Sakura laughed. "You've got some nerve you know." She said. Sasuke smirked again. "You love it." He replied. The pinkette smiled. "I do sometimes." She conceded. Taki smiled happily, watching his parents slowly mend their relationship. He was glad he finally got to meet his father and his mother wouldn't cry anymore. Well...not as much anymore. His mother cried for different reasons sometimes.

"We should probably go see Tsunade-sama and let her know you're back in the village and stuff." Sakura said. Sasuke nodded. "I know. I was planning on going after breakfast." He replied. "Well good. I need to see her anyway so I'll go with you. Hinata will be by in a few minutes to take Taki for the morning." Sakura said. "You don't have to if you don't want to." Sasuke protested. "I want to. So shut it." Sakura cut his protests off. "Ok." Sasuke smiled.

Sakura and Sasuke entered Tsunade's office and the blonde smiled at her student. "I see the prodigal baby daddy is home." She teased. Sakura laughed. "Yes. He is. I also brought you those lab reports you desperately need. Shizune was right. I included my ideas and prognosis in there as well. I also recommended some medical treatments and medicine regimens that we could attempt to implement to fight this particular infection into the dust like we have with all the other ones. I know for a fact that Neji will detest every one of them but that jackass will die if we don't do something. Also...I think we should revise our treaty with Cloud if they're going to keep attacking our Hyuuga shinobi." She replied.

Tsunade nodded grimly. "I think you're right. Since Neji receives you better than most of the nursing staff, I was hoping you'd be the one to break the news to him." She said. "I don't know if he'd accept it even from me. But I'll give it a shot." Sakura replied. "As for you Sasuke, you can stay if you can prove that you're not going to running off every time you think something needs to be avenged. What happened to your family is a stain on Konoha but it's not unheard of that shinobi villages do things like that. You have to suck it up and move on. You have a new family now and if you leave again, I can't guarantee it'll be here when you get back." Tsunade said firmly. "I understand Tsunade-sama." Sasuke replied. "Good. You're still a Chunin while your lovely baby mama is now applying for Anbu and will be taking her tests next month. Neji and Kakashi both sponsored her personally." Tsunade said. Sakura sighed affectionately. "We're not ghetto civilians Tsunade-sama." She laughed.

"So Teme gets to stay right?" Uzumaki Naruto asked as soon as he saw them. "Yes. He has to take his Jounin exams before he can become an Anbu like us." Sakura replied. "You're not a full Anbu yet either Sakura-chan." Naruto pointed out. "Well I think at this point it's a formality for me to take the exams." Sakura replied with a snort. Naruto nodded. "Yeah it pretty much is. Anyway, Neji-bastard has been demanding that you start doing your job and heal his stupid ass." Naruto said. "Don't be rude Naruto." Sakura said. "I can't help it. He's being a dick." Naruto complained. "I'll straighten him out." Sakura replied.

"Neji quit being a dick." Sakura ordered as she read over his chart. "About time you got here." Hyuuga Neji snorted. "I have a life outside of this hospital you know. And for your information, I'm off today. I only came to break some news to you. I have a medicine regiment you could take that would destroy the infection in your body. However you will be little more than a civilian until the regiment is done. So you'd be grounded from missions for a month. Training too. Byakugan not allowed to be used. Chakra not allowed to be used or it will be bound." Sakura said briskly. "What?! No way!" Neji yelled angrily. Sakura glared at him from his chart. "I won't take this from you Neji. You knew you wouldn't like the treatment. You would like to die even less would you not?" She snapped. "Well I would like to live." Neji admitted. "You can't do that if you don't take the medicine and live like a civilian for a month." Sakura snapped. "Isn't there another way?" Neji asked. "No. The infection is chakra resistant. Suck it up and take the treatment like a man." Sakura replied. "Fine. I don't like it but I'll do as you have said." Neji sighed. "Thank you. Now I have to go. Sasuke's waiting for me and you know how he gets when he gets bored." Sakura said. "Of course." Neji replied.

"That was quick." Sasuke commented. "I speak prodigy jackass." Sakura replied. "Low blow." Sasuke said. "It's true." Sakura shrugged.
