Mr. McMahon stood in front of the assembled group of superstars that filled every available nook and cranny of catering. Usually his mandatory meetings weren't so well attended, a thought that gave him pause. Why does this mandatory meeting seem to have more people than usual? Mandatory means everyone has to be here yet there seems to be a larger crowd. How is this possible? Do they hide from me? And they seem happier? More jovial? At least more interested… From the corner of his eye, he saw MiraBeth enter the area. Big Show stood and shouted, drawing everyone's attention to the front of the room. "We are going to try this again." Vince said with a smile. "Our new Head of Security is here to discuss some measures that we are implementing. MiraBeth, the floor is yours."

The entire crowd rose to their feet and applauded as the woman took the floor in the front of the room. "Thank you. That was too kind."

Big Show stood again, placing his hand on her shoulder. "We can't say enough, about this woman. Word has gotten around about what you did last night outside the arena."

"How you handled that scene." Big E spoke up from the side. "The decision making, calmness, control, and the way you comforted…"

Randy stood in the back of the room. "I have to say that this woman is phenomenal. The things that I have seen her do in the last 25 hours have been astounding." He sat back down.

John Cena then stood and put his hand on Randy's shoulder. "These two were such an amazing team last night. What amazed me since then was the way they have functioned since then – Randy, MiraBeth, and Roman."

MiraBeth cut in. "I appreciate the kind words. What I need to point out is that there was so much teamwork that has taken place here, and we need that to continue. If someone seems out of sorts it isn't tattle tailing to find out what's wrong. Maybe extra work-out time will help them work through something and no one needs ring-rust. Maybe going for a run would help find some peace. Some of us had a blast with a little run today." Seven male groans filled the room. "There is a little confusion over who won, so we'll leave that to the rumor mill. That's part of the fun." She had a huge smile on her face before continuing. "There was also a packet that was distributed to help familiarize staff with some new protocols. These aren't to try and stifle anyone's freedom or creativity but to enhance everyone's safety."

One hand went up in the back. "I had a question about being outside the arena. The way this is written, we can't go outside for a smoke break."

MiraBeth tilted her head to the side. "There will be a designated area with security guards away from the fan entrance. It will have to be designated at each arena. Your security is of utmost importance. We will try to work around the inconvenience, but the main concern is having someone out in the open without protection. It only takes one nutcase to have a tragedy."

"Agreed. I just don't think we should be treated like children."

"And that is why we have this meeting today. These are not written in stone. I'd like to implement them for the time being, for you to give them an honest try and to come to me with issues that arise. That way we can modify procedures and make them work best for you and for security. I will also be working with the security team that is in place as well as looking at some more personnel that will be coming on board. There are some changes that will be taking place in that area as well."

"If it ain't broke…" one of the guards said, obviously fearing possible upcoming changes.

"If a fan is on the hood of my car…" Jey Uso returned.

"Guys!" MiraBeth cut in. "This is what I am referring to. We will look into the matter and make sure it cannot happen again." she promised. "I am not a one-person security force. This is a security TEAM and we will function as one. That means that we have to learn each other and I have to delegate responsibilities. Those things will also come in time." The meeting finally began to wrap up as people realized that MiraBeth was implementing some good initiatives but not shoving anything down their throats.
