Hey Umbrenox here! Now I'm sorry that it's been a while since I posted a new chapter but I've been very busy. And the insane writer's block didn't help when I actually had time on the computer. So I did what I usually did and made yet another story, but it wasn't going anywhere so I trashed it. It did however remove the writer's block and now I actually can continue on with the story. So now, here's the thirteenth chapter to The Pokémon Dimension. *I do not own Pokémon, that belongs to Nintendo. However, the story itself and OC's are mine. If any events or characters are the same as someone else's, I did not intentionally do so, it is a coincidence.* A.N.: this is told in Kiara's perspective first.

I woke up with the sun blinding my eyes. I quickly averted them to the left, only to see Andrew's eyes fixed on me. He had a pleased look, like he had been waiting for me to wake up. "Good morning," I said. His look suddenly changed. Now it was like he was about to cry. "I wish I could say it was too," he replied. "What's wrong?" I asked. Something was troubling him. "I think we should talk it over breakfast. When we're wide awake," he said. I felt his aura pulsing sadness, but also anger and a bit of confusion. "I'm taking a shower," he said sliding out from under me.

He walked over to the bathroom and shut the door. What had gotten into him? I slowly got out of bed with many stretches and yawns then went to the bathroom door. I turned the knob, but the door wouldn't budge. Apparently he wanted left alone. With a sigh I went out into the kitchen area and started to cook breakfast.

I made some muffin mix and threw a variety of tart and sweet berries in with it. I stuck the muffins in the oven and thought of something else to make. I looked over to the counter and saw some vegetables sitting there. I haven't had a smoothie in a while.

I walked over to the refrigerator and grabbed some carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes along with some more berries. Setting the ingredients on the table I got my blender out of the cabinet and set it on the counter. Then I got the ingredients and put them in the blender. I plugged the cord in and flipped the switch watching the various plants get turned to greenish mush.

Andrew walked out a few minutes after I poured the smoothie into his glass. His expression hadn't changed much.

"I made breakfast."

"Thank you. I'm sorry about earlier, I was upset from a dream."

"It's alright. It was just a dream."

He froze, looked at me, and then looked down. "Well, that's the thing, it wasn't just a dream."

He sat down and proceeded to tell me about his dream. When I heard the part about him leaving I had to sit down. When he finished I understood why he was upset.

"How long will you be gone?"

"I don't know. As fast as I can travel, and as fast as I can learn."

We sat in silence for what seemed like forever.

"I hate how things work out. I had Max, and then he died. I had James and then he got hurt. Now I have you, but you're going away for months probably."

"So you're saying I have a thick head?"

"No! That's not what I meant."

He let out a soft chuckle. "I know. I was just trying to lighten the mood."

I couldn't help but crack a small smile.

"See? You're already smiling."

My smile grew as I let out a half-hearted laugh. Andrew stood up and walked over to me. He kissed me on the forehead saying, "I'm going to pack, want to help?"

In reply I stood up and followed Andrew downstairs into the room where he first met me. Once in the room we began getting various clothes out of the dresser. Andrew suggested that he only pack two of everything since he could wash one pair while he wears the other, so got out two pairs of everything.

After we were good I went upstairs and started to pack some food for Andrew. When I was done, I found that he had already found a bag and had put his clothing in it. I gave him the snacks and we got various items he might need. When we were all done the bag looked like it weighed as much as Andrew.

"I guess that's it," he said.

"Yeah…"

"Don't worry, I'll be back soon. I'll run until I fall face first into the dirt to make sure."

"That's sweet, but don't push yourself that hard."

He kissed me on the lips and proceeded out the door. With a sigh I went over to the couch and sat down. "Come home soon."

By evening I had made it to the base of Mt. Cornet and I was wore out. I rolled out a sleeping bag and started a fire to keep me warm. My plan was to get to Snowpoint in no more than two days, and I hope I wouldn't get lost in Cornet like I did at that one field trip for fourth grade (Damn that was embarrassing). I got into my sleeping bag and closed my eyes. The dream world soon dragged me into its depths of darkness and I was asleep.

Hey readers. Sorry for it being so short, I might make it longer later. If you have any suggestions feel free to leave them in the comments or PM me, whatever works for you. Just note that I will not make this M, go somewhere else for that suff.

Thanks for reading.
