a wide belly hanging over his waistline.
She gave him a fake smile and said happily, "Sammy!" Inside she was thinking, 'Oh god. I'm going to die.'
