The twins left the game running faster, Clarion leading, her brothe following.
"Clarion! Stop there!" He called. "You can't stop to run a little?"
But he heard not reply and not even saw her. "Clarion!" He called, so he finally saw her standing on the ground, probabily had bumped into someone.
Clarion shook he head stunned, so she looked at who had been in her way, and was surprised to see that was a friend. The first person she could want to see in a situation like that, by other hand the last people she wanted to see, Morpheus.
"You're fine?" She asked worried, but not even tried to put him back to his feet, because that was the first time she noticed she was on her Sugar Rush form and clothes, what means she was short as the Cat.
"I am."
"Please, say you remember me!" She asked with a worried look to him.
"You are Clarion Grace Jackson, the Arcade's nightmare."
She smiled at the mention of that tittle.
"So you also noticed something is wrong." She stated, happy that someone more remember the world like it was supposed to be.
"Someone more?" Morpheus asked. "Jelly? Crys... Where is the others?"
"Jelly not remember. And the kids..." She turned to face her brother for a moment. "We not tried to find the kids."
"Clar, we are here before them. If no one there remember us like we're used to be, you think they will remember they also?"
"But they have to be somewhere!" She protested. "Plus they have a blood, no, I mean code, family. Four years and I still just use the wrong word sometimes." She muttered the last part. "Well, but I passed nine years on the real world, so I get used with somethings."

But her cellphone began to ring. She put it out of her pocket and looked shocked at it.
"Why I'm even supposed to be with this if it came from the real world I'm not supposed to have been on there?" She asked aloud.
"Is your code, backing to the normal since you remember." Morpheus told her. "You said you programed every thing on your code when you become of us."
Yeah, when Clarion finally stated she would live on the Arcade like she was supposed to live, she had asked a friend to program a quick acces to things like cellphone and a quick clothes change and another useful things on her code. Well, he not knew that was 'her' code, he just thought that was a especial computer program she had created.
She finally looked at the message:
Darknes...
I'm afraid, please come take me!

"Who's the message?" James asked looking at his sister's cellphone.
"Crys."
"You're crazy? She's just a kid, she don't know how to write."
Clarion rolled her eyes.
"I programed the cellphones with voice-writers to emergences. The only problem is: Where she is?"
"If she sent you it she should be fine, right?"
"Yes. But I don't know how long it will be true, and where the others are and if they're fine, principally Erick. They're so young to be lost somewhere by their own. If Crys is scared..."
But she was interrupted by the cellphone ringing again.
"What's now?" James asked.
But Clarion was so shocked even to react, so the boy read the message loud.
"Find the cat's face before the Dominatrix rise once more." He also frozze.
"What it means?" Morpheus asked. "Who's the Dominatrix?"
"The worst thing this Arcade even saw." Clarion muttered, her voice in a low creepy tone. "She unpplugged two games, killed various character in the process, arruined two kid's life and almost destructed all the Arcade a second time. We can't allow she to come back, I don't know if I can handle this battle once more."
Morpheus thought that should be the reason the twins were here, because all he was informed about the two was a destruction soul and her nemesis had brought the two back to the Arcade four years ago.
"I will try to track Crystal's message." The girl informed.
"And you can do it?" James asked.
Clarion sighed.
"In two or three days maybe." She admited.
"But we don't have all this time." Morpheus warned.
"But I need to try! I promissed, still before Crystal was born, that I would take care of then no matter what, and I promisse I make is never broken."
"I know. No one is asking you to given up. I just think will be easier to find out more about the Dominatrix, the Darkness and all what's going on if we find Matthew."
"Yeah, you're right." Clarion agreed. "Thanks for keeping your mind clean. I'm open to suggestions because I really don't know what to do now."
"Let's go to Tapper's." James said. "Everyone and everything even get here."
Clarion smiled. Of course he was right. She was happy to have the two with her in that mission, principally becuse something was puting her out of her original normal, cold, calm and brave self.
She checked if her code had readjusted back and turned back in her normal, fourteen years old self, a little short as Morpheus and tall as her brother, slight pointed ears, wearing her black, sugar-covered jacket, a light blue shirt with a black rose on the front, black jeans and blue boots.
James changed not so much since his code was just programed ten years old, a strange thing since the two being twins and looking like diferent aged. His clothes were also the same model and color of his Sugar Rush ones, just haven't candy on them, and his cap was now a dark blue one with the initials J.G in black on the front.
He took off his cap and looked at it for a moment. Clarion had handmade it for him in their brithday two years ago. She was ever there for everyone, the family, friends and even unknowns.
"Clar, all will be fine, like even." He assured her. "We can do this."
"I know. Let's go!"
But before everything she sent a voice message to her little sister:
Hang on, we're comming!

Clarion put her best 'bad girl' look before enter Tapper's, the boys following her, James worried with his sister, feeling trouble comming.
The girl took a look around but saw nothing really out of normal, except the strange look everyone in the game launched at then.
"A root-beer Tapper!" The girl ordered fiercely, resting her hands on the counter. "And we need some informations."
"And who are you young lady?" Tapper asked serving her the drink.
"Name's not of your bissiness civillie. I'm a resistence warrior in a search, and I bet you know what we need to know."
"She even act like this?" Morpheus asked James.
"I think it's a street thing." James shrugged. "Or she passed more time than she should in Hero's Duty." The little boy holded a laugh.
This was his sister, she could be sweetie when she want, but she could be dark, serious and dangerous too, a multi-personality girl.
So was when Tapper noticed the two.
"Morpheus! A surprise see you here! And Jay-Jay out of Sugar Rush! Are you two with her?"
James nooded.
"Unfortunately." He muttered, but no one heard him.
"What about this revolution?"
"Clarion is a little crazy today." James said.
"I think wasn't a good idea give her a root-beer, but now it's already done." Morpheus said.
"She will be fine." James said.
Clarion rolled her eyes. In fact she had asked the drink just to keep the appearences. She hadn't drank one before, and she also don't know if she should, but she was an adventurer, what kind of warrior was her if she don't risk new things?
James approached where his sister was.
"You know everyone in this Arcade Tapper, we need to find someone."
"Know everyone." Clarion repeated sarcastical. "He not even know my name."
"I hate to say it C.G, but shut up."

"Okay Mr. I'm-so-polish-even-to-order-someone-to-shut-up." She hold a laugh.
James rolled his eyes ad back his attention to the barkeeper.
"Forgot her, she woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. But as I was saying before she interrupts me, we're searching for a guy named Matthew. You knew something about him?"
"What you want with him?" Tapper asked in surprise.
"Confidential bussiness." Clarion replied, besides her pose and fierce tone she was playing with her, now empty glass.
"It's really important to us." The boy asked in an almost deseperated tone.
"All right, I will tell just because it's you asking. Matthew aren't exactly a game character, he is a kind of supervisor of everything and everyone in the Arcade, to prevent any problem with virus, characters game-jumpping, glitches and another problems like this. He has a base on one of the older games, but I really don't know where exactly. But recently he was seem a lot around..."
"Mario." Clarion finished for him. "Com'on boys, we're going on a big hunt."
